The best review platform for IT services!
What do you like best about the product?
They have great employees (Charlie and Michael) who have good ideas for collecting more reviews, and these guys are very friendly. They are always doing their best to help us stay on top. We use our badges and ranking to show prospects that our customers love us. It's a great way to build trust.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all (external) metrics chosen by G2 for the Market Presence Scoring are 100% accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our potential customers in the buying process by reading real reviews from our customers. We can show proof to potential customers that we give the best support and experience with our software without saying it ourselves.

Our personal CS team (Shoutout to Akshat, Will and Mark) helps us get the most out of G2 and our review campaigns. Super quick response time and always sharing new ideas.

Companies need to hear what their customers really think and reviews are a powerful way to get this information. We've gained important feedback and requests that have helped us build what our customers really want.

What do you dislike about the product?
The support team can be slow to respond, and sometimes we have received no response. Our relationship managers are the best way to get something addressed or actioned.
Our category does not currently meet the criteria to be included in reports, and it feels like we are missing out on some of the benefits because of this.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our G2 category ranks highly on Google for certain target keywords of ours; our solutions being at the top of the category when prospects click on G2 from the SERP is great.

Love the team, the support and the spirit. Always helpful and trying to inspire momentum in your business.

the pricing. Very pricy if you don't know what to do with all the data or you' re lacking capacity.

The clear backend, the helpful customer success team, and ofc the ability to reach a broader market.

The way the product is packaged sometimes is frustrating.

G2 helps our customers to evaluate our product against others by using trustworthy data.
Great onboarding and support, and lots of value to be found within the platform.

The intent platform is a useful tool for finding in-market prospective buyers, and having access to marketing materials really helps add credibility to your own brand's GTM.

Categorisation can be tricky – there's a sense in which much larger organisations see the benefit of their impact in other areas of business reflected in use cases where they have only minimal (if any notable) presence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building credibility around our brand, and using that to drive new conversations with in-market buyers. We benefit by adding that to all areas of our GTM, from top-of-funnel marketing to active sales conversations.

Everything under the sun exists in G2 - we are proud to share our scores, feedback and reviews.
Good insights and more invisibility onto the nuances that usually go unnoticed in the sales cycle
What do you like best about the product?
G2 helps us have insights into the little things that go unnoticed throughout the sales cycle. It is hard to attribute successes and impact in a world where everything is connected. Being able to share what our customers love about us and use that intent data helps us understand what is effective in our processes and our product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much to complain about. It is hard to directly attribute revenue to a product like this, but our company does believe that it makes sense given our holistic marketing approach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 is helping us establish a presence in a competitive market by enabling us to showcase our product and how it is different (and better) than what already exists.
Great review website with dedicated professionals
What do you like best about the product?
G2 gives our marketing a tremendous boost. We display our milestones and badges achieved on almost every page of our website. We also use our rankings and badges in other marketing and sales collateral like presentations, documentation, and visuals. Unlike other review websites, G2 is very user-friendly, innovative, and brings us as a software vendor a lot of creditability by our customers and prospects. I also love working with our account managers at g2, everyone is very involved, thinking with us, and very helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
The G2 algorithm that calculates your Market Presence Scoring is a bit 'blurry'. It is quite challenging to directly influence this and your position on the G2 grid. Your score or position on the grid can also vary from day to day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our profile on G2 is very useful in the buying process of our prospects. In my opinion, third-party references are very valuable to share and showcase. G2 is also a great addition for our sales department to leverage in the sales and account management process.
