What do you like best about the product?
Overall, I am very happy with G2 Crowd. We are able to drive high quality leads to our sales team. Our reps are also great, fast to respond and always helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback I currently have would be the low volume. I am working with the reps to find a solution to help us increase our volume.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that we are solving is being able to find high quality, in-market leads. G2 Crowd is one of our highest lead to opportunity channels in the marketing mix.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would just recommend making reviews a high focus and shoot to make it in the leader board in your category.

Smooth and helpful resources every step of the way

What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding process went very smoothly. If we had a question or concern, G2 Crowd's onboarding staff answered all emails and phone calls within the hour. The service we received was impeccable.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've been with G2 Crowd for only a few months. So far we have been pleased with what we have received.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brand Awareness and Brand Interest.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We haven't yet seen an ROI, but we are in the begiining phase of this partnership. I hope to come back next year and tell a different story. However, after our first review campaign we got 60+ reviews in a very short amount of time.

What do you like best about the product?
The configuration and on-boarding process for a vendor is very straightforward, intuitive and yet comprehensive. I also like the experience provided by G2Crowd to users researching products. It is fluid and informational.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. G2Crowd is a great company, they just need to extend their SEO penetration (at least in my category) to better generate organic leads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to greater our brand awareness.

We have a great product and we were not seen. G2Crowd has given us the opportunity to display our worth by letting our customers speak for us. We are now listed side by side with our competition with a legitimate position.

Plenty of Options for Building a Comprehensive Product Profile

What do you like best about the product?
Creating a profile on G2 Crowd gives an opportunity to build a comprehensive overview of your product/service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that some elements on the profile page are not customizable, for example, the Watch a Demo button cannot be renamed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 Crowd helps us increase the traffic to our site and find leads that are genuinely interested in what we offer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Turn to the rep you are in communication with if you bump into a problem because the support is really good and they will help you right away.

What do you like best about the product?
The depth of criteria that G2 Crowd puts together the reports are very granular and thorough. For an underdog brand like ourselves, this credibility was invaluable. The team was super helpful in helping navigate the product and strategize with execution on our end.

Would love to be able to customize qualification questions before anyone can request a demo.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to work with. Review campaigns are a great way to get reviews kicked off. Accounts team is proactive in finding you ways to increase reviews and exposure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outside of the basics, ideas are limited. Suggestions seem to always include spending more money with them. Inbound lead activity wasn't great in our experience, but we have a very specific product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Looking to gain exposure and get in front of software buyers that are doing independent research before moving to a more formal RFP. Visibility is key. It's been helpful to have the coverage and the reviews present.

1. G2Crowd promised lots of leads, but leads are few and far
2. The embed feature is limiting - I do not have the ability to take specific sections from the testimonial and embed them.

Very simple to get started bringing in detailed reviews from happy customers, the team is always available to help out and come up with new ideas.

Not much that I dislike that we haven't solved with iteration on targeting, messaging & etc

Intuitive Platform for B2B Reviews

What do you like best about the product?
Everything on the site is streamlined and intuitive for both the user and the vendor. They offer lots of features to utilize as a vendor, and they have a lot of things that help you promote your page.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have some more customizability over the buttons on your vendor page. They are working on this after feedback, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are greatly increasing our customer advocacy, which has historically been a very underutilized strategy. It is easy to increase your reviews with review campaigns, and it's awesome to see our authority grow as more people engage with our product page. This site has become a wonderful sales tool.

Make use of the $500 stipend on a reviews campaign.
