G2 is a great platform for software buyers to learn about a product's presence and reputation
What do you like best about the product?
G2 helps software buyers understand the best products for different product categories with their category-wise ranking and grids. G2's strong SEO ensures that they almost always show up as the top search result usually when we are searching for the best products for the solution we are looking for - so this is a good space for our business to invest time and effort in to improve our leadership positions in different product categories.
Buyers can easily read the reviews of the products we are assessing to understand the pros and cons. They can look at feature scores, categories they are present on, resources and more helpful materials that help us decide.

What do you dislike about the product?
There needs to be a stricter measurement criteria for vendors to get the quarterly badges. Quarterly reports is also too much of an overkill considering the rankings don't change so drastically each quarter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Important Platform for Customer Trust
What do you like best about the product?
Using G2 marketing helps get me the necessary pieces to build trust with my customers (e.g. badges based on reviews)
What do you dislike about the product?
The "decaying" of reviews from customers can be frustrating - it feels more related to G2 trying to get traffic, than my product.

G2 help us build customer trust by consolidating our reviews into features and helping users online find useful information about our product

G2 marketing solutions is a great way for us to market our brand and get super valuable insights from our customers, to keep improving our product at the same time as we can optimize the things we need to develop further.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of. Maybe the UX can be improved a bit further.

We love G2 review feature, it allows us to easily reach out to clients to get honest feedback on our product and service.

We had very limited success with the Marketing Intelligence platform and did not renew it for 2025.

It is allowing us to reach out to clients regularly for feedback, it is also giving potential customers a platform to review current customer experience

What do you like best about the product?
Apart from sharing reviews, you can also create personalized pages tailored specifically for each prospect—with the information and platforms that matter most to them. It’s a complete game changer.

To be honest for far nothing, its an easy to use tool and im happy with it.

By sharing tailored comparisons, it helps build trust in our company and highlights the unique value we offer compared to other players in the market.
