Great Intent Signals and Slack Alerts, but Setup and Scoring Need Work

What do you like best about the product?
The intent signals from G2 about my product, category and competitors. The slack notifications are useful too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The slack integration setup is very broken and the scoring of intent can be better. Hard to show value of G2 to leadership.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Buyer intent for Ads and Outbound.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the responsive team at G2.com and appreciate receiving genuine feedbacks. The initial setup was quite easy, which made it convenient to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels too much for the customer. The forms and questions could be less.

G2.com helps me keep the services updated and ensures customer reviews are attended to.

What do you like best about the product?
G2 is a great way to gather real, honest customer feedback, and we can use it as proof points for our solution when speaking with prospective buyers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m not a fan of having to pay for incentives with a credit card for each review, versus the old way of adding funds to our account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 provides us with third-party, validated customer feedback.

Reliable Support That Truly Makes a Difference

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about G2 Marketing Solutions is the supportive team culture. Everyone is open, collaborative, and focused on doing great work, which makes projects both rewarding and enjoyable.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the pace and changing priorities can be a bit challenging, but this mostly comes with working in a dynamic and growing environment. But this is acceptable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They’ve been there for everything-from even the smallest things like helping with profile access, to more detailed tasks such as creating tracking links and setting up ads. Having that level of support means we can focus more on other core works without getting stuck on technical or administrative issues. It’s reassuring to know there’s always a reliable team ready to help, which makes our work more efficient and far less stressful.

Robust Intent Insight, Slight UX Hurdles

What do you like best about the product?
I use G2.com for demand generation, particularly appreciating the integration to LinkedIn Matched Audiences for remarketing purposes, which gives me an additional intent touchpoint. I like the relatively straightforward UI and the quite responsive and proactive Customer Success Managers. They are currently shipping a lot of interesting features. I also find it valuable to see high intent signals, such as exactly who has viewed our profile in the last 30 days and where prospects have checked out competitors but not us. It provides an additional layer of insight to align marketing and sales efforts into Account-Based Marketing and offers insights into the voice of the customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The left panel seems very busy and overwhelming, I think some UX improvement could be done there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2.com provides an additional layer of insight for ABM by connecting marketing and sales efforts, revealing customer journey insights, high intent signals, and integrating with LinkedIn for enhanced audience targeting.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the quarterly reports, badges, and grids on G2.com because they showcase how our customers feel about us and provide proof of value from a reliable source. We use these reports and badges on social media and our website, which is helpful for promoting our quarterly awards. The grids are particularly crucial for our outbound sales efforts and are something our customers highly value. Additionally, the initial setup of G2.com was incredibly easy and quick.

Overaell, it is a centralized place that many purchasers includ ein their decision process or that google at least draws from

I question how valuable it is with LLMs and also how other brands can actually place ads on my profile if I am not advertising on G2

ideally it is solving a few things:
1. getting eyeballs on our product OFF of our site
2. getting leads from a trusted source

I like that it provides a variety of options to achieve the goals each product or service strives for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I havent run into any downside yet. I am always on the look out for what an app or a service can do better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solving the issue of having to find the best provider. We often need didnt products to keep track of billing or providers.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the signals on G2.com are easy to analyze, which helps me to assess competitive dynamics effectively. The support team is very cooperative, adding to the positive experience. I also find the bottom of the funnel signals, like looking at profiles and pricing, and the new competitive signals to be valuable, as they help me position my product better. The initial setup of G2.com was also pretty easy.

Nothing as such

I use G2.com to analyze competitive signals, showing me how it's beneficial compared to not using it and where I should invest more.

Excellent for Genuine Customer Reviews and Buyer Intent Insights

What do you like best about the product?
Very helpful in finding genuine reviews of customers. Buyer Intent is also one of the best ways to finding companies that are actively looking out for solutions in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Incentive reviews, where companies who focuses more on reviews get better ratings rather than genuine reviews.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Buyer Intent Solutions is one of the best also CPC is really good, tested in the past. But right LLMs are giving lot more weightage to G2 and other platforms for ratings.
