What do you like best about the product?
The customer support has been exceptional. Camilo takes pride in his work and cares about us as a client, ensuring our domain is safe and secure. It was easily integrated with his help.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not experienced any downside of using PowerDMARC. Things have been going well thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are focused on email security and cybersecurity as a whole, especially being a healthcare organization. Namely, we wanted to detect and prevent spoofing threats and PowerDMARC has been a tremendous help in doing that.

PowerDmarc is a very powerful and easy-to-use service. What's more, the team is very responsive when we ask questions and they find solutions quickly. I recommend this application !

In fact, there are no real downsides to this application.

PowerDmarc greatly simplifies DMARC management and allows us to manage our various clients easily. We appreciate the dashboard and the various features available.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been with PowerDMARC for several years, and the team has been phenomenal throughout my experience. From the initial implementation to ongoing customer support, they make the process straightforward, even for someone without a technical background. Their deployment team is always ready to guide an engineer step by step, ensuring that everything goes smoothly and nothing breaks during deployment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't find any significant downsides. While the pricing is somewhat higher, the excellent customer service and support make up for it. Whenever we open a ticket, we typically receive a response the same day, and they are quick to resolve or assist with any email delivery issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PowerDMARC addresses the challenges of email spoofing and phishing by simplifying the implementation and management of SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. Rather than struggling with complicated DNS modifications and confusing reports, it provides clear insight into who is sending emails on our behalf and identifies any unauthorized or misconfigured sources. This clarity enables us to confidently enforce DMARC without disrupting legitimate emails, which helps reduce the risk of fraud and brand impersonation. Additionally, it improves email deliverability and significantly decreases the time we spend resolving authentication issues.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven’t found anything negative. And even if something did come up, I’m confident that their excellent support team would quickly compensate for it.

PowerDMARC helps us solve the complexity of monitoring and managing email authentication across multiple domains and services. It consolidates DMARC, DKIM, SPF, and other security insights into one clear dashboard, making it much easier to identify issues, prevent spoofing attempts, and maintain a secure email infrastructure.
Before using PowerDMARC, gaining this level of visibility was difficult and time-consuming. Now, we can quickly detect misconfigurations, track authentication results in real time, and ensure our domains are fully protected. The improved transparency and automation save us significant time and greatly enhance our overall security posture.

Effortless Onboarding and Flexible Plans Make Growth Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Easy onboarding, well structured overviews, flexible plans that grow with usage without huge cost jumps
What do you dislike about the product?
Oboarding wasn't fully automated with my DNS provider of choice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DMARC is a must when setting up emails, but without report aggregation it is impossible to know when to take action.

Right now I don't see anything wrong with it, I like the tool as a whole.

What do you like best about the product?
Basically, its user-friendly interface is adaptable to new configurations, and I like the automation with hosted services. It has good customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't see well, in my opinion, is that they must clearly define the difference between a personal domain and a corporate one, in terms of the number of emails sent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Definitely, automation is its advantage, no longer having the cumbersome process of going to the mail server's DNS, just with a click from PD, it makes it easier.

Value For Money, with easy to use features and a developing product with good and responsive customer support when requested
What do you dislike about the product?
the user interface is not overly intuitive and finding route causes of issues not always that easy
