PowerDMARC MSP Portal delivers
What do you like best about the product?
The portal is easy to navigate for MSP account AND Customer account. I like that we can enter the customer portal as a customer account. This is great for testing the customer access views.
I also like that there are role templates AND you have the ability to create roles. It's quite granular, so you can really get into the details.
The support is responsive as well. When you create a ticket, you will get a response quite quickly.
I also like that they have a wide offering of service methods, like the MSP Portal, customer portal, and API.
Sales is also very responsive. We've had excellent response from our account manager Garine Kevorkian.

What do you dislike about the product?
* Usually, from the MSP portal, with MSP identity, when you enter the customer portal, the identity will shift to the "client" identity. So when you go back to the MSP portal, you will get an access denied message. Easy fix is to log off the "client" identity and you are immediately back in as the MSP identity.
* Not sure if I missed this capability, but it would be great to create favourites for aggregate reports so you don't have to drill down each time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any DMARC provider can interpret the reports, but the PowerDMARC interface is easily grasped and the reports can be viewed in the one web page. This is very easy for the customer to understand and navigate.
The scores are also helpful so they can see their progression over time.

PowerDMARC - a must-have email tool
What do you like best about the product?
PowerDMARC has excellent reporting functions so it's easy to find the problems. It's easy to configure, the user interface is very good. It is very easy to integrate / set up jon your own if you are familiar with SPF, DKIM, DNS etc. The customer support is very friendly and really helpful. Actually I use it daily to have look at the DMARC Reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sooner or later you reach the point where you have to use paid services because the free services are no longer sufficient. That's perfectly okay, then you just take a paid plan. Unfortunately, there are also some special functions, such as the hosted SPF, which you need if you send emails from many different sources. Unfortunately, this service cannot be booked online, but it is only pointed out that it is a paid feature and you have to contact support to have it activated for a fee.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PowerDMARC is able to make out of 24 SPF lookups a server would have to to when you send an Email (and which will cause a fail) only 4. Thats brilliant.
DMARC made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
If you have never dealt with DMARC it is something best left to the professionals. Originally, we had planned to go it ourselves (without managed services) but a last minute price break gave us the opportunity to try out managed services and wow, am I glad! They walk you through everything. They keep an eye on everything. Scheduling a meeting couldn't be any easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of their hosted services aren't compatible with certain DNS providers. I wish I would have known that at the start. In the end, it doesn't matter much and there are work arounds.

It is allowing us to keep our email reputation intact and prevent spoofing from the Threat Actors
Comprehensive Features, User-friendly & Cost effective Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
PowerDMARC excels in delivering a range of DMARC management features. It allows users to easily set up and monitor DMARC records with a user-friendly dashboard and its in-depth reporting!
The cool part about it that it works well with various email systems and can integrate with any existing security solutions.

So far the tool works perfectly amazing. Cant complain!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alignments of the valid sending sources was very hard to tackle. With PowerDMARC's aggregate reporting with 7 different views helped align the sending sources from one platform.
Publishing the DKIM selectors was a hustle. With Hosted DKIM, PowerDMARC made it easy to add, edit and delete the selecotrs from one portal!

Es un software amigable, me parece una buena herramienta, la recomiendo y el apoyo es siempre el mejor.

Came for the aggregated DMARC reporting, stayed because of all the other features included!
What do you like best about the product?
As their name suggests, they provide the tools and resources to indeed "Power" the implementation and management of our client's DMARC (and more) email setups.
What do you dislike about the product?
The licensing model can be confusing with so many features, and the costs can escalate quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A multi-tenanted platform not only helps set up DMARC and receive the reports... but also continuous monitoring to ensure my client's stay in compliance.
Great partner and great branding options
What do you like best about the product?
What really got me excited was the branding options. But pricing has been fantastic compared to other options.

So far not much. We've only been using it for 3 or 4 months, but love it.

weekly reports review and tech support and suggestions. Muqthar Jawad from tech support is really helpful, he made us configure everything perfectly by suggestions and helping out arranging weekly tech sessions
What do you dislike about the product?
everything is fine but interface can be made more user friendly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are using Bimi and dmarc mainly, bimi puts verified blue tick and logo on all our emails which certifies that sender is authentic. and dmarc is protecting our emails

The support at PowerDMARC really know their stuff, easy to roll out, lots if built-in tools, great that it provides a single pane of glass for managing spf/DKIM/DMARC across our multiple clients
