What do you like best about the product?
It is a very practical tool, which allows you to save time and delegate tedious management.

The person who was helping me, Hridi, was patient and knowledgable, I enjoy working with her! She answered all the questions I had.

The site is a little slow, but that could be because of our data.

What do you like best about the product?
The PowerDMARC team are experienced and helpful. Our representative, Jubin, was incredibly patient and took the time to walk me through every step with clarity. The platform itself is intuitive and user-friendly once you're introduced to the many options available, easy to implement and integrate. The detailed reports provided valuable insights into our email authentication status and helped us take action to protect our domain. Our overall experience, PowerDMARC’s excellent support and straightforward interface made the entire process both smooth and effective.

It took an initial call to understand the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PowerDMARC helped some challenges related to email security and domain protection. This includes prevention of unauthorised entities from sending emails that appear to come from your organization, thereby mitigating phishing and spoofing attempts. It is one platform that enables the setup and management of DMARC, DKIM, and SPF, making it easier to establish and maintain email authentication protocols. The reduction in fraudulent messages protects both internal and external stakeholders. Email security and validation protects your organization’s brand reputation and email deliverability.
The platform has a user-friendly dashboard and provides automated reports for clear visibility into who is sending email on behalf of your domain, allowing you to quickly spot and remediate suspicious activity. This level of insight streamlines troubleshooting and saves time in daily operations. PowerDMARC gives peace of mind and a more secure email ecosystem—all of which ultimately benefits your organization enhancing trust in your communications and reducing cyberattacks at the same time.

What do you like best about the product?
PowerDMARC is user-friendly, provides clear insights into email authentication, and helps strengthen security with ease and Darpan has been a big help throughout the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit complex to set up initially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're still in the set up phase but so far it helps protect our domain from email spoofing, phishing attacks, and unauthorized use. It gives us better visibility into email activity, improves deliverability, and strengthens our overall email security.
Building and deploying bulletproof e-mail security has never been easier
What do you like best about the product?
We love the easy to use interface and onboarding customers is a breeze. The wizard walks you through the process and there are several steps where you can check your work before proceeding. Support is always helpful when reaching out and they are receptive to new ideas on how to improve the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't currently an easy way to determine how many domains are associated with each customer from the MSSP portal and the performance of the website can vary wildly from very fast to very slow to respond to requests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduction of spam and domain impersonation has been the largest benefit.

Price is little bit on higher side for SMB

Email deliverability was an issue which is address by PowerDMARC, After implementation our domain reputation has been increased.
Fast Lane to Resolving Any Email Issue
What do you like best about the product?
The free trial identified and resolved issues within minutes. Their micro-scripting to flatten the SPF records is awesome and implementing MTA-STS took minutes. Their tools helped me identify what to focus on methodically and efficiently. Swapnil Bangre and his team, explained in detail our next steps. We have a clear path to bringing high confidence to our email and backend providers supporting our School Management Systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I am overwhelmed by how easy they made it to resolve our issues that other services failed to identify.

SPF records for both domains Flattened. MTA-STA easily implemented. Issues easily identified.

PowerDMARC provides an intuitive interface and detailed reporting, making it easy to monitor and enforce DMARC policies without deep technical knowledge

Some advanced features require a learning curve, and initial setup might be complex for users unfamiliar with email authentication.

PowerDMARC helps my non-profits prevent email spoofing, improve deliverability, and gain visibility into email traffic. It simplifies DMARC implementation, making domain security easier to manage
My experience was excelent with implementing & configuring the PowerDMARC.

Visibility of domain security is great with the understandable portal & reporting. Implementation & Integration was smooth with proper guidance.

So far I hadn't found something that I don't like.
