Easy to Use with Outstanding Screenshot-Based Chat Support
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate and use. Best part is chat help that provides the screenshots to the asked help.

Sometimes some functionality stopped working.

Few icons are small and sometimes it is difficult to enter information in that.

My peers work review and progress is very easy to check, additionally everyone knows what are the billable activites.

UI is really good. Pretty intuitive and easy to explain to others too

Nothing really. It just serves it's purpose. It's on the company using it when it comes to make sure it's usage is as efficient as possible.

It's connected through integrations with almost any external plataform we use. That's key for us. It allows us to onboard clients more efficiently than in the past by a lot
Rocketlane’s Project Management and Training Keep Clients Aligned and On Track
What do you like best about the product?
The Project Management and Training sections of Rocketlane have been very effective at keeping my clients aligned on their goals and helping ensure they achieve them within the stipulated timeline. The email integration has also worked well for client outreach and communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be really helpful if, when I complete a main task category, it automatically marks all of the subtasks within that category as completed as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep my clients on target by guiding them to the right help resources when needed. Being able to incorporate training videos directly into tasks has been very handy, and it has helped improve performance.

What I like most about Rocketlane is how it brings project management, collaboration, and customer communication into a single platform. It improves visibility across teams, streamlines workflows, and helps ensure projects are delivered on time. The client-facing features also make it easy to keep stakeholders aligned and engaged throughout the project lifecycle

So far so good & am waiting for some features for admins like - login as a user

Rocketlane solves several key problems around project delivery and customer onboarding. Before using it, teams often struggle with scattered tools, poor visibility into project progress, and misalignment between internal teams and customers. This can lead to delays, miscommunication, and inconsistent delivery experiences.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Rocketlane's simple UI and collaborative features. The weekly updates are great and tagging teammates in tasks is super handy. Updating tasks is easy with simple options to update progress and completion. The spotlight feature is useful for calling out risk and getting attention without having to follow up with task owners, since I can just tag them in Rocketlane itself. I also found the initial setup to be very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think for now, I am happy with what all feature there are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane simplifies project planning and scheduling while informing leadership on updates. I like the easy task updates, simple progress tracking, and the ability to tag team members. Spotlighting risks without needing to follow up adds value.
Modern UI, But Support and Usability Quirks Hold Rocketlane Back
What do you like best about the product?
The interface looks nice and modern. Many items are laid out in a logical manner which can make navigation a little easier for new users.

I’ve found the support experience can be frustrating. There are a number of UI quirks that don’t feel logical or intuitive.
When I raise these concerns, they don’t seem very receptive and instead respond with some version of “that’s just how the program works.” That’s discouraging, because the issues I’ve escalated are genuine pain points that negatively affect usability and make Rocketlane harder to use.

Rocketlane allows us to track our projects and their progress all in one platform. Instead of having to check multiple places for notes, updates, files, and other details, it provides a centralized space to keep everything together.
Keeps Projects on Track with Ease and Customization
What do you like best about the product?
I like Rocketlane for its ease of use and functionality, which helps keep projects on track and ensures nothing is forgotten. The customization of tasks is great, and the platform allows me to share and chat with customers and internal staff, keeping communication effective and projects moving smoothly. This also helps me stay on top of things and complete tasks faster, making small mistakes less common. I appreciate the ability to stay actively engaged in every project, as well as the support from the Rocketlane team during our transition.

Times, there may be a slowest issue, but that's like many apps out there. This is nothing too specific to them.

Rocketlane helps keep projects on time, ensures critical milestones aren't missed, allows task assignment to the right people, and enables customers to track project progress. It facilitates communication with clients, aids in task customization, and keeps project information from being forgotten.
Effortless Team Management with Minimalist Design
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Rocketlane's clean design that helps in managing teams, tasks, timecard submissions, and leaves without scattering across multiple tools. I like the simplicity in design and the fact that there's no learning curve, which makes it really easy to get started. I also enjoy the minimalism aspect for PSA management, which is critical for my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm looking forward to more automations and integrations with Rocketlane. It would be great if it could work as an alternative to task list tools by automatically creating tasks via email, for example.

Rocketlane lets me track tasks and manage my time and team with its clean design. It eliminates the need to use multiple tools by centralizing team and project management.

It helps me track the progress of the implementation projects I’m handling. I like the flexibility to add notes, personalize my view, and clearly see what I’m missing in the process by sending notifications of past due tasks.
