What do you like best about the product?

Projects are well organized, with all the necessary details clearly laid out in each tab. Communication is also organized and straightforward, which makes it easy to use.

What do you dislike about the product?

Handling communication with non-team members on the project could be improved. I’ve experienced situations where someone was CC’d on emails but didn’t receive the replies, and I’ve also had difficulty seeing who was CC’d when a team member includes someone.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Integration from other tools makes it much easier to manage project updates across multiple projects. We handle at least 20 projects per consultant, and when I’m looking at each project, it’s easier to work with because the tabs are so well organized.

What do you like best about the product?

Rocketlane is a powerful project management platform with an almost overwhelming number of features. Even so, it’s easy to understand what your tasks are and where the project stands overall, from its health to its timeline. Rocketlane has proven its value thus far, primarily in the great team and support.

What do you dislike about the product?

The sheets feature has a lot of potential, but doesn't quite meet expectations when comparing to a similar tool like excel or smartsheet. I have already seen improvements in the 2 months I've been using Rocketlane, so I am confident this tool will continue to improve.

It's great to keep everything project-related in one place. It's easy to share information internally.

Handling multiple projects becomes easy with roketlane, tracking of each project becomes simple

I still feel UI should be more interactive and sometime I get confused in using it

It keeps our client implementation projects organized in one place instead of spreading across emails, spreadsheets, and different tools.

I like the interface and the how quickly I was able to stand it up for my team and immediately start using it

The project template isn't a little rigid. I was also hoping to receive more guidance on best practice for how other companies with a similar use case was leveraging Rocketlane.

Solving for a true project management tool where we can track projects both internally and externally. Also help with capacity planning.

The real-time visibility and organized workflows help improve overall project execution.

While Rocketlane is a great project management tool, there are a few areas that could be improved. Some workflows require multiple clicks, and certain configurations can be less intuitive for new users. Reporting and dashboard customization could be more flexible, and advanced filtering options would make it easier to analyze project data. Performance can also occasionally slow down when working with large projects.

Rocketlane helps us streamline project implementation by providing a centralized platform for task management, milestone tracking, and team collaboration. It improves visibility into project progress, keeps stakeholders aligned, and helps ensure deliverables are completed on time. This has resulted in better coordination, improved accountability, and more efficient project execution.

What do you like best about the product?

I use Rocketlane to log my weekly timesheets and track the hours I spend on different projects. The procedure is straightforward and helps me ensure I complete my required forty-hour work week while accurately allocating time across multiple tasks and projects. I like that I can clearly see where my time has been spent, which makes reporting more organized and reduces the chances of missing entries. The clean and easy-to-navigate interface makes entering daily or weekly hours quick, hardly taking five to ten minutes, which is very useful. Rocketlane performs well for routine time logging, and from my experience, the platform is reliable.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think one area that could be improved is making timesheet entry even faster, with additional shortcuts or bulk editing options, especially for users who log similar hours every week.

What do you like best about the product?

As a PM, Rocketlane has been extremely helpful. It keeps all the details I need in one place and is genuinely user-friendly, which makes it easy to stay on top of things. Overall, I really like it.

What do you dislike about the product?

It can’t be integrated with Google Calendar, so I have to manually add a time block for the project engineer on the calendar and then paste the Rocketlane task into the calendar event description.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rocketlane keeps all our project details, tasks, and client communication centralized in one place, so nothing falls through the cracks. It's made tracking onboarding and offboarding projects across multiple clients so much easier, and I can quickly see status and next steps without digging through emails or Slack.
