Amidst the chaos of the projects, Rocketlane brought us peace!

What do you like best about the product?
We didn’t realize that we needed Rocketlane until we tried it, but now I feel like I’ve found it. The intuitive interface design gave me confidence from the first click; I knew that any member of my team could use it with ease. We were able to eliminate repetitive and tedious tasks with the use of customizable templates, and gained a new perspective by centralizing all our deadlines, milestones, projects and financial data. We have been able to eliminate many emails and give everyone a real-time view of progress through the client portal. In a once chaotic place, it provided us with peace and clarity.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a learning curve because not all workflows were clear, and we had to spend some time getting to know one other. It first slowed us down, but it wasn't a major issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the launch of a new system for an important customer, our meetings with Rocketlane were particularly revealing. There was a lot of work to be done between the development, support and training teams due to short notice. That would never have worked in the old days of email and spreadsheets. With Rocketlane, everyone was on the same page as to when and what to do, and I could monitor our progress almost in real time. The most interesting aspect was that the client requested a significant change in scope mid-project. Rocketlane allowed us to continue the project without derailing, adjusting the template and rescheduling the dates, which would normally mess up the whole plan. At the time, I thought, "Okay, this tool really makes a difference".

What do you like best about the product?
-Great integration with Salesforce and Zapier.
-UI is generally pleasant to look at.
-API is more mature than most other vendors I've worked with.
-Support is generally quick to respond.
-Automations are useful for manual Tasks.
-The ability to create filters for other less-technical teammates is useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
-No logging on Rocketlane Automations, whether they ran or not.
-No logging on if emails are being sent from Rocketlane without having to go through Support.
-No current native functionality to re-send customer invites to a Project if they haven't accepted it.
-No ability to upload an attachment to a Task via API.
-Viewing a Customer Portal as a customer lacks features, and some buttons are not clickable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were originally using JIRA Epics to manage all engagements we owe to our customers. This process worked mostly, but JIRA is not built for PS Teams and everything we did was built on scripts. For instance, we caught SFDC Opps from a script. Rocketlane has native integration that allows us to pull in Opps immediately after they close, and in most cases we're engaging with a post-sales customer within the first hour.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps us to track the complete implementation of the product along with the chat options provided to internal team as well as to the client side. Ability to share all the details , taking feedback from clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app stops working at clients end and it takes atleast 24-48 hours to get the issues resolved by the Rocketlane team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it gives us the complete visibility at what phase the accounts implementation is along with the deadlines, giving a clear visibility to the clients as well which reduces the workload for us to give updates to the clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane is the gold standard for customer onboarding and project delivery!
Rocketlane keeps getting better! The latest AI-driven updates—especially auto-generated status reports and smart task suggestions—are huge time-savers and help streamline communication with clients. The platform remains incredibly intuitive, and the collaboration features make cross-functional teamwork seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there’s very little to improve—Rocketlane has nailed what modern onboarding and delivery teams need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane helps centralize client onboarding and implementation processes, making it easier to manage timelines, tasks, and communication in one place.

What do you dislike about the product?
Comparing the current project state with the original or past plans can be challenging. With multiple revisions (3–4 iterations), adapting and establishing baselines from previous versions isn’t as smooth as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously lacked a central tracking system - Rocketlane now acts as a unified hub for all project updates, minimizing ambiguity and eliminating reliance on multiple disconnected tools.
Stakeholders had limited visibility into progress - Built-in project views and automated status reports offer leadership the clarity they need—no additional follow-ups required.
Cross-functional collaboration was inefficient - Defined task ownership and timelines across teams have significantly improved coordination and accountability.
Challenging to manage several projects simultaneously - The portfolio-level dashboard enables clear visibility across accounts, making it easier to identify risks and delays early on.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
UI can be better, I have put a list together for Manoj and team related to wish list/ features that would be needed example providing a better home page for users including a dashboard capability
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its intuitive interface, customizable workflows, and real-time project visibility have not only improved internal collaboration but have also enhanced the experience we deliver to our customers. What used to take hours of coordination and back-and-forth is now handled seamlessly, allowing us to adapt quickly and support our clients in a constantly shifting landscape.

Simple, Clean UI – Very easy to navigate, even for new users.

Quick Response Time – No lag, which helps during time-sensitive phases.

Easy Template Onboarding – Setting up projects from pre-built templates is quick and intuitive.

What do you dislike about the product?
The planned VS actual state of project is a bit difficult to gauge best on current tool capabilities. Especially if there are 3-4 iterations of any project plan, adopting it is bit difficult and then baselining against any of the previous plan is not easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of centralized tracking - Rocketlane serves as the single source of truth for all project updates, reducing confusion and dependency on scattered tools.

Difficulty managing multiple projects - The portfolio view helps me stay on top of multiple accounts and flag delays or risks early.

Time lost in manual project setup - Pre-built templates make it easy to spin up new projects quickly and consistently.

What do you like best about the product?
Define stages very well and good feature to bring external customers as well on the platform
What do you dislike about the product?
For now started using it for a month or so, so haven't find any drawbacks, so it's a little early to say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking projects at every stage is helping me. Clear bifurcation of which tasks are internal and external dependency.
