What do you like best about the product?
I like the intuitive interface, the user experience is very easy. The onoarding is formidable, templates are very helpful and the automation capabilities is wonderful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limited reporting limits, but overall is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project tracking and visibility, the automatisation of routine processes.

What do you like best about the product?
The most impressive thing about Rocketlane is its rapid pace of innovation. Over the last year, the improvements in resource management and automated workflows have been game-changers for our team. It doesn't just track tasks; it actually helps us visualize team capacity and prevent burnout.

I also love how much the reporting has matured. We can now pull granular insights into our delivery timelines and project health without having to export everything to a spreadsheet. It’s truly a "source of truth" for our customer-facing projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is incredibly powerful, the sheer amount of customization available means there is a bit of a steep learning curve at the start. It took our team a few weeks to really nail down our global templates. If you’re looking for a simple 'out of the box' task list, this might feel like overkill initially, but the effort pays off once you’re fully set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Rocketlane, our onboarding process was fragmented across emails, spreadsheets, and various PM tools. Rocketlane solved the "black box" problem of customer onboarding.

By using their customer portal and native integrations, we’ve significantly reduced the friction between our sales-to-CS handoffs. Our customers now have a transparent view of the project journey, which has directly improved our Time-to-Value (TTV) and overall client satisfaction.

What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane support team is very helpful. Whenever we have any queries, they are very quick to respond. The onboarding and training was also very seamless and it's fairly easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
We cannot forward any email from outside to RL
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a collaborative space for the team and clients to share information on a project. The task and individual communication thread makes it effortless to track conversations.

What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane has revolutionised out operations and reporting and we use it on a daily basis. It's user-friendly, it allows my Team to do things we've never been able to do before. The AI chat bot is one of the best I've seen and the Support Team who's ready to jump in if AI can't help is outstanding. They're very quick to respond. Our relationship with our CSM and TAM is great too - overall, it's a pleasure to work with Rocketlane!
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting capabilities lack certain important features, but Rocketlane takes on feedback and are working towards improving their reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work closely with our CSM and TAM to discuss out issues and they're always ready to suggest a solution, or take on the feedback. We finally have visibility into the brilliant work the team does, and we have invaluable data and insights we can use to put together reports and keep improving our operational efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane is the gold standard for customer onboarding and project delivery!
Rocketlane keeps getting better! The latest AI-driven updates—especially auto-generated status reports and smart task suggestions—are huge time-savers and help streamline communication with clients. The platform remains incredibly intuitive, and the collaboration features make cross-functional teamwork seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there’s very little to improve—Rocketlane has nailed what modern onboarding and delivery teams need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane helps centralize client onboarding and implementation processes, making it easier to manage timelines, tasks, and communication in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple, Clean UI – Very easy to navigate, even for new users.

Quick Response Time – No lag, which helps during time-sensitive phases.

Easy Template Onboarding – Setting up projects from pre-built templates is quick and intuitive.

Centralized Tracking – Acts as a single source of truth for all project-related information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The planned VS actual state of project is a bit difficult to gauge best on current tool capabilities. Especially if there are 3-4 iterations of any project plan, adopting it is bit difficult and then baselining against any of the previous plan is not easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of centralized tracking - Rocketlane serves as the single source of truth for all project updates, reducing confusion and dependency on scattered tools.

Difficulty managing multiple projects - The portfolio view helps me stay on top of multiple accounts and flag delays or risks early.

Time lost in manual project setup - Pre-built templates make it easy to spin up new projects quickly and consistently.

What do you like best about the product?
Define stages very well and good feature to bring external customers as well on the platform
What do you dislike about the product?
For now started using it for a month or so, so haven't find any drawbacks, so it's a little early to say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking projects at every stage is helping me. Clear bifurcation of which tasks are internal and external dependency.

What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane has been incredibly helpful in streamlining project management and client collaboration. It centralizes everything in one place: projects, timelines, and task ownership. This makes it much easier to stay organized and aligned with both internal teams and clients. It eliminates the confusion that often comes from scattered emails and spreadsheets and improves visibility across all phases of a project. Overall, it has helped increase efficiency, accountability, and client satisfaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the main drawbacks I’ve experienced with Rocketlane is that it can sometimes take a while to load, especially when navigating between modules or accessing larger projects. While the overall functionality is strong, these occasional delays can interrupt workflow and impact productivity during time-sensitive tasks. Improving the platform’s performance and load times would significantly enhance the user experience.

Rocketlane is solving several key challenges related to project onboarding, task coordination, and client communication. Before using Rocketlane, it was difficult to maintain visibility across different stages of a project. This led to delays, missed updates, and inconsistent client experiences. With Rocketlane, we now have a centralized platform that improves transparency, streamlines task assignments, and keeps both internal and external stakeholders aligned. This has resulted in faster project delivery, improved client satisfaction, and better team accountability, all of which are critical to our success.
