Process oriented in RL for project timeline

RL is a bit slow when we update the status of the project

I can keep a track of my daily activities which helps me to keep a track further on the weekly tasks and actiities closed

Sometimes rocketlane is a bit slow so it takes a lot of time to update the details

Rocketlane Keeps Our Team Organized!
What do you like best about the product?
The drag and drop Project Boards are extremely user friendly and help keep things easily organized visually.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the Task Start/End Date calendar functionality is a little clunky and takes some getting used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding what tasks need to be prioritized by customer so that my day can be well structured, which helps me optimize my time spent to ensure quicker customer satisfaction.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Custom reporting is limited, but has improved in under 4 months of use.
- Salesforce managed package implementation was easy, but required tuning to deploy successfully.
- We have ran into several issues due to the complexity of our environment, but the support team at Rocketlane has been great to work with

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane is helping to develop a repeatable customer onboarding experience, which is reducing the time to value for us.
Good service for time entry and resourcing
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate and the support is great. Timesheet entry is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far the product is error free and good.

Lets me track the time against each project and bill the customer
Perfect Onboarding Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Has made our onboarding process a lot more efficient and effective. Clients love having access to the project plan and have been impressed with how easy it to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides as such. They do have a lot of features so the intial set up was a little overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Rocketlane, our onboarding process was not as fluid and customers did not have any visibility on the progress of the project. Now they know exactly who is responsible for which task. Also the automated emails help keep everyone aware of the progress or delays in the project making the onboarding manager's job easier.
Tool is great for working directly with customers in implementations and day to day operations
What do you like best about the product?
It is great having a place to work with customers directly and be able to have internal items seperated do internal teams can work in it as well. Allowing us to submit subtasks which can easily be reviewed daily or weekly as projects are beng implemented. Being able to integrate JIRA tickets is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is sometimes customers think things are instant in Rocketlane as you would have it in slack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing up to date checklists/ tasks and assigmnements for both internal and external stakeholders. So no more hacing to have seperate sheets or documents to maintain.
Hassle-free time-management
What do you like best about the product?
The google calendar sync feature is my favourite. I saved a lot of time and manual efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only inconvinience I felt was there's no option on edit the meeting time when adding the meeting from G-calendar.

The automations along with slack integration are quite helpful.

It's very user-friendly and very easy to navigate this tool helps me to communicate with customers and helps us to track the onboarding process more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no option to set up out of office and I think the team can also improve the pace of the navigation, sometimes it's a bit slower.

It helps us & our clients to track the Onboarding process in real time.
