A one place platform for managing tasks and projects.
What do you like best about the product?
Project management, Time management, Transperancy betwen user and client, Ease of use, integration of other softwares.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support is not very active and resolution time is also high, Cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to track all our peojects and make sure they are completed well within the given deadline. It gives transparency between users and clinet through chat which makes easier to communicate and understand the scope of project. It also helps in tracking the bandwidth of the other team members.
Rocket Lane Implementation is a Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
The Implementation service (Vishnu & Krishita) were extremely helpful and catered towards our needs. Implementing Rocket Lane was a big project intertnally for us with various departments and stakeholders impacted that needed it's success in order for our objectives to flow. The effort and attention from the implementtion team was excellent. We had various critical integrations running and their engineers made sure to come up with solutions or work arounds everytime we encountered little challenges or road bumps along the way. The team is now using the system and everything we do on our end seamlessly flows through our integration with other teams and departments.
We have never experienced a closer touch service (from implementation and customer support ) where we felt like the team wants our success as much as theirs.

What do you dislike about the product?
Rocket Lane can encounter some small bugs here and there due to the nature of the product's tenure in the market (~4 years). The system could also be a little quicker and responsive. They assured they are working on these aspects of the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing the data flow between various teams (SFDC x RL) while allowing us to manage our own Implementations/projects for multiple clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I have had a very good experience so far using rocketlane it has all the features you would expect from an implementation provider,the private space which I use for actionable within the team same is not visible to client.It also allows us to control our branding and onboarding better than competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now I have not come across any challenge using this tool it has been of great help.Fantastic!

We can accelerate our clients onboarding projects and facilitate issue management with existing clients.
Easy and fast way to track project and time
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing in Rocketlane is the support. whenever I face any difficulty to log time and did not find any project then the support chat system always help quickly and solved all my issues.
Also it does not take too much time to log the time in any project, as there is no much options to select, just select project and log the time and its little description, and timesheet gets submitted.

What do you dislike about the product?
If there is any change in project list then all icertians should be informed via mail or through any notification popup in RL so that we all are aware of it.
Like earlier the TimeOff appeares in Project list but now it is coming under Non-Project activity and most of our team members are not aware of it. So it will be better if we are informed in a proper way.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think now there will be no more discussion on billing part with the client as all can track and log time spent of any project with proper desciption.

Their support spans across all stages, commencing with the sales team, who exhibit patience and a genuine understanding of your needs. This support extends seamlessly through the onboarding process and continues consistently.

To have multi projects under one client.

Great product to organize project scope and timelines
What do you like best about the product?
The time tracking and phase scope detailing are very helpful and easy to navigate in the platform.

Most of the times after updating the details or time it does not reflect in real time, and have to reflect page. Basically loading of page is too heavy, and needs to be worked on that
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in tracking the project phase how much time spent in a particular phase and how that can be improved.

It's an easy-to-use platform that allows users to handle client issues and quickly comprehend the current state, thereby providing excellent customer service.

The only issue I face till now is, we have to reload the page twice, when open any link.

Maintaining the issues list and its status also its very clear to identity to whom the issues or task has been assigned to.

We have worked very hard to create a scalable and repeatable project plan. Rocketlane has made it easy to create a Project Template that we can use with each type of project. Our project template has Key Events and Milestones that we are able to track to help us improve our implemenation process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, Proejct updates send based on a general template but we cannot change them prior to sending. for example some weeks there are a lot of tasks that were completed and we would only like the client to see the main tasks.

Rocketlane has helped us create a repeatable and scalable implementation process.
Rocketlane is now our single source of truth for all things onboarding.
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that Rocketlane is accessible by our customers is a huge plus. Customers appreciate the transparency with which we execute the onboarding. The team at Rocketlane is another big plus. They are always available, willing to take feedback and incorporate them well.

We'd like such a robust tool to have more reporting capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane helps us solve the problem of collaboration and project management. The features are easy to use, There are features or workarounds to make documents / plans available in collaborative workspaces, and also have the different teams access common content. Timesheets is a significant feature we use in Rocketlane.
I use the platform daily. It is a great tool for collaboration and maintaining workflow.

I like that you can create projects that can be viewed/edited by collaborators and clients.

It can be overwhelming until you get the hang of it.
