we are using roketlane to fill our time sheets weekly basis & to track the projects daily basis

UI is quite intuitive without the need to ask other people on how to fill time sheets

We should have the option of selection holidays, planned leave, etc just after selecting the Non-Project Activity instead of digging further and then adding holidays, planned leave

It helps in monitoring how many man hours are being utilized at each stage of the project

The projects within our organization can be monitored effectively which in turn increases the productivity .
The timesheets and things like that allow everybody to track the progress .

Initially to understand and grasp the whole UI is a bit difficult.

Rocketlane is a swiss knife solving problem from onboarding to project management to timesheet submission to various other aspects.
Its easy to use and implement. My team use it daily basis for tracking all the tasks and updates, assiginig to the right person etc.
We have integrated it various internal tools also.

I would like to have more analytics and dashboarding options.

We are able to manage our clients end to end from the onboarding to assigning tasks to various people in the team.

Rocketlane helps you to keep on track with tasks and allows you to have visibility into all of your accounts.

I am still learning some of the tool. I am a new user.

It allows me to have visibility into all of my projects and to have a place to make sure I am moving forward in a timely manner.
As QA tester i assign taks very easy and tracking all my issues here

Tracking very easily and described your work in timesheet for week or Month so that management will know how much work has progressed.

Some time it lags when there are too many tasks on the screen. The page may not load and I'll need to refresh it. This only happens on our large projects.

A project management tool that's used to identify customers we work with and the tasks for the said project.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been customers for 3 years. It seamlessly integrates with select platforms such as Salesforce. For everything else, there is an API integration that is well documented.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want a notification digest for the entire week. Too many updates for me.

Tracks everything that we work on from many departments. It helps surface where our time is spent and what demand the business has from clients. The resource management is used to understand how many of our employees are busy during the current quarter!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no easy way to find a project that I accidentally deleted. I have to reach out to support. But they are able to bring it back to life!
