We use Rocketlane for client onboarding and it is a great tool to handle it efficently in a proper project management approach.
The team behind Rocketlane is extremely helpful, they go above and beyond anytime I have a question and they are very open to feedback.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I can truly say I dislike - there are little details here and there that could be improved for a perfect UX, but nothing major.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving structure to client onboarding

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the whiteglove service that Rocketlane provides! Our CSM Krishita is always available for meetings, responds quickly via email and akways goes above and beyond to provide us with solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't enjoy how granual rocketlane can get.

It's helping organize all of our tasks that are needed to be done in order to onboard our clients
Perfect PSA and onboarding tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which I get my weekly reports and notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
They can build a few more integrations around internal communcations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Once the tool is setup, it automates and saves a ton of manual work. Gives me the perfect weekly reports and next steps for the upcoming weeks and projects.
Amazing Onboarding product
What do you like best about the product?
This is the best for managing any new onboarding project and in this it becomes very easier to manage resources and show the progress to the merchant in real time.

What do you dislike about the product?
They are still in development phase as for few of the functionality still we have to reach out to them to get it fixed, as sometime they stop working and in that case, we need to wait for the resolution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it makes easier for us to manage any new project and we have both kind of view available on the platform like Kanban Board view and list view as well. Which ideally helps me to look into our daily task easily.
Great Way for handling tech driven sales platforms.

User-Friendly, Easy UI, helps in tracking performance across the teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can improve on the response time for opening various tabs, like switching tabs from projects to tasks take up some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane is creating a platform between tech teams and the non tech teams to track the work between themselves, it is acting as a bridge for requirements and their fulfilment.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can create specific boards fro clients that are specific and they cannot edit or delete things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the client cannot create their own tasks if they want to keep every together - I would have to create it for them...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining the onboarding process and limiting our clients from getting overwhelmed because we can hide the "next steps" until the are ready.

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using RocketLane for customer onboarding for about a year now. I have to say that the team loves it! The ease of use and the constant addition of new features is great, but the customer support is just AMAZING.

What do you dislike about the product?
After using the system for over a year, I'd have to say that most of our negative feedback is nitpicky. Not all of our customers love the magic links to log in. Since we've requested they bookmark these at the beginning of projects, they forget where to go much less frequently. We'd also get a lot more use out of dependencies if we could have tasks with them be within the same day.

Making our onboardings much more efficient and easy of use aligns with our agile processes.

Rocketlane helps me a lot in management with my tasks, really love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now, but the dashboards are not engaging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS!! I am easily able to manage it.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Rocketlane is its user-friendly dashboards. Rocketlane has made project management and collaboration, and task assignments really convenient. Timesheet filling and submission have also become very easy with Rocketlane.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall Rockelane is really efficient and convenient in project management. But sometimes it gets stuck while adding multiple events from the calendar in the timesheets. Also, there should be some way such that recurring events to be added automatically to the timesheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane very effectively solves project management issues. Particularly for me, Rocketlane timesheets have made it really convenient to keep track of my time and all tasks I have worked on the entire week.
