Good experience in using rocketlane

What do you like best about the product?
Filling the timesheets every week using the Add to Calendar feature is very helpful in adding multiple tasks and avoiding repetition.
Getting to know the status of each client is also great, and the go-to person mentioned is also helpful at times.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes while filling the timesheet, if a user clicks outside any element by mistake, everything gets erased, and the user has to refresh the page. It becomes annoying sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Get to know how an individual is contributing to a specific project on a daily basis.

Solid Workflow and easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the collaboration you can have with other teams and even you customers. It makes communication very fast and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a little while to get used to and there are really useful areas that you would never know about without getting help from RocketLane.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RL solves for project management very well. It keeps everyone in a single workflow and lets you know what still needs to be completed or is pending customer needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Collaborative project management, where both client and yourself can work on tasks in easy manner

A limited set of features for clients to edit the project.

Rocketlane is solving the problem of collaboration between the client and product team, specifically in the onboarding phase.

What do you like best about the product?
There are a number of positives to RocketLane. One is set up - you can create a template easily because it's very intuitive. Tasks and subtasks can be added and removed, moved around, etc. Items can be linked, plain text can be added, checklists can be added. Tasks can be assigned to either people or positions (eg. Project Coordinator.) There are also dependencies - where tasks or steps only appear if certain conditions occur (that you set up). I alos love how easy it is to switch from seeing what the client sees versus what an internal user sees. It's literally the click of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish images could be placed in tasks. This seems minor, but there have been many times when it could be useful. Also, sometimes there are errors that don't have an explanation. For example, I tried adding a person in my organization to RocketLane, and I got an unidentified error every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We onboard anywhere from 10 to 30 clients at any given time, and having RocketLane gives us a single page where we can see the status of every implementation instantly, This is so helpful!

What do you like best about the product?
Coordination with clients is very smooth. The pre-requisite collection is effortless. Project planning is provided for a variety of categories. Easier to manage customer requirements than CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboards are not very clear when we open the page. Having a mobile app would also help for quicker updates. Certain workflow changes based on usage for reports or dashboards would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem it solves is providing better visibility to clients regarding the prerequisites and onboarding steps. It makes the process of onboarding multiple clients easier to track and manage.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps in the organisation of tasks extremely well, as we have the freedom to create user specific templates. It is also a good reminder tool, to get tasks done.
What do you dislike about the product?
It glitches sometimes and does not work well at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me in keeping track of my to do lists for each of my customers. The Slack Integration helps a lot as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Sharing best & live information to customers. We can track our Project plan details.
Chatting with customers instantly.
Sharing all documents without any email communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far; it’s been a smooth experience. But when a project plan details cross the timeline, it would be best if the customer gets any notification. A copy of the project plan would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane is one step solution for our project management and onboarding new clients. It is more helpful in exclusively collecting all the information efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation with Salesforce was a game changer. Also the automated follow up for past due tasks was consuming a lot of our time prior. Being able to combine everything into one space is also fantastic. No more, here's a link to a video to watch, here's a form to fill out etc, we can embed forms and docs and links all within the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The set up was a little rough for me to get through and didn't feel like there was enough help for what I needed. I feel like the onboarding company could use a bit of help in the onboarding of their product :) I was eventually able to get it all together but it took some months that we had paid for the service on that it wasn't used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Combining all of the tasks we require for onboarding into one platform with automated follow up and the integration with Salesforce has saved us so much time. Clients are onboarding quicker and with less frustration and we have less manual tasks to do.

What do you like best about the product?
If I every want to find any document, now i only have to find that board on Rocketlane. I don't have to write a complex search in mail.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was extensively using chat with my clients but, it has gone immensely slow now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me logically seperate out things into different phases.
