What do you like best about the product?
I like the UI and the modern look and feel of the product. The entire team uses it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. Their support and onboarding are their strongpoint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The resources within our team are managed by this software. The timesheets are filled once team members are assigned to a project.
User friendly and attractive UI
What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane is very User friendly and it has an attractive UI. The timesheet interface is good too.

There is nothing as such that rocketlane can be disliked.

Rocketlane is solving the problem of mainting better project management that was difficult to maintain is previous softwares

Makes tracking easy with the provision to add sub tasks and email notifications.

Sometimes , it gets confusing when the phases shift automatically.

Its easy to use and easy tracking. I am able to track edit and submit seamlessly.

Nothing as such. But would be happy to see more feature like personal time tracking and TODO

I would like Rocketlane to be able to automatically shift all task dates when the project end date is changed,

Rocketlane is making it easier to create and share project templates for all of our projects making it easier and quicket to onboard customers.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and their customer support really makes a difference for us. The team loves the product.

Nothing to dislike so far. The team is responsive to our needs and follows up with us on requests.

What do you like best about the product?
Good PM tool with an accurate tracking mechanism. Very easy and intuitive to use along with available support makes it a good Project Tracking tool.

Speed, it takes a lot of time to load, good amount of latency is present.

End to end Project Tracking and timely reporting of updates.

Its UI and add from the calender feature. The calendar integration is very helpful.

Loading of the task, home page is slow sometimes. It can be optimized.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the format of Rocketlane. When I am completing a diligence I set up a very similar folder system so using this service was both simple and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is easy to start attaching files in the chat section which can then become congested and I've misplaced some attachments. I find that keeping attachments under the project task sections is best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well I haven't run into any problems using RL because I find it intuitive. It is a very smooth tool.
