What do you like best about the product?
In rocketlane, we can track all the deadlines of the account, and easily we can communicate with other persons on a particular task. We can easily track all the statuses of the accounts in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's very slow and laggy. Also sometimes it shows white screens only. The G2 team has to work on this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If it is faster then it saves our time and if it is available on an android phone that is also better.
Great for client-facing projects
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to make customizable project templates, forms and designated assignees based on role per task. This software allows our onboarding team to scale out our projects with clients and reduce the time to onboard. The automations are amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was built in flow charts / process flow diagrams so that we could provide more information to clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping customers on track and informed with complex onboardings.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple, intuitive, easy to use. Easy to update templates and processes. Provides a good view of all our projects and their status. Great support team who are incredibly responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboarding and reporting capabilities arent built out yet, needs to be more granular. Would prefer more robust 'task dependency' set up. e.g. tasks only created based on the completion of earlier tasks. Would love an integration with Jira for 'Issue' tracking in our projects.

A game changer for any onboarding team
What do you like best about the product?
We needed the ability to track all of our onboarding for both internal purposes and to make onboarding even more transparent to our clients. Rocketlane was easy to set up, everyone we interacted with from the Rocketlane team was pleasant and helpful, and we are very impressed with the feature set available. This product is an incredible value for the price too. Everyone I've met on the Rocketlane team has been wonderful to work with and quick to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few integrations we were interested in that aren't quite there yet BUT Rocketlane is already working on those so we are not at all concerned. Other than that, we haven't found anything we dislike or find lacking so far. Anything we were unclear on they were more than willing to discuss with us to make sure we got the help we needed and were open to our feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane solves for managing your onboarding projects more easily, and understanding your team's capacity. Both of these have been very helpful to our organization.
User Experience using Rocketlane
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing we can easily onboard various projects on the rocketlane and easily can track the progress of the various projects. We can add tasks to be done and also can update the status of those tasks. Also, time sheet history can be tracked.
What do you dislike about the product?
When there are too many tasks added it does take time to load, sometimes it lacks, and when we add time to the timesheet we cannot add a new task from there only so that while working on the timesheet we can add the new task time from there only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The easy onboarding of customers and the implementation team also the progress tracking of the projects. It is basically a record system that tracks or we can say records everything which happens around the projects or customer onboarding. It gives visibility into customers' projects where the project is in the progress stage or proposed stage or completed, with insights like tracked hours of work, and which projects are lacking behind the schedule.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create task and manage our timeline on different projects so eventually help increase productivity and also the client can track at which stage project is particularly at.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes error occur while putting time in the timeline. It really frustrates when you have to submit the timeline to the manager for the week and you are not able to do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane help us in tracking the productivity of the workforce and also track what is the update of their project currently. We also track the amount of time they spared.
A simple but powerful tool to plan, track & manage customer onboarding projects with ease
What do you like best about the product?
The templatization feature is highly beneficial. It helps us set up mini-playbooks for different use cases and customer segments which eventually helps us in setting up new projects in a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike specifically. The product is almost seamless with few bugs. But like every other SaaS tool, Rocketlane is a work-in-progress and it is only getting better with time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane is helping us simplify and manage new-customer onboarding projects with ease. It has a dual view feature where we can share our project board with the customer team (with restricted access) to ensure that both teams are on the same page. This reduces a lot of redundant/repetitive tasks (messages, emails, and attachments) and streamlines communication with the customer team.

What do you like best about the product?
The feedback provided is connected to the service received while implementing the software. The response time on chat is very quick, helpful and professional. Everyone I have talked to so far has been very courteous and expeditious. We did a zoom this morning to look at the issue I was experiencing. So far, the system is pretty intuitive and easy to utilize.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there is nothing I dislike. I haven't utilized the product long enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a solid Project Management software that would have all the information we need under one roof for our implementations.
A single work place to completely add your daily work day record in the most efficient and easy way.
What do you like best about the product?
Timesheet filling is the best part here, it helps the executive and manager track every single second spent on each task. Easily we can create tasks for each project as per our needs and we can also select that task type like a public task that can be visible to everyone or a hidden one that can help us to track our progress internally.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lags when you move between tasks in the project section under any project. Sometimes finding your name under your organization project will be difficult because of lots of users/ e+employee in the organization. For this, we can have the search option to find yourself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the daily briefing problem to the manager, through Rocketlane manager can come and check my daily work, briefing and progress in a single area. By rocketlane my clients can also see the task and project progress under the project that is shared with them.
Best tool for project management!
What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane acts as the best reminder and follow-up tool for all projects by segregating each project into tasks/milestones. Starting from the customer onboarding to managing follow-ups, Rocketlane has been a great help!
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially wasn't too user friendly but post the onboarding calls with their team, it's taken a turn for the better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Had to manually feed in reminders and checklists for customer onboarding. Very time-consuming! Looping in new members to a project becomes easier as well since they're able to pick up right where it is required.
