What do you like best about the product?
The visual aspect of where we are and where we're going on a project. It helps clients stay accountable to their share of the work needed to complete a project. It's also so motivating to see the email updates roll in about the status updates on parts of the project.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email updates could contain more information (again, the visual component of the software is amazing and I wish this was carried through on the email updates).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a general problem that clients forget to hold up their end of the workload. We can only do so much without the documents, numbers, and input from them. Clients are more responsive thanks to the visual aspect of Rocketlane which ties together the implications of missing a deadline with the final timeline of the project.

What do you like best about the product?
- UI of the application
- Repository space & how chats are conveniently enabled over each space
- Brings transparency across all stakeholders including client
What do you dislike about the product?
- Drag and drop way of tasks in the project board is missing
- Can't copy & paste tasks in same phase, you can either move or create a new one
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- One of the most convenient tool for end-to-end Project Management. So, as a PM I don't need to depend on other application or tool for any usage concerning my project.

Huge time saver for onboarding customers and managing projects

What do you like best about the product?
Flexible and intuitive UI, good reporting functionality, templates work really well and the Rocketlane team is really responsive to feedback and improvement requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports available don't include all the fields, but this can be worked around by just using filters in the views available for projects. Dashboards could use some work to be made more flexible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onboarding customers quickly, easily tailoring project plans and tasks to their specific scope or characteristics. It saves me lots of time that would otherwise be spent on mundane and repetitive project plan customisation.

What do you like best about the product?
Customised project plans, Assign tasks and monitoring team productivity. Companies that have more than 20 Onboardings a month - this is a must have product!
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with Slack is offered, it would be great if can be integrated with messenger platforms like Gchat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking Onboardings by creating different project templates and also managing the workforce is made easy. Additionally we can also give our clients a view with the entire project plan!

Amazing Support Experience!

What do you like best about the product?
Every Rocketlane employee I have worked with whether it be technical support or just an enhancement request has been exceptional. They show that they really care about making Rocketlane the best experience for you and try to implement any necessary changes right away. You can really tell that they care about their users!
What do you dislike about the product?
The software isn't perfect. That being said, no software is perfect. However, I do trust Rocketlane to consistently improve and listen to the requests of their users to make it a better experience for everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management! Their software provides a great solution to keeping things organized in all of your projects while allowing multiple people to collaborate on the same project.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Magic link - client's visibility over progress of their project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to edit a few project conditions that were selected at the time of creation of the project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Systematic way of managing client onboarding. Resolving client queries through Rocketlane chat without getting on calls each time. Visibility over the project by all stakeholders.

Easiest to Use Onboarding Tool You'll Ever Meet!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Rocketlane is to use. My team was able to implement and start using it within a couple of weeks and we love it! I've used plenty of tools like this in the past where I had to get someone super technical to do the implementation and make changes once it was ready to use. I was able to do everything myself and make updates as we learn more really easily. It has everything I want in an onboarding tool and gets rid of all the things I hated about other tools. The Rocketlane team has also been incredible to work with. They are extremely responsive and listen to all of our feedback :)
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some integrations we would love to see like a direct Zendesk integration. The slack integration is new and has some kinks to work out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They're making it easier to onboard customers in a way more collaborative way. I love how it makes communicating with customers easy and my team actually wants to use it because it's so easy to use.

A Perfect Product to Help Your Customers and Yourself Stay Organized

What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane is easy to use with ways to customize for your organization. You can add as many tasks and as many milestones as you need for each project. You can add as many projects as you need.

The best thing about Rocketlane to date (having used it for about four months now) is the responsiveness of their tech support. They have made updates to the product itself in response to my requests. They also respond with detailed steps to solutions.

Their customized Product Fields allow me to add information I can sort and search on for each project. For example, I have 82 projects happening right now across 82 companies. This can be overwhelming, so using customized fields and filters, I can quickly see how all my schools using a certain database are doing or which companies have not started on a given task, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their response to email is very quick, but I would love their Help Desk / Knowledge Base to be more robust. This would help me answer more of my own questions without having to reach out to a live person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company needs to re-onboard all of our companies every year (about 350). Trying to manage the organization of this with a very small staff is overwhelming. Rocketlane has helped with two main problems:

1. Organizing onboarding so both the customer and our company can see their progress and when they have completed it.
2. Having visibility by all team members to know what is happening with all of our companies at any time of the day or night. (We work with international companies, so this is especially helpful.)

Easy to use, great velocity

What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane was extremely easy to stand up and get running. Both our internal teams and customers have been fans of the process so far. We had our first projects set up, with our Salesforce sync and white-labeled branding all live within the first week.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few areas are still in development. CSAT reporting is great, but I'd like to cut this data in a few different ways. I'm told this is coming and so far the company has always made good on its word and I've been impressed with the velocity shown.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane is helping us have better accountability on how each onboarding is trending. We can see what's tracking well, overall customer satisfaction during the process as well as a having more repeatable & scalable process.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and helps in easier alignment with the team goals and product requirements. Helps to analyse team efficiency and tracking across multiple data points.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot of teams know about this product and need to spread the word about its usefulness and ease of adoption across teams.
