Rocketlane is good for logging timesheet and efforts
What do you like best about the product?
I like best part in the RL is tracking management system. We can easily track our project where project is land. In RL we can easily fill our time sheet and see all tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
If I talk about cons that some times it gives down time error and it is very big to load in browsers.

What do you like best about the product?
The inbuilt Gantt chart in rocketlane, the feature to set dependencies of the task, and also the timeline dependencies, make changes in the Gantt chart automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well the Magiclink feature to display the project status to the client, can have an access control feature, which will be helpful, to control the access. Well, can add a feature to accept or approve, on email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing the task and timeline, is the biggest problem getting solved by rocket lane, even the Notification for the due tasks, is also helping to be on time and deliver the project.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They should definitely move to Rocketlane, as it's a one-stop comprehensive and helpful solution for planning the projects and following adherence to the timelines.

Nothing major at the moment! The ability to make notes on tasks and sub-tasks would be nice.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the fact that Rocketlane offers many ways to customize your client journey and process. Each client is going to have nuances and this is a great way to provide visibility internally on where I stand with onboarding new customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because there are so many features in Rocketlane, it sometimes takes several clicks, in the beginning, to get where you want to go. Also some areas to create notes seem redundant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane is helping my team and I generate overall more visibility and accountability when it comes to tracking the progress of new deals. Overall it also helps paint a picture of my capacity.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is intuitive and modern, the core features that you would expect are present, and the product is in active development, so it gets better every month.
I appreciate the variety of views and ways to surface data and tasks. It makes it very flexible for different users, while keeping everyone on the same core platform.
There are lots of ways to communicate with clients during the onboarding process, and we are looking forward to further integrations and features in this area.
The team has been very responsive and open to suggestions for features and tweaks.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple of features that aren't in there yet (May 2022) but hopefully will be coming soon. We are looking forward to Slack integration and email integration in particular.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started using Rocketlane at the same time that we were upgrading our project management processes, and it has been an integral part of raising our standard of excellence. It keeps our projects and tasks in a single place, tracks relevant deadlines and responsibilities, and streamlines communications with the team and with clients.

Rocketlane is a very good tool for getting visibility for the project. It also provides visibility for customers and is an amazing collaborative tool
