One of the best Project Management tool used till now
What do you like best about the product?
There is a big list if i talk about what I like the best.
1. The way all the projects are displayed in the Dashboard.
2. We can easily manage each and every project and also track the current status of the project and see if we are on track or not.
3. Add teammates to any project and even assign individual tasks to the teammates.
4. Board option in each project which helps me to manage the current status of the project by simple drag and drop.
5. we can share the project status with the client easily and "Spaces" function works very well.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike as such, everything works like a charm.
Things work in the manner they are supposed to work.
The only thing I dislike is that there is no option to mark the project as Live, we can only mark the project status as complete.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Rocketlane to manage all the project that Is handled by me.
Tracking all the projects.
Sharing the live view of the project with the client so that they can also know the current status by accessing Rocketlane.
We can easily take signoffs using Spaces.

Onboarding made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The product is userfriendly and has the compatibility to go along smoothly. I would recommend Rocketlane for my other associate who is struggling with onboarding accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rather than a dislike, A suggestion is to have a user manual for the new user would be more helpful. Also, there is some proactiveness in reaching out to clients based on usage/adoption required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accounts which were not onboarded are onboarded now, by this even the client is aware what the status of the account in terms of onboarding is. The effort which needs to be put in for onboarding has reduced.

attandance management , i realized that easily we can track our past record for each project with rocklane
It makes the process smooth and make our work half with clear transparency on development of work.

The clear understanding of work separation for each teammate and clear depiction of dependency to them.

Option to change logo in the task should be there.

To give a clear picture to clients where their input is required and without specific details, we cannot move ahead. Clients are able to monitor the development.
Handle entire project in same portal
What do you like best about the product?
Internal task management becomes very comfortable and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The current update/history is not visible under the task tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dashboard of rocketlane helps me to highlight the pending or upcoming critical points details under a single tab and also helps us with the space to keep the documents in one portal.

This is the best tool to handle projects with internal stakeholders.
Decent tool for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to filter Tasks that have been assigned to me in an easy manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not able to see "Customer Name" and other Custom Fields in the list of my tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am managing my Customer Success project with Rocketplane. It has helped templatise our Projects and sync their progress very conveniently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have a clear vision of what you want before you start using Rocketlane. Else it will be chaotic.

I like the below features:
1. One can create multiple projects and can view the progress of the project, and can also track time for every phase.
2. There are Separate dashboards for all the tasks.
3. Business analysts and managers can edit the due dates of the projects of all the phases and can also assign tasks to the team members and share details.
4. Can easily track the total number of working hours of the team members from the timesheet.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is no such feature which I dislike in the Rocketlane, but one point I would like to mention to improve the accessibility - When I jump to some tasks to view them in detail sometimes there will be multiple points like saying there are 20 bugs raised by QA team and move to bug no 10 to check in detail and when I navigate back, the page will be still displaying points starting from sr 1 and I need to again scroll and check the upcoming points.

Almost everything can be done in a single click or a few clicks. That is the most liked thing about rocketlane.

I couldn't point out something that I feel negative about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For tasks management, and for assisting the client at the earliest and the view that provides the pending tasks helps me to not miss something important.

Just give this a try and you will never regret it.

Rocketlane is a no-frills and simple onboarding tool that packs all the features needed for customer onboarding.

The platform is sipmple that means it can sometimes lack details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been trying to automate our customer onboarding process with Rocketlane. Our implementation managers now spent less than coordinating internally as well as externally.

It's very simple to use, and lots of filters are available to handle your tasks and events.

I wish there could be an option for UI customizations.
