The impact that a good onboarding engine has on Sales/Pre-Sales

What do you like best about the product?
Before I get into what I like about this product I feel it is important to set the context of my roles which in turn will add more context to how Roketlane adds value. Having started as a Solutions consultant as part of the Pre-Sales team in 2019, Implementation & customer onboarding was part of my crucial everyday tasks. Now I am an Account executive in the Sales Org (Not your ideal target user of Onboarding and Project management tools) helping customers find the best solution. These are some of the key things I like about Roketlane from my perspective:

1. It's my source of truth for all Implementation/Onboarding related activities - Helps me keep an eye on the implementation progress of newly closed accounts. Makes it easier for me to plan the ideal check-in time with the customers to have a debrief and potentially source a case study.

2. Positive impact it has on our customers to know there is a dedicated platform used just to enable the best & fastest route to Go-live/Project completion. Giving them visibility into the onboarding status as well.

3. Steady improvement in overall implementation/project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since my role does not require me to explore and use all the feature sets of Roketlane I would not be the best judge on their individual feature sets. The User Interface was not very easy to get used to initially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Easily track the status of Onboarding of Accounts on a dashboard in real-time
- No follow-ups with team members are required for status updates on the onboarding.
- Improvement in the overall implementation experience

What do you like best about the product?
- Customer View/CX aesthetics and features are engaging
- Task level conversation that preserves context and is key to focused communication
- Notifications that are comprehensive and customizable

What do you dislike about the product?
As a budding product, there are some expected features that are either absent or not fully developed. The team at Rocketlane has been responsive which has resulted in the release of new features and others prioritized on their roadmap
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have moved away from managing projects in spreadsheets and now operating in a systematic way with Rocketlane templates which we can track project progress and gain data driven insights and trends

What do you like best about the product?
Simple & easy user interface and has all the functionalities on managing projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
None, so far all the requirements meet the expectations.

Having the tasks visibilities with the dateline in graph form, provide transparency to the project team on the project performance if able to meet the dateline.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is great, very intuitive. It's also great to onboard into the product you will use for onboarding. Seeing use cases and roolout before even setting up your own instance is a nice value.
What do you dislike about the product?
No mobile functionality is disappointing (our customers tend to live on mobile and/or email, we use the email functions). Native hubspot integration would be nice
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our onbaording process was very manual and non-visible. Makes it easy to set expectations within our own product

I think a few cosmetics like cloning a task multi- select on tasks are missing and can really be helpfull

Quick and easy implementation.
Great set of product features for both internal and external stakeholders.

What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to see all of our projects in a Ghant chart view, hopefully, this will change in an upcoming product release
But nothing major comes to mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streaming our onboarding process. Hoping to decrease our time to launch and time to value for our customers through the use of RocketLane. We also wanted to have asynchronous communication

Excellent Service and A Quickly Evolving Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane offers a dynamic project management platform in which our project managers can update timelines and add tasks to projects easily as needed. The tool also makes follow-ups more efficient and task-driven by creating a digest of tasks to be done which can be shared with project participants regularly. Their customer service has also been excellent, providing timely and constructive responses to our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still a few features that require more manual work than we would like. For example, when a new project is created, the project participants aren't automatically substituted for the placeholders in the template. We have been assured that this is in the works and we have seen the design which looks great, so we are satisfied that this need is being addressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We chose Rocketlane because it offered maximum flexibility in creating projects, completing tasks, and adjusting timelines as needed. Previously, we had issues with our customers completing tasks in our project management tool, but since using Rocketlane, our customer engagement and task completion have improved.
