Made my Project Management Processes easier with Rocketlane!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I could collaborate with my customers in real time and I can instantly share important documents, embed links and add to-do tasks seamlessly with rocketlane. Earlier, we struggled with multiple conversations via email, chat, etc. which resulted in important information getting lost between platforms. Rocketlane has solved exactly this for our organisation!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love it if we could add reports of our own inside Rocketlane - Currently, we have only prebuilt dashboards.

We have Simplified our onboarding processes with Rocketlane!
What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane's automation features have decreased our manual intervention into our ongoing project delivery processes. I especially love the automations feature, which enables us to set up automatic actions based on triggers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as now! We have just implemented Rocketlane in our organisation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining Onboarding Process: Earlier, we were using spreadsheets for managing our onboarding process, which became cumbersome and unmanageable over time. Rocketlane has helped us structure our onboarding plan into templates, and has reduced the time taken in managing our projects

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major, apart from certain specific tool integrations that we are used to ask an organization. Hoping to see Skype and OneNote integrations in near future. This will help us streamline our internal and client communications effectively, to gather meeting notes in the same project space in Rocketlane.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a tool that would help us manage our day-to-day tasks that build up to overall progress of a project timeline and deliverables. It helps us track and breakdown project deliverables to minute details and bring in relevant resources and stakeholders. It also helps us prioritize the different problems that can come up in a project workflow and tackle it with finesse.
Comprehensive Easy to Use Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The training to start using this platform is very short and concise. I enjoy that the user interface is very intuitive and easy to drag or move items around the project map. Additionally, whenever I have encountered any issue or some new feature that can make the tool better, the customer support team has been extremely responsive and quick to add new features to their roadmap. Once the idea is submitted, it takes minimal time for that feature to be applied. I also enjoy using the time tracking feature where it can be submitted through the task summary page itself and it automatically logs on the weekly timesheet view. This really saves us time when trying to track the implementation time of projects. It took almost no time to integrate this into our current project management processes! The ease of implementation to any project makes this tool extremely powerful and worry free. We use this tool every day in our current project management process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the settings exist across multiple projects at the same time, it would be beneficial to have individual settings saved for each project separately so modifying the settings on one project does not alter the settings on another. Some clients for projects require more notifications than others but we want to cater towards their expectations of notifications instead of sending them too much notification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane provides as much transparency to our customers as possible. We log all the tasks and the task duration so our clients know exactly what is being completed during the week. I have had them tell us that when the weekly work item summary is sent out, it is easy for them to read and know exactly where we are at in the implementations phase.

it's easy for me to understand where is everything and how I can manipulate the tools without a lot of time invested

When I create a project with several subtasks, but all are on my side, is very tedious to reflect that I'm the owner one by one.

how to keep a clean track of my daily activities and the time that I'm consuming on these activities
Helps me manage customer projects easier
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it creates a professional customer portal (and polished!) that brings all data around my ongoing projects together. It's easy to use templates for projects and connects with popular tools like Slack, and HubSpot. Their friendly team is adding more integrations in a short amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am waiting for the launch of Rocketlane mobile app so that I can manage the projects on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to search various communication channels and emails to keep track of the current ongoing projects, now it's easier for me to stay informed on the ongoing projects and I can time my engagement with customers properly. This has significantly helped me improve communication and manage our company's resources much better.
Rocketlane: Making Our Work Easier and Better at UpperInc
What do you like best about the product?
At UpperInc, we love Rocketlane's user-friendly interface. It's straightforward and makes project management a breeze. The real-time project health feature is a lifesaver, helping us spot and fix issues promptly. It's our go-to tool for smoother, more efficient work processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Rocketlane offers great features, we sometimes find that the mobile version could be more intuitive. A few more customization options would also be a nice addition to tailor the platform exactly to our needs at UpperInc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane has been instrumental at UpperInc in reducing project setup time thanks to its automation features. It also helps us preemptively address issues through its real-time project health monitor, ensuring smoother workflows and happier clients.
Rocketlane is easy use and a great tool for customers to have insight into deliverables

Tracking client deliverables and client access to the plan.

Updating dates in plan can take time. Project plan can't be downloaded in Excel with gantt chart

My gantt chart view was not availalbe for one of my projects. Rocketlane support help to resolve.

Rocketlane...Great For Customer Onboardings
What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane has upleveled our customer onboarding process. It has allowed us to create repeatable project templates, aggreate customer communications into one platform, maintain docs in one place, and much much more!
What do you dislike about the product?
Rocketlane is great and ready to use. Every once in a while I run into a weird UI quirck but given that it's a relatively new company/tool I am sure they'll continue to work out the bumps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane is helping up streamline our customer onboarding process. Rocketlane has allowed us to create repeatable project templates which has been a huge time saving. I also like being able to assign dates and assign tasks to customers so that they know what they need to work on and can look at the project plan to see what is coming up.
