What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane has been incredibly helpful in streamlining project management and client collaboration. It centralizes everything in one place: projects, timelines, and task ownership. This makes it much easier to stay organized and aligned with both internal teams and clients. It eliminates the confusion that often comes from scattered emails and spreadsheets and improves visibility across all phases of a project. Overall, it has helped increase efficiency, accountability, and client satisfaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the main drawbacks I’ve experienced with Rocketlane is that it can sometimes take a while to load, especially when navigating between modules or accessing larger projects. While the overall functionality is strong, these occasional delays can interrupt workflow and impact productivity during time-sensitive tasks. Improving the platform’s performance and load times would significantly enhance the user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane is solving several key challenges related to project onboarding, task coordination, and client communication. Before using Rocketlane, it was difficult to maintain visibility across different stages of a project. This led to delays, missed updates, and inconsistent client experiences. With Rocketlane, we now have a centralized platform that improves transparency, streamlines task assignments, and keeps both internal and external stakeholders aligned. This has resulted in faster project delivery, improved client satisfaction, and better team accountability, all of which are critical to our success.

It is easy to use and catch upto. And this makes it go to go

It can be slow sometimes , understadning the project phases and allocation can be difficult

What do you like best about the product?
Great for streamlining our tasks under the lens of project management so we can see all tasks, what is done and what needs to be done and if we're working within the set timeline
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing to be disliked so far, works alright as far as our tasks need to go
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To streamline the monitoring of task completion and help monitor the time allocated to the task as well as help monitor the tasks that need further action to be done

What do you like best about the product?
The customer portal is a really fantastic feature that offers real time project visibility to customers. With the task assignment, it also items for which the customer is responsible.
What do you dislike about the product?
We frequently work with other consultants, often across customer companies and projects. There is not a really straightforward way to invite these other consultants to participate in projects.

The "partner" section of the software seems intended to handle this, but requires additional licensing expenses for people who often just need to be aware of what's going on in the project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us better manage customer onboarding and software implementation.

I don't have anything for now. May be the products updates as coneveyed exclusively to the Users

Keeps all of our projects in a neat and orderly fashion.

I think RocketLane is perfect the way it is.

It is solving our project organzation. It keeps us accountable for all of our projects and makes sure we meet deadlines.

Interface to build reports, needs to be more user friendly

Help to keep a single point of communications related to projects, to use wisely the time of SME in projects, avoiding wasting their time or overbooking them, making easier reporting, just sharing with customer or stakeholders the RL portal avoiding time invested in create additional status reports.

What do you like best about the product?
Its collaborative, customer experience-oriented design works very well with our onboarding procedures, software installations, project management including outside clients. Dealing with the client to reach the project goal is among the most crucial elements. Without having to go over every detail, I can change what each section views and maintain client updates. Real-time tracking technology enabled us to foresee possible issues and resolve them before they disrupted the plans. Perfect and orderly communication between internal and outside teams directly produced deliverables of excellence
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the mobile app serves its purposes, it has several limits, especially when it comes to reviewing or updating difficult items while you're not in the office.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane became the hub for our company’s new customer onboarding projects. Tracking the performance of each team on our own initiative has helped us to allocate resources more wisely and reduce waiting times. We accelerate project delivery, simplify pipeline management and increase customer pleasure. For us, it is a strategic ally that allowed the smooth flow and greater visibility of challenging projects, not just a management tool. We managed to standardize the process of implementing our services, have clear timelines for each client, and provide a space where they could see real progress, which improved transparency and trust.
