What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive and easy to use! RL has very logical features; the system has everything we need to onboard clients, project management, to-do's, and so much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find something that we dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RL has solved our issues with one source for all our data and onboarding processes. We have minimized our CRM use and other 3rd party solutions we now use inside RL. We have also reduced other expenses to help this system pay for itself. Their onboarding was also world-class.

Recent Rocketlane added the AI note taker and it has proven to save our team members time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everyone at Rocketlane is super friendly and the platform works as expected. I can't think of any adjustments at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane is solving the clunkiness of our onboarding process. We will no longer have to chance our customers to get the information we need for the onboarding.

The best PS and CSP tool in the market.
What do you like best about the product?
The new slew of features including the RBAC, sprint planning, integrations, project updates, sheets features are nothing short of revolutionary. Now the teams can spend their entire time within Rocket and do not need to look at anything outside.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the features that we are really looking forward to is the time entries being marked as billable/non-billable directly after choosing the category. This would really help prevent the incorrect time entries on the instance being used by multiple teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane is brilliantly helping us with being a CS tool as well as a project management tool, thereby, helping us in using one single tool instead of two.
The Kan-ban project view and project fields feature help us a lot in customizing our solution for project management as well as task management.

An easy way to fill your timesheets and record your projects
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of creating projects, filling timesheets instantly
What do you dislike about the product?
The link between calendar and timesheets don't happen correctly all the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe that Rocketlane solves the issue of project management, where we get to manage all our projects in one place and track progress simultaneously. The fact that we could pick the project we're working on, select the individual tasks, and set the individual hours spent on each of them, makes the timesheet filling process really easy.

RocketLane is a one-stop solution for all things project management and coordination. The tool is user friendly and intuitive and makes day-to-day tasks seamless.

There isn't much to be unhappy about. Outstanding product, onboarding, and support teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Communication, Project updates, Premium Onboarding Experience, and Auto Follow-ups. With the help of Rocketlane, we structure all our Onboarding into categories like Follow up, Not Responding, In Progress, and Completed. This list will give us a head start on customers who are not active to communicate better. Compared to competitors Rocketlane has been our choice in terms of affordability and extraordinary support. The customer support team is well-versed in the Automation of tasks and they helped us connect Rocketlane with our CRM.

As of now, everything makes perfect sense to us and it's been going great. No Dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing our client Onboarding on an Excel sheet was tedious. When one of our team members goes on vacation it was difficult for us to understand the status of the Onboarding. Rocketlane solves problems in communication, giving an amazing experience to the customer. Single source of truth for B2B customer Onboarding. Rocketlane also helps you with creating documents for Minutes of meetings, uploading documents, Send Updates, Send Customer Satisfaction survey and lots more.

What do you like best about the product?
At first, I was confused about using Rocketlane for my use case as a CSM. It turns out some of my teammates weren't using it properly and passed poor habits when I was a new hire.
I gave RL as so-so NPS and they immediately reached out to support me. They spent time and great detail to show me the best use case for my personal day-to-day use cases.
