Rocketlane helped us have quarter over quarter increases in the number of launches
What do you like best about the product?
How well we can see the status of each project and easily keep track of all of our unique fields and information. We like the Spaces feature where we can communicate with our clients efficiently without all the back and forth email and phone calls. This is way easier to use that a traditional Project mamangement tool that is generic
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to have a subproject the way we need it. Its a very unique situation where we launch a brand and then that brand has multiple locations that launch over weeks or months depending upon the client. We can sort and group by name but because of the uniqueness of each location we are unable to group them more automatically
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane allows us to have one source of truth for all onboarding projects where we can organize each Implementation manager and track the progress of each brand and their locations that we are launching. It has eliminated the need for manually updating Sheets or pen and paper or trying to use a Project managment tool that is not really designed for onboarding. The templates for both projects and tasks has made my training curve flatten dramatically where I can ramp up a new Implementation Manager much faster since the process is contained within this program

I would like to receive some notifications about the next steps that are with an expiring date.

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard which sums up all the different metrics, is very intuitive. However, I still do believe if there were insights or toggles over every field out there so that I can navigate easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like some AI specific features which helps me retrieve the info i need. Especially, I need to take a look at the "IC notes" (a field) in a specific project to get context on what happened in.a project, It'd be nice if I have an easier way to get it. Currently, its difficult for me to get overall context/workflows about a project as somebody who takes care of one "Whole" segment, I need crisp info at ease.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With this tool, we're able to effectively manage our time and access project information with ease.It works great in keeping us organized and on schedule.
Client On-Boarding in the fastest and easiest way possible
What do you like best about the product?
Straightforward collaboration with the team. Client onboarding has become super easy. Creating similar projects can be done with a single click of adding the template. 3rd Party Integrations need well-deserved praise; We have been using Slack, where all the channels are automatically created, and we can control everything from Slack itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
I encountered some issues, and the team was very helpful and quick in resolving them.

Client communications and frequent Status Updates can be automated to let us worry less about whether the information is being sent out to the Clients.

Still trying to find something to dislike since everything is well set up.

Rocketlane is all-inclusive tool, intuitive and super comprehensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you cannot change dates in the gantt chart - you have to go back to the other view and open each phase/task.

Project management collaboration with customers - tasks and timeline.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Rocketlane primarily for onboarding customers onto our platform. Our main challenge was lack of collaboration with the customer and lack of visibility to all the stakeholders around the project progress.

What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive, user-friendly and better than other project management tools that I've used. The customer-facing portal is a game changer as it increases transparency and accountability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as yet. The product and support experience has been superlative!

Rocketlane helps us provide a seamless and delightful onboarding experience to our customers. It ensures everyone involved in a project (including stakeholders on the customer side) has proper visibility and information to move the project across the finish line in time.
