What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to customize the templates for various project template needs. It is easy to share internally and collaborate to ensure project completion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the design can be a little counterintuitive and focused too intently on individual tasks, making it difficult to do large updates or efficiently make bulk changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a place to track the progress of many clients at once, and standardizes the steps we must take in order to successfully complete the implementation of a client.

A Tool that makes Project Management exciting and easy!

What do you like best about the product?
As a sales exec, i have to manage a lot of customer projects on a daily basis. Rocketlane makes life easy. I love that we can templatise projects, manage customer onboardings and give platform visibility to our customers is a game-changer for us. I have just started using the tool and I already see how it impacts my TTV.
What do you dislike about the product?
A way to learn about their new features would have the team updated. I would like to see some learning videos to share with my team members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily it solves Project management, Resource and capacity planning. I love using the Board/ kanban views to move tasks around. It also helps me move between assignees. Rocketlane also have all the integrations needs for my org, making this a well - automated product to work with. The new Mobile friendly view has greratly benefitted my customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to provide updates and insights to customers at a visible level. That allows our teams to know what the status of the project is. The ability to natively integrate with our CRM allows us to have visibility with our Sales Organization on the installation of our products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, the necessity for users to have paid seats to look at rocketlane data is very unfavorable. To share the reports and useful information all members need to have an account and that restricts how much we can use the system and how much other teams can integrate with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for our customers to have visibility and receive updates on their deployment more regularly. This then saves our team's time and gives a better sense of the status of a customer receiving one of our products.

What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane is very easy for me to cutomize and templatize for my team. It allows us to properly track the key milestones that our team tracks in customer implementations. We're able to easily collaborate with customers on projects and tasks in real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rocketlane has great functionality but is a newer product - it seems they are still building functionality to fit different use cases for their customer base.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane allows our Onboarding Managers to track client implementation and ongoing projects. We have fairly intricate projects and milestones for our client projects, and Rocketlane provides templating and flexibility in creating projects that our clients can view and collaborate on with us.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a Csm and I want to track progress of my post sales engagement. I believe regular project management tools have just Kannan boards (trello, asana ) the ability of framing my own projects and add fields based on every project or account is very helpful. The reminders and ability to invite a friend and work in a place is a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think they should have a free version similar to asana and other project management modules. Having a freemium model helps us get a flavour of the tool which is important.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe organising all the accounts in one place is really helpful. I have added each account as a project and add all my engagements as various tasks under the project with deadlines thereby giving me a unified view and also help me prioritize my effort on accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
What separate Rocketlane from other PMS is its SIMPLICITY, while still affectively help you manage your project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike so far. I think as people continue to use the product, feedback will help make the product better!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help organize client tasks and project manage product launch.

What do you like best about the product?
The representation of the timelines is a great view to see and explain to clients the different phases of the onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am waiting for the color coordination update that is soon to come. This way i can highlight cards in red so my client knows they are overdue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its saves alot of time on being able to share support documentation, demo videos/looms or example template/documents as they are all accesible right in the task card.

What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane allows me to keep track of my projects' milestones and deadlines in a clear, efficent way. I can, at a glance, understand what needs to be done for a client, log hours spent working on a project, and update dates and timelines easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain minor designs and features that I'm not fully in love with (the UX for logging time and completing a task, namely). But the Rocketlane team is very receptive of our feedback and is constantly in contact with our team lead to share this internally on their side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane came to replace our previous tool which was not comfortable to use, and lacked many features that make Rocketlane a better fit for our current needs. Rocketlane solved the visibility issue for me, as it allows me to very easily keep track of every project I am managing, easily sharing information with customers through the platform. It also helps me stay organised and be up to speed with my projects' tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
We've used Rocketlane for over a year now. I thoroughly enjoy working with everyone on the Rocketlane team! Madhu, Krishita, Vishnu, Sri, and everyone on the Care team have taken great care of us.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would love to see more product adoption/engagement metrics within Rocketlane to help give insight into what area(s) of the implementation process to improve! Examples of engagement metrics: How many customers are "actively" using Rocketlane? Which tasks are being engaged and not engaged with?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Rocketlane, our project implementations were managed in Google spreadsheets. Rocketlane has allowed us to:
1. Modernize our implementations process
2. Centralize information to improve productivity
3. Integrate with Salesforce to bilaterally push/pull project statues
