Rocketlane's platform for onboarding clients delivers the right level of information to customers. It offers seamless collaboration between my clients and me, allowing me to manage their access to information easily. The private tasks, messages, and document storage features are beneficial in keeping the project organized while only sharing the necessary information with the customer. This creates a hassle-free experience for the customer, resulting in a smooth and efficient collaboration process. Overall, Rocketlane's platform for onboarding clients is an excellent tool that allows me to maintain complete control over the project while working seamlessly with my clients.

There are many, currently private tasks and private notes and overall collaboration is beautifully done

I like that Rocketlane is an affordable alternative to other onboarding tools out there .

No native Hubspot integration, although I think that is changing soon.

Nothing as yet. It's been a smooth sail so far, and the support's been great.

I'm able to create tailored onboarding experiences for different customer segments, which has helped us to deliver a more personalised experience for our clients. The tool also provides a lot of flexibility in terms of how we structure our onboarding process, which has allowed us to adapt and improve our approach over time.

I can check all the tasks on one dashboard and can view them in tabular or linear view. All the stakeholders have a clear understanding of project timelines and task status.
What do you dislike about the product?
UX could be unique instead of following industry trends. It should include more stages and templates to refer to. So that we can compare our process to other processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project Management, Client Onboarding, and Task Management. I am now managing my tasks on rocketplane, getting notified about my due date, and clients are informed about the timelines.
Very convenient and easily understandable visualization helping to tasks organized and efficient.

It gave us everything in a single space and that really gave an excellent experience for our customers in the onboarding phase.

Ours is an onboarding-heavy business. It's imperative that the onboarding process needs to be top-notch for clients to stay and have a good impression. That's what Rocketlane has helped us achieve.

My favorite thing about the platform is how easy to use it is. Intuitive design.

I'd love to see the ability to attach documents to more features.

It creates a much clearer project management visual, with better reporting, than what we used before.

The easy-to-build, customer-facing interface makes your project management more accessible and efficient than ever.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few downsides. When building dashboards, the ability to pick your own colours for charts would be ideal for presentation purposes. The option to create Templates from Projects would also be beneficial, as would the ability to support the bringing in of HubSpot deal 'notes' into a project via Zapier - I understand this is currently being looked into.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to provide Onboarding roadmaps to our clients in a manner that supersedes the need for Onboarding managers to write out emails to ensure the client is on track and completing tasks in the correct manner and order.
Good experience with the platform and service.

There can be a way to view related sheets within the product.
