Rocketlane:Best PSA and Project Management Tool in the market!
What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane's USP is definitely its user friendly experience while using the tool. My favourite features definitely have to be the docuement management features and inbuilt chat feature; its helped us have all implementation related conversations and files right at one place so that we don't have to search for these valudable materials in internals chats/emails ever again. We have unlocked a next level of collaboration with our customers with Rocketlane's chat feature.
I am particularly impressed by its PSA features such as resource management, tracking time, which has given my team visibility into how their members are performing,

What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes experience some lags while uisng Rocketlane, otherwise there are no otehr downsides i can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) Customer Collaboration
2) Integrations with workato, hubspot, salesforce which my org extensively uses
3) Task and project level chats, which was missing in other tools

Customer On-boarding review
What do you like best about the product?
It was a nightmare to manage projects with different tools. With the help of Rocketlane and the planning, the projects have reduced my manual labor.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are extremely satisfied with Rocktlane. As we are able to look into financials, it would be beneficial to be able to use Rocktlane for billing and invoicing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketplane has been a savior, as it reduces redundant tasks and helps us focus on customer satisfaction.
Standarising Workflows and Project Templates Easily with Rocketlane!
What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane has become my one stop source for accessing all my implementation related info over the past year. Amongst other features, I use the pre-built reports on Rocketlane extensively, which allows me to really drill down on the projects that require more attention based on their status.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that i dislike as such. Sometimes, we do get a lot of emails and in-app notifs from Rocketlane in case we choose to keep porject notifis switched on.

Best Project management module!
What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane has one of the best project management module, and very easy to use. We found it quite helpful since we need not spend a lot of time training the team to use the tool. We implemented it ourselves with a little support from the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently all good, Sint find any difficulties.

Rocketlane helps in Managing team and allocating projects based on availability, collaboration internally and otherwise, Document management, WSRs, which helps us reduce the time to see the value in our services to our customers.
Our Onboarding Simplified with Rocketlane
What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane's automation features are by far the best in the market. It's saved us so many hours in micromanaging updates and statuses within our implementation projects.

I would love to see more integration capabilities within Rocketlane

Best tool for onboarding customers.
What do you like best about the product?
Only after we started using Rocketlane we built a standard onboarding plan for our product, after which we were able to onboard our customers much quicker time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, we found it a little hard to understand the interconnection between the different features later after we checked out the support articles it was much easier to understand.

We use task / project management extensively. Collaboration with stakeholders makes project owner's life easy

The filtering and reporting capabilities have helped us hold implementation managers accountable for the tasks and projects on their plate.

There's almost everything that we need. It would be great if there was bulk import feature on the UI, we spend a lot of time in transferring data between systems

We have been able to run internal standups with the reports available on Rocketlane.

One-Stop Professional Services Automation and Management Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane has several features such as Resource Management, Capacity Planning, Time tracking, Budgeting and calculating profitability / Billable utilisation that has made my job easier. I can now use Rocketlane as a standalone platform for all my PS needs; their dashboards and reports have helped my org dive deep into projects that require extra attention!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to note. I have not faced any challenges while using Rocketlane.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We earlier lacked a single tool that helped us track our projects, budget and time tracking which was also easy to use.
Clean and Simple yet Powerful PSA tool
What do you like best about the product?
Clean UI, Quick and easy set up, comfotable to update tasks on regular basis, and the features it provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not at this point. We are happy with the product and its workflows.

Identify the tasks stauts, KAnban view to prioritize and work on blocked tasks, project management reports.
