Holistic onboarding tool
What do you like best about the product?
Love how user friendly too it is, Project management and task assignment helps the best at this point.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not dislike, but I'd love to see more native integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps in assigning the stakeholders, Contextual collaboration from within the tool and not having to shift to multiple windows.

What do you like best about the product?
The product is so seemless. They really care about what the users want and they make sure they deliver a wonderful product experience to everyone at the company. The whole colloboration feature is a must have when you are onboarding your customers. Very important in the early stages where the number of touch points with the customers are very high.
What do you dislike about the product?
Usability of new features is a problem. But it's a process of building with the customers. But overtime, it feels seemless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Giving the customers the clear visibility of what's going on with the integration and not giving them any suprises during the most important phase of onboarding.

Modern UI project management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I started using Rocketlane 2 months ago & it was so easy to learn and I found my way around in less than 2 weeks.
All the modules are designed on the same lines, which really helps me navigate & learn any new feature in quicktime.

What do you dislike about the product?
Change management was initially quite hard as we had to setup the system based on our requirements & use cases. One thing that I would like to automate is scheduling client meetings from Rocketlane. I hope they launch this feature soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to track and analyse customer sentiment throughout project delivery is an area where we seemed to faced many difficulties, now we are able to solve that with CSAT survey’s on Rocketlane.
Best Onboarding tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane has a very powerful project management module and quite effective for tracking time spent for billable utilizations. Using on a regular basis, we are able to work on it seemlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't come across anything I dislike so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Majorly Managing projects and tracking time, since we are used to do that in Excels, which is a hassle to maintain N number of sheets on a regular basis
Rocketlane game changer in project and order management.
What do you like best about the product?
we make shoes for ajio and we use our vendors to coordinate and plan our consignment in terms of the design, sole, features and when the project is closed we ship the consignment.
What do you dislike about the product?
If they had a free plan initially to start with and if they can reduce the pricing a little and maybe if we can add some order management customisations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manufacture shoes for companies in India - so we make project plans based on the shoe company's requirement of consignment - which includes coordinating the styles , types of shoes , sizes, delivery , packaging and once the project is closed we do the delivery - it helps me track which part of the journey are we in and helps me expedite it which was previously done through google sheets with no overview and tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
Since starting our contract with Rocketlane, they have added several features that have helped us build out a more robust onboarding process. Comparing it to some other products in the market, it is definitely user-friendly and easy to train new hires to get them ramped up quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
My wish is that we could add non PM seats without any additional cost to be able to keep AEs in the loop during implementation.

It's getting me closer to an all in one solution for onboarding!!
Rocketlane's Project management module is fantastic
What do you like best about the product?
Project management is trickly part of onboarding that includes working with people more and difficulties of tracking things manually. Rocketlane has helped me make best of it through project modules and resource management module.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really. Nothing since we are trying out rocketlane.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helpes in solving process related issues, though operational reports - people section.
Rocketlane - Simple and collaborative Onboarding tool
What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane has a great customer collaboration portal and Timesheet capabilities, which is easy to integrate with other products and use. It is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing for now. I'm implementing rocketlane at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to solve our onboarding process, resource management process issues we are facing interms of streamlining the steps in onbaording our customers, Collecting data for all the implementation we might have to perform, Consolidate the progress to send Weekly status reports, create dashboard for leadership to give them visibility on the current projects and the blockers. Financials is something we'd like to explore a little better ensuring we see the revenue. But that's for a later stage.
We are using Reports majorly, which gives a very holistic view of how delayed or early the tasks and phases are being completed.

Made my Project Management Processes easier with Rocketlane!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I could collaborate with my customers in real time and I can instantly share important documents, embed links and add to-do tasks seamlessly with rocketlane. Earlier, we struggled with multiple conversations via email, chat, etc. which resulted in important information getting lost between platforms. Rocketlane has solved exactly this for our organisation!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love it if we could add reports of our own inside Rocketlane - Currently, we have only prebuilt dashboards.

We have Simplified our onboarding processes with Rocketlane!
What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane's automation features have decreased our manual intervention into our ongoing project delivery processes. I especially love the automations feature, which enables us to set up automatic actions based on triggers.

Nothing as now! We have just implemented Rocketlane in our organisation.
