Finally. Team Project Management & Client Collaboration in ONE PLACE! 🙌🏽

What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable the Rocketlane features are. Rocketlane has made managing collaborative projects with my clients so much easier. -- Even as a team of one. The ability to create a project plan based on your project phases and framework has been invaluable. Not to mention the little presentation button beside the project plan, which makes presenting the plan to clients easy without having to create slides. #timesaved 😍 My projects are really organized in a way that helps my clients know what happening and when. I've cut my onboarding time in half with the project and project role template capabilities alone. The ability to set project milestones and have CSAT surveys with them to get client feedback through the client experience has helped me make intentional, continuous improvements in my process. The other amazing features that have made project management easy with clients are the automatic project status update features and the ability to send items for client approval. The fact that I've been able to use their docs feature to collaboratively write content and create strategies with my client without leaving the tool has been such a beautiful experience. Oh and the ability to make certain tasks private has been so amazing too. Clients don't need to see every task that needs to be completed. I've tried everything... Trello, Asana, Clickup, AhSuite, Copilot, CoordinateHQ and even Google Docs. Nothing beats Rocketlane. Trust me. I've searched high and low for other tools that do the same things, and nothing has the speed and reliability that Rocketlane has. Thank you, Rocketlane leadership for making this tool affordable and within reach for freelancers too. We seem to get forgotten in tech tools that connect team project management with a client collaboration portal.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have to say that the only things I wish Rocketlane did better are: (1) Better UI Design: The current UI feels a bit 1999 to me with the design. If I logged in one day and had a more modern minimalist Asana-like design, I believe it would be easier for our clients to navigate and I'd experience more joy working in it too. (2) Slack Button: The inability to remove the Slack button from the portal has almost been a deal breaker for me. My clients get confused as to where to chat with me with both a Slack and chat area. I'd really like to be able to remove or that off in my account settings. (3) Portal Customization: I wish we had more of an ability to change more colors and the layout of the portal to fit our brand. In complete transparency, the gradient thing with just one color is again, a bit 1999 for me. I'd love to be able to remove the list view from the project as well since the project plan is where most of our clients like to work and collaborate with me. Being able to uncheck that would decrease redundancy in the view from the client's side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane is helping me to be a better Systems Integrator for my clients by having a more streamlined place to collaborate with them and a team. I've completed some massive workflow and CRM setup projects for my clients in record time using Rocketlane! I'm so glad I found it!

The Hubspot & jira automation means that I eliminate a huge amount of manual labour and that nothing is ever missed because someone forgets

What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane has revolutionized our customer onboarding processes, enabling us to standardize and streamline operations while enhancing collaboration both internally and externally. One of its standout features is the perfect combination of project/task management capabilities and a user-friendly interface. Unlike other platforms we've used, Rocketlane provides an exceptional user experience.

There are several features that our team absolutely loves. Firstly, the projects view is remarkable, allowing easy customization and providing real-time updates on project status and progress based on completed and open tasks. This eliminates the need to constantly ask our Customer Success Managers for updates, saving us valuable time. Combined with the customizable reports and the ability to use CSAT surveys and create our own forms to track customer satisfaction, we have full visibility over our customer onboarding. Also we love the recent addition of key events tracking and intervals reporting. These features automate milestone task tracking and reporting on Time to Value, average duration, and more, eliminating manual input from CSMs, and for the most part we can share this data with the rest of the business with their Salesforce integration.

Rocketlane also offers the advantage of granting customers access to their own portal with different views, ensuring clarity on tasks and timelines. Managing all communications, documents, and tasks from a single platform has streamlined our processes and reduced miscommunications, resulting in fewer delays.Task reminder notifications (via email or slack) help our team save time chasing customers for updates. Additionally, the ability to create playbooks and document templates based on dynamic rules has significantly increased our efficiency.

Furthermore, the flexibility of onboarding plans/playbooks has inspired us to consider using Rocketlane for partner onboarding and success planning beyond the initial onboarding phase.

Lastly, the outstanding support provided by the Rocketlane team has been exceptional. They have been responsive and helpful whenever we faced challenges or needed assistance.

So, in summary, I highly recommend Rocketlane to any organization seeking to enhance their customer onboarding processes. It has proven to be a game-changer for us, and I am confident it will deliver the same positive impact to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that we particularly dislike, but we would love to see some improvements:

- Having the ability to set default views for certain team members and allow them to see reports/dashboards (right now, only super users and admins can do it)

- We would like to see more options to create different graphics in their dashboards and more options to customize their 'cards' (however there have been already tremendous updates from last year and they keep on improving them taking up our feedback as well!)

- We would also like to have automations such as updating a project field or sending a custom message based on a task update (we've been told there will be a new feature coming out soon that will allow us to do this!)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Lack of consistency in our customer onboarding processes and team collaboration workflows
- Team efficiency
- Ability to support customers during their onboarding stage
- Keeping track of onboarding performance, TTV, Onboarding duration, CSAT and CES metrics

What do you like best about the product?
User-Friendly, Easy UI, helps in tracking performance across the teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can improve on the response time for opening various tabs, like switching tabs from projects to tasks take up some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane is creating a platform between tech teams and the non tech teams to track the work between themselves, it is acting as a bridge for requirements and their fulfilment.

What do you like best about the product?
The feature to add work hours per day as well as connecting tickets with rocketlane.
What do you dislike about the product?
I always have to check the tags to select and it is quite time taking.
Although I have no suggestions around it but is it a bit disliking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using rocketlane I can log time and track project progress at the same place, instead of going ticket to ticket and chasing the respective people for the updates.
So yes, the time is saved and hassle too.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can create specific boards fro clients that are specific and they cannot edit or delete things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the client cannot create their own tasks if they want to keep every together - I would have to create it for them...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining the onboarding process and limiting our clients from getting overwhelmed because we can hide the "next steps" until the are ready.

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using RocketLane for customer onboarding for about a year now. I have to say that the team loves it! The ease of use and the constant addition of new features is great, but the customer support is just AMAZING.

RocketLane is committed to providing stellar customer support, hearing our feedback, and proactively reaching out to see if they can help us make our onboarding processes more efficient.

Our team attended the Propel 23 Conference and is still discussing the takeaways weeks later.
What do you dislike about the product?
After using the system for over a year, I'd have to say that most of our negative feedback is nitpicky. Not all of our customers love the magic links to log in. Since we've requested they bookmark these at the beginning of projects, they forget where to go much less frequently. We'd also get a lot more use out of dependencies if we could have tasks with them be within the same day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making our onboardings much more efficient and easy of use aligns with our agile processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane has everything needed for successful project management. This completely eliminates the need for an agency which usually does the job for you. This saves a huge amount of time while giving clarity while keeping the power in your hands.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rocketlane is new and gets developed in an ongoing process. All the features work, only sometimes the systems loading time can be slow. I am sure this will get fixed in a later update though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a comprehensive template with a bunch of checklists, which helps us decreasing the onboarding time of a client from one week to 1 DAY. Rocketlane gives us the base to collaborate together effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to access the Rocketlane compared to other tools available in the market. It makes customer onboarding transparent and manageable to the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to log time for previous date from all tasks section. Have to go to timesheet and then choose task and then log time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving collaboration issues between teams and with client
