What do you like best about the product?
RL support team was really quick to resolve my issue. I have rarely seen this kind of speed for any customer support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Gantt chart has to be improved. Its not looking nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
updating project dates, marking the tasks as complete, seeing the project statuses are some helpful features in RL. Also, its a simple tool to use , not very comples with thousands of options.

Rocketlane is a powerful tool with an intelligent team

What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane is a very flexible, powerful tool. You can adopt its out of the box version or customize it to your liking. I appreciate how it considers the needs of multiple, interconnected stakeholder groups including Professional Services, Operations, and Finance - it is not a "one team tool" by any means.

The Implementation team we worked with seemed very knowledgable about Rocketlane's capabilities and workarounds to achieve our exact use case. They were always willing to take and disseminate product feedback internally as well and always strived to understand the WHY behind our requests to ensure we are following best practices and not just haphazardly configuring our instance.
What do you dislike about the product?
We did not find the implementation process to be completely smooth, but we were certainly underresourced and on a difficult timeline from our side contributing to some of the issues. Our migration from GuideCX and Clockify to Rocketlane was not successful, which caused us to have to attempt multiple re-migrations and finally just manual fixes to remedy everything because we were not able to figure out whether the problems originated in the initial tools, data export, data transformation, upload, or mapping. Despite our needing to re-migrate many times our Implementation Manager, Jasmine, was with us each step of the way willing to try as many times until we were satisfied. In the end, it became too complicated to continue trying to re-migrate as we had already begun entering new data into the tool so we launched and fixed data as we found errors, but I really appreciate our Implementers devotion to our account as she never left us behind struggling alone and was always willing to go back to her team internally to get us another re-do.

Don't purchase and try and implement this tool without a resourced team on your side. You need a decision maker who will ultimately be owning the tool and familiar with all of the ins and outs of being the administrator, and without truly prioritizing this effort on your side, you will struggle to have a successful launch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane has allowed us to consolidate our Time Tracking, Client Onboarding/Project Management, and Financial Analysis of PS Profitability into one tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy access and user friendly Interface. Authenticationa and timely reminders are the best feature.

As of now there are no much issues .The speed can be improved a bit.

One of the best tool for the project management and tracking capacity planning

What do you like best about the product?
It offers flexibility for adding custom fields and automating processes, making it easier to maintain live project tracking and to map all necessary information against each project. It enables real-time data visualization through customizable dashboard and project field views, which also be easily shared among team members. It completely eliminates the reliance on excel as it can keep the real-time data and can exported easily.

Implementation is straightforward, they have the guides and article handy and can be self-learned, Supported by highly responsive customer support that consistently delivers solutions within the SLAs. Additionally, the integration capabilities are highly efficient, as it allow seamless integrations with Hubspot and the in-house operating system as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform does not support bulk data uploads directly. To update the data in bulk, users must reach out to a support agent for assistance.

Additionally, capacity planning is based solely on the total allocated hours per role and does not account the total number of allocated projects and the target number of projects.

The dashboard can not show the number of roles and users , to access the numbers, we need to go to the settings option. which is not very convenient in case we want to solely rely on the dashboard for the presentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides clear visibility in to project progress for both clients and to the project managers, which is very much crucial for assessing project health and identifying projects that require immediate attention or at risk of potential churn.

Sometimes it takes too long to execute - need to refresh from time to time.

Sometime the action taken doesn't reflect in the system and page needs a refresh to see it
