Helps save time and money
What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane has enhanced the onboarding experience for our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides as of now. The integration with Salesforce is also seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our onboarding was happening in silos and after we got Rocketlane it is streamlined and solves 95% of our onboarding requirments.

The entire team has transparency across various projects and where we are as a team
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not see any downsides to this tool, so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The weekly report and the people performance report are the cherry on top. The top management has a bird's-eye perspective of what is going on across the entire onboarding.
A great experience with Rocketlane so far!
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the whiteglove service that Rocketlane provides! Our CSM Krishita is always available for meetings, responds quickly via email and akways goes above and beyond to provide us with solutions.

I don't enjoy how granual rocketlane can get.

It's helping organize all of our tasks that are needed to be done in order to onboard our clients

Rocketlane has allowed me to configure a proper onboarding method and track our customers success.

I have yet to find anything I dislike about Rocketlane.

My team and I use the tool for our daily/ weekly progress. Our standups are also conducted using this tool

Been using it for over a year and nothing that I can think of

I do not need to look into emails, chat or any external tool for my onboarding. Rocketlane has it all for you.
Rocketlane Saves me Time and Helps me to Orangise!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can create an organised schedule of events and that I get reminded when to complete them! I also can customise this which is so helpful as our workflow is continuously adapting!

What do you dislike about the product?
That the start date then proposes when things are for the whole project, we work in an enviroment where the start date can change quickly, I would love if if I could change this and the other steps would automatically change date too
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane helps us to be meticulous and never miss any of our time targets to complete tasks. Rocketlane is so visual that it has really helped us to understand our processes and better them. I love the user interface and when we didn't use it for one of our projects (as we weren't sure about the structure) I found it SO much harder to keep track of where I was. I also love that if your colleage and you are off and different times then when you return you can really easily see what has and hasnt been completed in your absense. A BEAUTIFUL TIME SAVING ORGANISATIONAL DREAM!

No mobile application support which can be looked upon

This tool helps us with managing projects and initiatives easily along with smart auto-fill options that are handy to kick-off new projects.

The best part about Rocketlane is the versatility of use. You can use the tool both internally and externally for a variety of tasks.

I've not found many issues or blockers and the team is always on hand to help!

One of Rocketlane's greatest benefits is the ability to work with stakeholders both within and externally.

As of now, I do not see any drawbacks to this product.

My entire team depends on Rocketlane for onboarding our new customers. We do not open emails or Teams since Rocketlane provides a collaborative experience.
