Krishita Shah is amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
Our CSM, Krishita, has been nothing short of helpful, kind, insightful and attentive. As we are a new onboarding function within SourceBreaker, we really see the value of organising our onboarding process for visability and clarity for not only ourselves but the wider team. Krishita reached out to me via LinkedIn, and from there we organised a catch up meeting. She has taken us through new features, really listened to our requirements and helped us create bespoke processes which only makes our lives easier. Thank you Krishita, you are an absolute asset to Rocketlane!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing springs to mind. Sometimes I feel like an on demand learning centre would be great - when I joined SourceBreaker I had to book training in, when it would have been great to have some on demand videos to initially catch up with the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping in the loop with KPI's we are hitting, making sure we do not miss any steps on the onboarding process which in turn standardises our process across different clients from different teams

The ability to get a Birds Eye view of my entire org under one dashboard

They could add a few more reporting capabilities

My business entirely depends on Rocketlane and we heavily rely on the financial module.

Give a Birds Eye view of where all the projects are headed towards. Can foresee delays and work accordingly.
Transparency, Collaboration, and Documentation for Seamless Implementations
What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane makes it easy to build out templatized implementation processes to be utilized across all customer implementations. The interface and user experience provide for an easy-to-use space to collaborate with customers and internal teams and guide a productive and enjoyable onboarding process. The support team is eager to help and very accessible. I'm so happy to use Rocketlane to support our customer engagements.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not identified any issues with the platform or critical missing features. I once had an issue with customizing notifications within projects I am a part of, and the support team quickly reacted and provided a solution to our needs.

Rocketlane helps us stay organized and on top of the onboarding process and necessary tasks to complete the project. Email notifications, filtered views, and documentation have been essential for managing Client Projects.
Complete Project Visibility for ALL Stakeholders
What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane has been a game changer for our Customer Success and Professional Services teams to efficiently manage customer projects. Prior to using Rocketlane, the system we had in place was very rigid and lacked the clear visibility that needed to be easily shared. My favorite feature is the ability to add individual customer's Goals and Tasks to ensure the whole team is focused on making the customer successful
What do you dislike about the product?
So far nothing! The platform is great and if 'gaps' are ever found their support team is incredibly responsive to help document the requirements and advocate to get the functionality in place!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane has enabled our team to easily standardize our customer onboarding program to ensure that value is being achieved each step of the way. Additionally, the product is easily customized so that if any individual customer requests come up, they can be simply incorporated into the existing project.
Another key time saver for our team has been setting up the dependencies so that if a project ever gets off track a bit, we just have to update one individual task, and the rest update automatically! This removes our team's concern for tedious yet necessary tasks and keeps our focus solely on finalizing the customers' project

Rocketlane has been a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane has been a game changer for our process of onboarding new franchisees. It provides a clear pathway from beginning to end, giving much needed transparency and accountability with an easy-to-navigate interface. All the information is right there at their fingertips. We particularly value the way we can categorize information into separate spaces, and separate chat categories. It's taken what had been an overwhelming and largely obscured process into something that's easy for brand-new business owners to understand and proceed through at their own pace. It's been difficult to find something that has worked for our particular needs, and so far Rocketlane is really filling in the gaps!
What do you dislike about the product?
Our team is eagerly awaiting a mobile interface! Otherwise, the timeline/gantt chart does present some challenges, as not every task needs to have a specific start/end date and it can overcomplicate the timeline - but I understand the limitations and intention of the software. I would also like to see some rules be implemented for those tasks that aren't tied to any specific date, but more to a dependency. If X task is marked done, that triggers the start date for Y.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously lacked a method to consolidate client-facing information in a task-based timeline, but have it also function as individual projects with individual dates. Rocketlane does all of the above!

What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which I get my weekly reports and notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
They can build a few more integrations around internal communcations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Once the tool is setup, it automates and saves a ton of manual work. Gives me the perfect weekly reports and next steps for the upcoming weeks and projects.
