Easy to use Onboarding tool

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive UI, client-centric, graphically beautiful and easy on the eyes. Very short start-up period, you are good to go in an hour or less basically. All of the people I have introduced to the tool have a very short learning period.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit limited when compared to other core Project Management tools, in terms of workflows, and approvals. That is, however. I guess in line with this as a niche product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the main challenges of other project management tools is that they are tools that are designed for team use and can to some extent be shared with customers. This tool is purpose-built for collaboration across organizations, clients and teams.

What do you like best about the product?
The software is easy to use, fast, synced with your work mail and the best feature is the daily reminder or status sharing which also acts as to-do list for project managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to dislike, but a few features like sharing or storing minutes or syncing the client discussions with the mail or project will help project managers in long-duration projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane has helped me in monitoring my stakeholder activities, the scheduling of activities is also easy to use and sharing the project status with the client on daily basis.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, ability to create various project templates, possibility of completely custom projects
What do you dislike about the product?
no mobile or tab app yet, no integration with zoho desk yet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Structure onboarding of customers using a professional plan instead of excel sheets, traceability of whats happening with onboardings.

What do you like best about the product?
Rocket lane has helped to standardize the processes followed across the departments. It is providing a common platform covering all aspects of the project. Thus, optimizing project monitoring simultaneously for multiple projects and also providing constant visibility of the project to all stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Additional Report features. Delay tracking missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process standardization, a common platform for all aspects of the project, constant platform for visibility on project progress and challenges.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Rocket lane is most useful when multiple stakeholders are involved in a project and multiple projects are running parallelly.
It helps to keep the processes standard for project schedule tracking, task allocations, documentation and dealy tracking. Thus, anyone can take over the project from any point and start working without any requirement for separate information handover.

What do you like best about the product?
The product itself is very flexible in terms of how easy it is to make amendments and changes to implementation projects. This covers ease of editing project templates, changing owners of projects, adding/removing project phases etc. Morever, the team are very receptive to feedback and considerate about improvements to their product (where it would benefit multiple users). The highlight, though, is the Rocketlane that's supporting us. Throughout onboarding, Shyam went above and beyond to ensure we are making best use of Rocketlane by sharing best practices, guiding us through tailored product demos, and acting as our conduit between our organisation and Rocketlane.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not necessarily something to dislike, just worth considering that this is still a developing product, meaning that there is the occasional bug or two, and that their product suite is still developing. I'm highlighting that this isn't a negative, just something worth noting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer-facing portals are enabling us to increase visibility for our customers on their implementation projects, and we're eager to make use of various product features (e.g. Chat, Forms etc) to streamline our processes and increase efficiencies.

Best Collaborative Customer Onboarding Platform.

What do you like best about the product?
We can easily track the status of the projects and a particular task can easily be assigned to anyone and can work collaboratively. Multiple projects can be handled in a very easy way and get an idea of which project and which task was pending for a long time and what was the time taken to complete a particular task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Intermittently it takes a bit more time to load the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems solved using Rocketlane:
1. Particular task has been assigned to me if needed and worked on it so that everyone will know I will be working on it
2. Estimated time has been set for a particular task
3. Able to use timesheets so that we can analyze the time for a particular project we have worked on

Benefits of using Rocketlane:
1. Tasks and the status of projects are easily tracked
2. Visibility of the person who is currently working on the task can be tracked
3. Can easily set and work towards the completion of a task in time
