What do you like best about the product?
rocketlane is very easy to use and eliminate lots of steps that was needed previously for timesheet and project monitoring

I like the tasks that we can directly add in the timesheets along with the google meets

We cannot apply for half day leave in Rocketlane, only full day leave is applicable as of now

What do you like best about the product?
Product has automated and organized our onboarding process saving us a bunch of time. And the team is so much fun to work with, especially in their own onbarding process!
What do you dislike about the product?
N/A, everything has been great! I can't think of anything so complain about.

Onboarding new clients, onboarding new employees, later stage project management, organizing internal processes and content

All the features and new upcoming enhancements are very good, easy to use and straightforward.

Nothing as of now , everything works fine

Its solving all the project management issues and maintaince issues
High quality product with fast deployments that are always improving CSAT!

I love the various templates you can use to help various teams through initiatives and goals with clients. + They deploy updates truly based on customer feedback!
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is in somewhat early stages so minor glitches occur but nothing their team doesn't get right on to help with. The design could be a bit more modern and easier to follow especially for clients that are not tech savvy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to complete all customer onboardings and customer success processes within one system. Having a client use it for all stages allows for consistency and better adoption. I also love how it integrates with HubSpot and other top technologies.
Smart Tool , very accomodating, customer service is amazing
What do you like best about the product?
You can see time spent on projects and it's more user friendly than Jira and the customer service can not be beat.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to report, Rocket lane has been very accomodating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of sending out emails to clients, we can notify clients of things or update them on Rocketlane. So it enables us to notify clients and also manage the project at the same time.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Rocketlane is its user-friendly dashboards. Rocketlane has made project management and collaboration, and task assignments really convenient. Timesheet filling and submission have also become very easy with Rocketlane.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall Rockelane is really efficient and convenient in project management. But sometimes it gets stuck while adding multiple events from the calendar in the timesheets. Also, there should be some way such that recurring events to be added automatically to the timesheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane very effectively solves project management issues. Particularly for me, Rocketlane timesheets have made it really convenient to keep track of my time and all tasks I have worked on the entire week.

Task and client management all at one place is great, saves a lot of time and follow ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of. Using Rocketlane for more than an year now and have seamlessly managed all my day to day project management related tasks. I can send reminders and assign tasks to both internal and external parties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane's primary solution revolves around consolidating tasks, updates, reminders, client communications, and file sharing into a single platform. This integration simplifies progress tracking and task assignment to respective parties, allowing for seamless follow-up discussions within the same interface for everyone's convenience.

What do you like best about the product?
Filling the timesheets every week using the Add to Calendar feature is very helpful in adding multiple tasks and avoiding repetition.
Getting to know the status of each client is also great, and the go-to person mentioned is also helpful at times.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes while filling the timesheet, if a user clicks outside any element by mistake, everything gets erased, and the user has to refresh the page. It becomes annoying sometimes.
