What do you like best about the product?
- Integration with Salesforce
- Integration with Google office suites
- Clarity for inputting information
- UI is super wonderful
- Easier to collaborate among team members
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of. Most of the required features are in place. A quick chat feature addition would be an added advantage for in-sync communication among teams members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Customer onboarding
- Handling customer requests and tracking the dependencies
- Overall project management for PoC schedule and managing comms among team members.

It makes the organization's information more system-oriented than person-oriented.

The learning curve is a bit time-consuming.

What do you like best about the product?
The product ticks all of the boxes we were looking for from an Onboarding tool - the dynamic templates and resource management aspects are especially noteworthy
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found one thing that I dislike so far, everything we've raised with the team has either been addressed instantly or they already had on their roadmap, can't fault the team!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a tool that would allow us to deliver projects more efficiently but also allow us the flexibility our projects demand and we've found that with Rocketlane. The team can't stop raving about the chat and customer portal elements too.

What do you like best about the product?
- Team and Project Management -- helps manage workload and measure time utilization of the resources
- Customer Success - Best in class customer success team put in place to guide you throughout the project
- Project templates - Multiple Templates help in managing different milestones for a single project
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot integration can be simpler, dependency on Zapier can be avoided.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I can have custom task fields and categorize all my tasks into different buckets. Very easy to analyze and stay on top of things!
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't customize the customer portal's UI completely. I can selectively disable modules and have branding, but not completely overhaul the UI for different customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier to run implementation projects when customers also have visibility and are a part of the process.

What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane allows both, me, and my customers to easily work on projects together and have visibility of the progress. This was something I did not have earlier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rocketlane does not have a mobile app yet. This is something I personally would appreciate and I'm sure the team is working on this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First value for the customer wasn't great, which led to increased churn. Now we are trying to turn this around using Rocketlane, we are seeing the first engagement go much smoother.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about this platform is the clean user experience for our users. Had a good onboarding experience with the Rocketlane team.

The customer portal experience can be enhanced.

Handling complicated onboarding processes is well handled by Rocketlane. Specifically project management.

What do you like best about the product?
They were always ready to help us even if it wasn't related to their product. The product fits our use cases almost perfectly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont think there was something that i disliked cause if there were any problems they got to them quickly and fixed them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All communication is through their product and structured very well which helps us finish onboarding faster.

What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane takes care of everything that is involved in project implementation and helps you collaborate with your client. The aspects right from setting up phases, creating tasks, sub-tasks, assigning owners etc. to giving an entire 360 degree analytical view of the ongoing projects are quintessential for any org that has a complex implementation process with dependencies on the client's teams. This helps with timely project delivery with stakeholders having a clear picture on the entire implementation process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now but would love if they could release something that can handle the post-implementation customer lifecycle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are managing and tracking all our onboardings/implementations on Rocketlane. This has made our onboarding streamlined and structured. Also, it gives macro-level monitoring to the stakeholders of the projects for both our team and the client's team
