Great experience so far
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to put in all of my tasks and to check what I have done over a period of time is absolute bliss.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be a bit faster. It sometimes doesn't register the tasks entered.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to track projects, and Assigning tasks is simple and straightforward, We were really able to get trained on Rocketlane within 1-2 sessions because it was so easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would help to have the ability to track time spent on each task individually so that we can pause a task for a certain duration if necessary. It would also help to have more integrations with 3rd party tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems we have solved using Rocketlane - Customer onboarding project plans are now centralized and can be tracked by internal and external stakeholders efficiently. It also makes the manager's job easier as they can track each project individually and also the number of man-hours being spent on onboarding customers at any given time. We were using Google Sheets for this earlier, which is not easy to use and difficult to take seriously.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a robust tool that helps demarcate responsibilities. The project status is visible to all stakeholders and this helps in achieving deadlines. It has a very intuitive UI and different templates that can be used to manage different stages of a project. On a high level, the tool is super useful to identify problems and bottlenecks!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. The team is doing an amazing job!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves a lot of time and effort by improving collaboration on a project. As we go over the multiple stages, it helps us make decisions and get feedback from the key stakeholders.

What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration between our customers and implementation specialists has become more streamlined. The ability to create private tasks with necessary stakeholders has removed the pain of having long threads of emails. If needed, we are always able to make a task or a document open to all members of the customer's organization if necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like more information about multi-language capabilities. We were not able to dig deeper into this requirement. Some knowledge around this would be helpful.

Great tool to manage projects and people!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to share only what is needed without sharing the whole project. The ability to have private notes, tasks and messages within your organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing. It is pretty straightforward to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used a different tool but it required a lot to learn for customers who had never used it. With Rocketlane, they don't have to learn a new tool because we can just send a recap of tasks due via email.

We used Rocketlane to create projects and tasks, It helped us a lot in tracking time we spent and progress I don't have any thing to dislike as of now

What do you like best about the product?
It helps keep our team organized with our implementations and helps us identify blockers sooner and proactively unblock them. It also has provided more visibility to leadership to understand performance and efficiency opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm excited to see the new features Rocketlane releases over the coming year, that can help us understand our KPIs at a deeper level.

Robust Project Management with Easy to Use Interface
What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane is extremely intuitive. I was able to create several project templates and be up and running within a few hours of using it. The customer service chat is also very responsive to any questions I might have.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a timeclock-like time tracking option, where team members could "start" and "stop" time tracking within the application. This would help us get more accurate time tracking. I also wish there was more customization in customer-facing emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane helps us effectively manage multiple simultaneous projects, making sure that all tasks are completed and milestones met. We use it to assign tasks to various team members so that reminders are sent automatically, and each team member can see what tasks they need to work on across projects. This is a big improvement over tracking tasks via email.

What do you like best about the product?
RL is easy to use. The option to have a customized dashboard makes it super useful for individuals. I like the option to add Customers also which makes a collaborative approach to finish the implementation successfully.
What do you dislike about the product?
Private tasks can be improved. For me, the rest of everything is covered.

Alternative to Excel and scalable and repeatable onboarding process.
