What do you like best about the product?
I can easily create templates and have my own workflow set up in no time. The experience looks neat.
What do you dislike about the product?
As far as my team is concerned, there is nothing that I dislike. Everything was easy from start to finish
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane is helping us set up our CS workflow where we can create milestones for ourselves and it helps to track out account progress better.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is the interface is user-friendly. Easy to use.
All the project management tasks include keeping the record or connecting the customer. Everything can be done on one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the pages take a while to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can record my whole work day in one place.
I can easily manage my projects.
It helps us to keep the Transparency between the agent and the customer on the project.

What do you like best about the product?
- templates were super easy to build and deploy
- level of project transparency for every stakeholder
- Managing timelines and not missing out on any activities
- Private/General chats with each project help a lot
- Export and ship the entire project map to the customer

so far, the platform experience has been exceedingly good and nothing stands out as a dislike

What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane has not only made my implementation management easy, but also the process of accessing it. It gives me a very clear break up of timeline for each step.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I could call out as bad till date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane has simplified the Onboarding/Implementation planning and tracking process for us as compared to the way it was earlier. All the ongoing projects on one single page.

Help in timelines

What do you like best about the product?
In rocketlane, we can track all the deadlines of the account, and easily we can communicate with other persons on a particular task. We can easily track all the statuses of the accounts in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's very slow and laggy. Also sometimes it shows white screens only. The G2 team has to work on this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If it is faster then it saves our time and if it is available on an android phone that is also better.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to make customizable project templates, forms and designated assignees based on role per task. This software allows our onboarding team to scale out our projects with clients and reduce the time to onboard. The automations are amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was built in flow charts / process flow diagrams so that we could provide more information to clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping customers on track and informed with complex onboardings.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple, intuitive, easy to use. Easy to update templates and processes. Provides a good view of all our projects and their status. Great support team who are incredibly responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboarding and reporting capabilities arent built out yet, needs to be more granular. Would prefer more robust 'task dependency' set up. e.g. tasks only created based on the completion of earlier tasks. Would love an integration with Jira for 'Issue' tracking in our projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us better manage our project load and flow.
Helps us onboard our own staff faster, as they can quickly understand our onboarding process end to end thanks to the granular tasks within our RL Templates.

What do you like best about the product?
The User interface and how tasks can be organized. Coming from excel based onboarding Rocketlane gives so much more leeway for accountability and ownership of tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Potential scalability issues. As setting up billing structures is a hard, complex, and large process more features regarding the organization of tasks the more complex the use case the more you can see some more challenging usecases for Rocketlane.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster and more efficient onboarding. All information pertaining to the onboarding is in one place. And helps CSMs get a clear understanding of what is pending from the implementation phase.

Customer Onboarding Made Easy!

What do you like best about the product?
Best part about Rocketlane is how easy it is to use.

Our customers have visibility on what is going to happen once they buy our platform and they are updated every week on their progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I don't see any downside to using Rocketlane, I would love to have more automation in place which can help free up some bandwidth for my team.
Also, more integrations with other tools like Trainn, Vidyard & Loom will help us import videos made over there to Rocketlane for quick troubleshooting videos sent out to the customer.
Otherwise Rocketlane feels like a complete tool

We are using Rocketlane for the following Use cases:
1. HR onboarding
2. Internal Employee Platform Onboarding
3. Customer Onboarding

Rocketlane has helped us measure our Onboarding efforts effectively.
