It solves the problem of assigning the tasks and solves by providing the platform to showcase my performance on the whole to my organisation without blocks.

Managing all our projects in one place with a clear view of the phases/tasks and where we are with the onboarding of our new clients. It also standardizes our onboarding process and gives the client a clear view on the progress of the onboarding

Automated tracking of time spent on each task. now it is manual.

Clear visibility on the project - both internally and for the client. Resource planning, budgeted hours vs utilization, publish status updates to clients automatically based on the tasks completed

Templates make it easy for us to onboard new clients up to standard

Now, we are using it for onboarding alone. It can be utilized some more for other Projects. We have not explored yet

Even with new people in the team, we can follow process to onboard clients successfully.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I am able to set up both adhoc and planned projects in a very convenient manner. The fact that team discussions are integrated in such an organic and convenient manner is quite helpful to keep track of conversations. The reminders on tasks are specifically helpful in a firm like ours
What do you dislike about the product?
Its still a new product and have done a great start already. I believe the product being positioned for on-boarding while an advantage, the project management capabilities and internal project management capabilities are getting under sold. It has a lot of features that are well positioned for these use cases.
