Tool is great for working directly with customers in implementations and day to day operations
What do you like best about the product?
It is great having a place to work with customers directly and be able to have internal items seperated do internal teams can work in it as well. Allowing us to submit subtasks which can easily be reviewed daily or weekly as projects are beng implemented. Being able to integrate JIRA tickets is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is sometimes customers think things are instant in Rocketlane as you would have it in slack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing up to date checklists/ tasks and assigmnements for both internal and external stakeholders. So no more hacing to have seperate sheets or documents to maintain.

What do you like best about the product?
As a resource manager that allocates the best people to my enterprise projects, Rocketlane is key to my day-to-day activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Resource allocation can be challenging for large projects

Resource allocation for key accounts in a large enterprise.
Solid platform for a connected PS experience
What do you like best about the product?
I love that so many key integrations just come out of the box with Rocketlane. Slack, Salesforce, Jira are all integrated into our stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
More native integration into HRMS platforms would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time tracking, financial reports, task management are controlled centrally in Rocketlane
PSA platform with all the bells and whistles
What do you like best about the product?
The whole workflow for a customer takes place in Rocketlane. Project intake, resource management, capacity allocations, staffing, timesheets, billing, project feedback. It covers all 360 degrees.

I'm very satisfied with the platform and love it!

Multiple areas. Project intake, resource management, capacity allocations, staffing, timesheets etc

What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane aids in tasks like time tracking and project organization. Storing important files on all projects is possible using an upload. We zip and download such files later for archival.
What do you dislike about the product?
No faults that come to mind. The tool is pleasant to use.

Resourcing and staffing new projects and project management after that.

What do you like best about the product?
A rich feature set for project management that's used by our entire team. Adoption at the company level is great. We've been using it for 1 year.

No compaints. Meets all my requirements.

We needed a tool that looked great, was simple to use and easy to pick up for project management. Rocketlane ticked all the boxes.

No shortcomings that are worth mentioning.

Project management for the professional services arm
A pretty good project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's stable and reliable and can store a large amount of custom information per task, project and user. The filters can act on all custom data being stored in the system. We maintain user skill and rates in some custom fields for resource management.

it fulfills its function without any problems

Works well for the way in which our company functions.
