Huge time saver for onboarding customers and managing projects
What do you like best about the product?
Flexible and intuitive UI, good reporting functionality, templates work really well and the Rocketlane team is really responsive to feedback and improvement requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports available don't include all the fields, but this can be worked around by just using filters in the views available for projects. Dashboards could use some work to be made more flexible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onboarding customers quickly, easily tailoring project plans and tasks to their specific scope or characteristics. It saves me lots of time that would otherwise be spent on mundane and repetitive project plan customisation.

Amazing user friendly tool for Project Managers

Ease of use, template reuse, status report
What do you dislike about the product?
Field validation errors are not clear, requires clear error message

Team coordination, Project plan monitoring, Periodic project status report publishing, Maintaining project essentials centralizing document repository

The simplicity of the UI and the fact that it is super efficient to monitor

The tracking of time sheets + projects the team is working on
Intuitive tool for onboarding customers
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is easy to use and is specifically designed for customer onboarding. While other project management tools are generic, Rocketlane can look at specific pain points in a SaaS implementation journey and create modular solutions. I love the modularity of the solution with form templates, document templates, and phase templates that can be called in as and when needed. This results in access to the right materials at the right time and also helps in the standardisation of documents across the company.
Lastly, the support/CSM teams are extremely approachable and easy to work with :)

What do you dislike about the product?
Admin reporting capabilities: would love to have an internal hierarchy on Rocketlane that enables automatic reporting of project summary at different levels of leadership based on assigned projects (pod leads, sr managers, directors etc).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketplane is a great tool to track implementation projects. For us, apart from the primary objective, we are also able to drive standardized documentation and efficient flow of information within a project.
Would highly recommend Rocketlane to SaaS companies
What do you like best about the product?
Customised project plans, Assign tasks and monitoring team productivity. Companies that have more than 20 Onboardings a month - this is a must have product!
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with Slack is offered, it would be great if can be integrated with messenger platforms like Gchat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking Onboardings by creating different project templates and also managing the workforce is made easy. Additionally we can also give our clients a view with the entire project plan!
Great Project Management Platform for Implementation
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and get set up! I love that you have all of the API to other tools we use!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could adjust the lead/lag time between dependencies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a CSM responsible for implementation, it is a great tool for tracking implementation, customer details, and iterating on common templates.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how the new features like forms, resource management, slack integration makes it so easy to manage all onboarding activities within one tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment! They have so many exciting things planned in their roadmap and I'm excited to try them all!

Helps in easier collaboration and how all onboarding activities can be managed at one place
Easy to use project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can create custom fields and columns to track what applies to your business. I also like that you can create dynamic templates for varying client needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once a project is created you cannot dynamically update project dates/timeline. You have to manually update the date or each phase of the project. You also can't dynamically update the project template. It would be nice if you could add additional phases to a project or more easily update the project once it is created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane is helping us keep track of all the tasks that need to be completed in an implementation. It helps us keep track of to-do items, and due dates, and helps us easily see the status and project of each client.
Amazing Support Experience!
What do you like best about the product?
Every Rocketlane employee I have worked with whether it be technical support or just an enhancement request has been exceptional. They show that they really care about making Rocketlane the best experience for you and try to implement any necessary changes right away. You can really tell that they care about their users!
What do you dislike about the product?
The software isn't perfect. That being said, no software is perfect. However, I do trust Rocketlane to consistently improve and listen to the requests of their users to make it a better experience for everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management! Their software provides a great solution to keeping things organized in all of your projects while allowing multiple people to collaborate on the same project.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Magic link - client's visibility over progress of their project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to edit a few project conditions that were selected at the time of creation of the project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Systematic way of managing client onboarding. Resolving client queries through Rocketlane chat without getting on calls each time. Visibility over the project by all stakeholders.
