Best project planning tool!

What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane is easy to use and collaborate with internal and external team members. Rocketlane takes the frustration out of project management software by simplifying the interface. I also appreciate the ability to present high level timelines to customers and share real time updates with team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, Rocketlane nailed it. Rocketlane is easy to update, modifying timelines and dependencies is a breeze.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane is helping me share deployment and onboarding timelines with internal and external stakeholders. I've saved a great deal of time updating milestones or tasks and use the platform to send recurring updates to team members. Additionally, I'm using Rocketlane to present high level timelines during kick off meetings to set expectations and spark conversation.

Amazing Onboarding tool!

What do you like best about the product?
The product UI/UX is really amazing, every single thing has been thought through really well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. At the first glance if the templates are all filled and tasks are setup it might look a bit intimidating but once you start using it, it is very intuitive and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I felt its a great tool to bring all the stakeholders of Onboarding (Implementation team, customer success team, support team, tech team and clients) on a single platform and collaborate effectively. I feel it has helped build a strong synergy amongst the stakeholders.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used Rocketlane for a few months now and this tool is very well thought through and focused on onboarding collaboration with customers.
- The product has been easy to use.
- I love the customer view to see the project as a customer without having to have a customer-like account set up for internal users. This might not sound like a big deal but not understanding how your customer will experience the tool can create communication gaps and lead to onboarding failures. 
- I like the approval process that helps aligns and sign off on goals and requirements with the customer. It is also useful for documenting any internal approvals on non-standard onboarding processes. 
- Streamlining and visibility to customers on their accountability is great by having tasks assigned to them.
- Ease of sending weekly status, though I feel we have not fully used this feature.
- Lastly, the agility to take feedback and make product improvements has been an added advantage. The team is responsive and eager to hear feedback on the product and make meaningful improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike :-) but one thing that might benefit is the option to select more than one template to create a project plan based on multiple facets of the onboarding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improve onboarding experience for both our customers and internal teams.
Bring efficiency and predictability in onboarding new customers.
Improve internal cross-functional teams and Customer communication and collaboration on the project.
Visibility on project status to all stakeholders and executive team.

Not Just for Onboarding - But for Customer Management

What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane helps you streamline all communication and tasks between your customers and you.

It centralizes the items reported on email, messengers and slacks and creates a shared workspace for you and your customers. This helps track actual progress of integration/launch and once launched track progress on items thatimpact your customers and make sure they do not drop off the radar.

Your customers get a view of the progress made and you get a view of issues across all your customers. So even after your customers are live, bugs and other communication can be tracked on Rocketlane.

Rocketlane also has templates which allow you to repeat the same succesful playbook across new customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be better if they added Filtering by custom fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer Onboarding - Centralize Communication - Communicate Progress
Ongoing Customer Issues - Centralize Communication - Track Progress on Bugs etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Its ability to reuse lots of items, where its project template, document template, and flexibility to make ad-hoc changes on the go in the project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike, we found it matching 95% of what we were looking for in project management and tracking tool along with customer collaboration ability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to give visibility of overall project status to internal and external teams.
Able to automated task tracking, assigning, alerts & reminders.
Able to get feedback and NPS in an automated way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's Simple, User Friendly, and has almost everything that you need to track a project. On Top of, they have an amazing team to get you quickly set up, guide you with best practice and use it like a pro.

Must tool to have for Onboarding Managers

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using the product for a couple of months now.

What I've loved so far:
1. Better view to the customers on what their tasks are
2. Better accountability because we can assign specific tasks to customer
3. The Executive Sponsors have an overview of the status of the projects
4. Easier to identify bottlenecks
5. Creating templates for different project types
6. Ability to bring in embed files
7. Ability to have a conversation with customers specific to tasks
8. Ability to send weekly updates to Executives
9. Ability to create swimlanes

What I hope to see in the future:
1. Simple Kanban view of open and closed tasks for a specific project
2. Ability to export a project as Gantt Chart

Also, I cannot brag enough about how incredible their customer support/success is.

Nothing specific. Rocketlane is doing a fantastic job!

What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane is not your ordinary project tracking tool. It is meant for collaboration. It is meant for clearer visibility. It is meant for driving ownership of pushing things across. I love that I can assign tasks to internal and external stakeholders at the same time, and have everyone collaborate together. It provides clear visibility on what is pending, what is stuck, with whom is it stuck. It helps me publish an executive summary in a matter of minutes (and not having to run through my emails for searching things).
What do you dislike about the product?
Re-arranging the order of tasks seemed difficult, but that's been fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
