Project management made easy
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the fact that Rocketlane offers many ways to customize your client journey and process. Each client is going to have nuances and this is a great way to provide visibility internally on where I stand with onboarding new customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because there are so many features in Rocketlane, it sometimes takes several clicks, in the beginning, to get where you want to go. Also some areas to create notes seem redundant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane is helping my team and I generate overall more visibility and accountability when it comes to tracking the progress of new deals. Overall it also helps paint a picture of my capacity.
Great platform to keep track of all our office based tasks.
What do you like best about the product?
We can keep track of the tasks that are completed, to be completed and already completed. The timesheet feature is wonderful and quite user friendly compared to other platforms.

The dates prediction of projects. Sometimes, it can be as low as a week too.

Multiple projects handling, setting goal for your timelines and tracking individual task for the assigned person and looking at your plans on the daily basis is something I like from rocketlane.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific everything in the rocketlane is perfect for a new organization or an established organization to look forward for the growth and success. Thank you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple projects handling is something rocketlane handles and tracking of your goals and timelines are something important for an organization to grow in the competitive world
A good tool. Especially brilliant for a tool that is just out and about.
What do you like best about the product?
Its clutter-free design. Its ability to show details in the form of a Gantt chart. The option to chat, and send information to your clients within the tool. The option to create various custom fields and have them all displayed on the list in a custom order.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations. They provide a lot through their Zapier integration but we use a lot of tools and so it would be great to have a deeper integration with them. Also, the file upload option is brilliant but if it were to be made available only s a client unlocks a stage in the onboarding process, it would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane helped us revamp our onboarding process. It gave us our first taste of a well-defined onboarding process. It helped us open conversations with clients right at the beginning. It really helped in reducing churn. It also gave us a direction into what onboarding should be like, it helped us plan and have it executed in real-time. We can see a real change in churn and expansion through this.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
From our experience, this tool is really good for up and coming CS teams in revamping their onboarding process. Irrespective of how complex it is, Rocketlane would be able to handle it.
Great framework for project management
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is intuitive and modern, the core features that you would expect are present, and the product is in active development, so it gets better every month.
I appreciate the variety of views and ways to surface data and tasks. It makes it very flexible for different users, while keeping everyone on the same core platform.
There are lots of ways to communicate with clients during the onboarding process, and we are looking forward to further integrations and features in this area.
The team has been very responsive and open to suggestions for features and tweaks.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple of features that aren't in there yet (May 2022) but hopefully will be coming soon. We are looking forward to Slack integration and email integration in particular.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started using Rocketlane at the same time that we were upgrading our project management processes, and it has been an integral part of raising our standard of excellence. It keeps our projects and tasks in a single place, tracks relevant deadlines and responsibilities, and streamlines communications with the team and with clients.
Great tool to track my onboarding projects
What do you like best about the product?
Timesheet logging is the best in this category. Their engagement has been top-notch with the pace at which I receive responses to my questions and the features they're releasing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer portal experience needs a revamp for sure.

It helps me manage my onboarding projects with ease.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Loved their engagement pre and post-sale process. Being an onboarding company, the amount of help and support we have received so far has been above and beyond.
Great team to work with and a clean and flexible product to use!

The user experience is smooth and I like the advanced task management workflows - to be able to filter by tasks and rearrange columns to view the right data at any point.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had desktop notifications but the in-product notifications help at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Categorizing my daily work - the UI is really intuitive to use and it also helps our customers to navigate and do their work easily.
Good collaborative experience along with time tracking capability
What do you like best about the product?
I love the option to be able to track time directly from tasks and also alter the timesheet later before submission. It's also super easy to communicate with customers directly from our tasks & projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
We'd like to customise the customer portal further by choosing exactly what's shown on the project dashboard - not that the customer portal isn't good now, it's great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of manual work is now automated - creating projects out of templates, email notifications, reminders, etc. Saves me a lot of time working on my day to day tasks.
Slick product with a great UX
What do you like best about the product?
Love the ease with which the project management has been designed. Helps me in delivering an great onboarding experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a new product, they seem to be ahead of the curve and I'm excited to see what they have in the store for the future
