Great team to work with and a clean and flexible product to use!
What do you like best about the product?
The user experience is smooth and I like the advanced task management workflows - to be able to filter by tasks and rearrange columns to view the right data at any point.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had desktop notifications but the in-product notifications help at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Categorizing my daily work - the UI is really intuitive to use and it also helps our customers to navigate and do their work easily.
Good collaborative experience along with time tracking capability
What do you like best about the product?
I love the option to be able to track time directly from tasks and also alter the timesheet later before submission. It's also super easy to communicate with customers directly from our tasks & projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
We'd like to customise the customer portal further by choosing exactly what's shown on the project dashboard - not that the customer portal isn't good now, it's great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of manual work is now automated - creating projects out of templates, email notifications, reminders, etc. Saves me a lot of time working on my day to day tasks.
Slick product with a great UX

Love the ease with which the project management has been designed. Helps me in delivering an great onboarding experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a new product, they seem to be ahead of the curve and I'm excited to see what they have in the store for the future

What do you like best about the product?
I love the structure and history of exploration. Ability to filter tasks. And we can see all the details of the comment as the exact date. Also, it is really easy to pull a report.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes updated information is not displayed in the time sheet module.

Effective project tracking with collaboration and saving time and effort.
User friendly and Efficient tool for project progress tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane is easy to use and synced with our work mail. The best feature is the daily reminder or status sharing which also acts as a to-do list. The way projects are organized in Rocketlane allows for a clear picture without going into each to check status.

I'm not facing any issues and there's nothing to dislike.

What do you like best about the product?
It was simple to implement. Having customers own the task with a target date made onboarding on track.

The landing page could be enhanced with the Highlevel status of all the projects.

It has made our onboarding simple by implementing a process to track the progress of onboarding our customers.
We have also started using it for our POCs as a Project Management application. It helps us to keep track of the progress with a target completion date in mind.

User Friendly and Comprehensive
What do you like best about the product?
I'm in the middle of my onboarding with Rocketlane and I have to say, this has been VERY easy to set up. There is enough flexibility to fit our specific needs, without being overly complex. Even my SFDC Admin team commented on how easy the integration setup was. I'm excited to learn more about the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had a couple of minor glitches but not a big deal, and this is expected with any technology. It's still early in my usage so there is nothing that I disklike so far during my implementation of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is helping us to engage with our customers better by giving them more ownership and visibility into the projects that we are working on together. It is also helping me, as a manager, with reporting on team performance.

Rocketlane is a very good tool for getting visibility for the project. It also provides visibility for customers and is an amazing collaborative tool

UI interface can be improved and some of the reports can be provided
