An important tool for a successful client onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
Templates make it easy for us to onboard new clients up to standard
What do you dislike about the product?
Now, we are using it for onboarding alone. It can be utilized some more for other Projects. We have not explored yet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Even with new people in the team, we can follow process to onboard clients successfully.

Great UI for Onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
Creating Templates, Checkpoints and Tracking the overall progress in easy to use UI

Company Logo size should be optimized in proper proportion
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onboarding and real time tracking. Easy to add templates as per the onboarding segment, and it gives the real-time status of the overall progress.
Very easy to use, flexible and rich in features
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I am able to set up both adhoc and planned projects in a very convenient manner. The fact that team discussions are integrated in such an organic and convenient manner is quite helpful to keep track of conversations. The reminders on tasks are specifically helpful in a firm like ours
What do you dislike about the product?
Its still a new product and have done a great start already. I believe the product being positioned for on-boarding while an advantage, the project management capabilities and internal project management capabilities are getting under sold. It has a lot of features that are well positioned for these use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Rocketlane to :

Proactive support, efficient team. Scalable solution for companies looking for end-customer portal.
What do you like best about the product?
Quick resolvement of queries. A detailed one-on-one walkthrough demo was scheduled even before the purchase.

User experience & file management can be slightly improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining internal project management process. Our partners will benefit from knowing project status updates further avoiding multiple channels of communication via rocketlane's unique customer-facing portal.

Excellent Service and A Quickly Evolving Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane offers a dynamic project management platform in which our project managers can update timelines and add tasks to projects easily as needed. The tool also makes follow-ups more efficient and task-driven by creating a digest of tasks to be done which can be shared with project participants regularly. Their customer service has also been excellent, providing timely and constructive responses to our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still a few features that require more manual work than we would like. For example, when a new project is created, the project participants aren't automatically substituted for the placeholders in the template. We have been assured that this is in the works and we have seen the design which looks great, so we are satisfied that this need is being addressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We chose Rocketlane because it offered maximum flexibility in creating projects, completing tasks, and adjusting timelines as needed. Previously, we had issues with our customers completing tasks in our project management tool, but since using Rocketlane, our customer engagement and task completion have improved.

What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane is a robust tool that our team can customize to fit various needs and use cases. We found it compelling that in the free trial, their team partnered with us to help us visualize what our processes would look like and were there every step of the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any tool, there are growing pains. They are still new and growing, so we do occasionally run into bugs or some usability issues that we didn't experience with our previous tool. That being said, their team has always responded quickly and resolved problems fast. What is more important to me than the issues (because there will always be issues) is how you respond to them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Rocketlane for customer onboarding - so every new customer who we sign gets a project spun up in rocketlane and we use it to guide them through our onboarding process.
Just what we were looking for
What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane was the perfect solution for our customer onboarding process. We have a very unique product and process for planning upcoming jobs and installs and Rocketlane allows for a very clear, transparent view of the entire process and steps needed to keep the project moving along. It is also great that links, documents, and communication can all be done inside of rocketlane, allowing our entire team AND the customer's team and any stakeholder to have access. Other software we tried missed on the actual onboarding process and had too much other stuff we didn't need. Rocketlane is very focused, to the point, yet very feature-rich. Also, their customer support is super responsive, helpful, and easily accessible via chat on the home screen!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that we would like to see added, but the tech support team took our suggestions and put them into the process of developing them! And in the meantime, they helped us find work arounds such as zapier and other items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane has allowed us to simplify and clearly lay out a once very intimidating and daunting process for our customers. Previously, non-savy customers would balk at everything we asked of them and some would leave upset, confused, or even wanting to cancel their order as it seemed like too much work. With Rocketlane, we can break up our processes, info gathering, training, and other milestone requirements into bite-sized, easily digestible content that clearly lays out expectations and progress. Also, allowing the customer to bring other stakeholders and communicate with stakeholders and us on the platform if they get stuck saves everyone's email and keeps the history where it should be, not buried in an inbox.
One of the best task management tools out there
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely easy to create projects/tasks and collaborate with other teams. The progress bar on the tool is also pretty cool. The UI is super clean unlinke other task management tools that look very clunky.
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely, no negatives that I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Has greatly helped in reducing the time taken in completing a task.
Outstanding solution to collaborate with your clients for onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
Super-easy to build a repeatable onboarding process for your clients with Rocketlane. You can ramp up new customer success reps faster and make sure they're delivering a consistent brand experience. The templates and dynamic task templates are amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not easy to rearrange tasks by using drag and drop. The same limitation applies to task groups as well. But I hope the Rocketlane team can make this UX improvement soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to organise and assign tasks to our clients using Rocketlane projects. It also makes it easier for us to organise task-specific communications which otherwise is impossible to handle through multiple email threads.
