Great value for the product
What do you like best about the product?
We have been customers for 3 years. It seamlessly integrates with select platforms such as Salesforce. For everything else, there is an API integration that is well documented.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want a notification digest for the entire week. Too many updates for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great to use a tool like Rocketlane and migrating from spreadsheets

Support that is omnipresent
What do you like best about the product?
When you buy a product you also inherit the support that the organisation provides for the product. Rocketlane support is just awesome! My concerns are usually resolved within 1-2 days.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes reporting data takes a few minutes to reflect on a dashboard. So we wait 30 minutes after all our work is done to export the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Love the project management and support we receive from Rocketlane
Efficient project management
What do you like best about the product?
It efficiently organizes tasks, subtasks, and all related work items into neat projects. The file upload feature also keeps relevant assets in the same projects, making it easy to search and retrieve our data.
What do you dislike about the product?
File download of large folders can fail sometimes. I have to retry one more time to get the zip file.

What do you like best about the product?
The software excels in task and project management. Not only does it enhance my efficiency and productivity, but its UI makes it an easy product to understand and adopt. My team uses it everyday.

I'm happy with the product and support received.

Project and task management. Adoption in my team is a great indicator of its ease of use in the company.
Onboarding standard
What do you like best about the product?
We service many customers and need a reliable tool to onboard them consistently. With Rocketlane templates for projects this is now possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The templates need to autosave so I don't lose work

Rolling our projects the same way for customers in the same region
Report management and client portal
What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane avoids avoids the need for constant customer updates or daily emails. By using a portal to showcase our progress, we've cut down on this. Even with multiple projects, clients can easily navigate through separate pages, reducing confusion and there is a portal built per customer. This page is also customisable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The portal is very configurable which can be a good or bad thing the way you see it.

Client portal software to show progress to customers and partners
Forms in Rocketlane
What do you like best about the product?
We use forms to get surveys done with the customer. The answers are automatically recorded and presented to us on a table. We then export them for analysis. This feature makes it great to understand the voice of the customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our business is built on collaboration and Rocketlane makes this possible. I can't fault them right now. We've used the product for over 2 years.

Analysing and getting responses on surveys with forms
Easy to consolidate data with our accounting software with Rocketlane
What do you like best about the product?
Effortless for team members to allocate time across various projects. Time entries are exported and provided to customers to give them an idea of where work was done and how much time was spent.

The billing and rate cards are accurate to the cent so I have no issues

Excellent time tracking with Rocketlane
What do you like best about the product?
My team has to manage the requirements of various projects while also keeping track of how they are implemented. This data is important because it is used to invoice customers. Billing the customer accurately is what Rocketlane helps us achieve.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to change start day of week in timesheets
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Timesheets and reporting on where our developers spent their time on projects for that week.
Beautiful PM tool that I highly recommend
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is easy to understand and can be used with minimal training. I work with the development team to get projects off the ground with Rocketlane.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of right now. Good tool.
