One Stop Solution
What do you like best about the product?
It is a signle stop solution for all the things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much. Sharing it with external stakeholder is soemthing which we have not explored yet. It is not a dislike but the platform is too big to be explored fully.

Easy to use, straightforward templates and views, collaborative tool.

Sometimes it takes too long to execute - need to refresh from time to time.

Visibility to staffing and resource allocation, seamless integration to projects within Salesforce.

UI is good and easy to access. Its easy to search in the system

Sometime the action taken doesn't reflect in the system and page needs a refresh to see it

We are using it for managing the projects and to assign tasks

Merchant view and user view is something that is very helpful, additionally ability maintian all documents, internal and external.

Nothing as of now, but am exploring more functionality

Tasks UI is great. I like that you can create private messages.

Too many notifications in slack and in email.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity, having used multiple project & sprint management tools, rocketlane is by the far the most user friendly & efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Timesheet UI, better ways to directly pull allocated hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to maintain 100s of excel sheets.
Great experience using Rocketlane. Highly customizable.
What do you like best about the product?
Creating dashboards and filters which gives detailed overview of all the projects both at individual level and at the team level. Tracking timesheets have also been really good with rocketlane.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike except for one time when comments field value inside a project became empty once. thanks to the support team which helped to retreive the previious data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a Client Portal for the clients where they can see the progress of the project and sending the project updates has become very easy using rocketlane.
