Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
can add meetings from calendar to timesheet via Add from calendar button
What do you dislike about the product?
if no value is filled in the rows for your "this week" timesheet and you click on the previous page button and then you come back to your this week timesheet you lose the unfilled rows even if you've added the project and task description .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
filling my timesheet, letting manager know about the tasks I've performed.
Managing your customer's Go Live with ease
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about RL so far has been the customised life cycle stages that are relevant and accurate to what the customer actually goes through. This is very easy to track and update and gives clarity throughout the implementation journey of the customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most thing I dislike about RL is that I feel it is too slow to load the screens when we refresh or open in a new tab. But I already see a difference in the way it has improved over the last 1.5 yrs I have used the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most important problem this is solving for me is having an order or path set up in terms of stages to cover for a customer to successfully onboard. This allows me not to get side tracked and helps me focus on the current stage and plan accordingly to smoothly cover the next stage.
Time Sheet page and realtime data sync
What do you like best about the product?
The timesheet submission and also project allocations are easy. To add on the UI is very userfriendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whenever i open 2 tabs parallely and if i update a project time allocation in a tab it doesn't get synced up in the parallel tab to get it synced i need to manually reload the page and i might end up lossing the timesheet filling data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Perviously we used to send the weekly updates manually on mails but now currently we are using rocketlane featurtes to onboard the client and send the weekly updates and project timelines from here only
Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane is extremely easy to use, visually de-cluttered, and has everything that I need to manage my projects. It's always open in one of my tabs!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a tad slow sometimes, and I would like to see more innovation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane helps keep everything in one place for me and my customers. They can see their next tasks, I can be reminded on where each customer is, and they can ask me questions about certain tasks or elements.

What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane is easy-to-use, customisable project management tool. It allows us to keep track of our on-going onboardings and multiple teams can collaborate together on the interactive spaces. The chat features helps to resolve any queries faster with our clients leading to great satisfaction scores!

Onboarding involves a lot of stakeholders being involved and through the Rocketlane we can bring all of them together.

Our ability to communicate as a team and with the Franchisees keeps us all on track and able to see what is happening throughout the processes.

The time it takes to load some of the pages can vary depending on several factors such as the size of the page, the server speed, and the user's internet connection. Typically, it can range from a few seconds to longer if the page is particularly large or if there are network issues.

Rocketlane has a very modern and intuitive user interface. It takes new users just minutes to get acclimated to the software and begin working on projects/tasks.
Template creation and updates are easy as well. Plus, it can be very powerful if you utilize the dynamic conditions on templates to dynamically control when certain tasks are included on projects. Its very helpful to prevent template explosion when you need some variability into a project type's task structure.
Rocketlane is setup well to easily track key dates, milestones, and phase start/end as well as calculating the intervals between planned and actual for all key project dates. It's very easy to start generating valuable and useful statistics from your projects.
The ability to add external members to projects so you can work alongside of and provide clear visibility to your customer contacts is absolutely second-to-none. Rocketlane was designed with onboarding and implementations in mind and is a software uniquely tailored to manage those kinds of projects.
Using Rocketlane itself to onboard onto their platform helps you visualize how your customers will use the platform and shows you first hand some of the best practices Rocketlane helps champion. Implementation is quick and easy if you know your project and task structure.
Once transitioned to support, you'll be very pleased with the speed and quality of support you receive from their team. It's thorough, engaging, and fast.

What do you dislike about the product?
Rocketlane's Salesforce integration lacks some complexity that I would like. I am unable to sync data TO a record that is different than the record that creates a project. This means I can't update an Account field based on a project unless I use the Account record to generate the project. This can be overcome through a couple methods, though, so it certainly shouldn't be a deal breaker but it would be nice if there was more flexibility in how projects are created through the sync and how you can integrate project data back to Salesforce.
Additionally, there is not syncing of task data, which makes it challenging if you want to track task-level details in Salesforce vs. Project-level details. It is possible to use Rocketlane automations to update project-level fields in Rocketlane and then sync, but that's cumbersome and not ideal.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were onboarding customers with SmartSheets before and there just was no visibility across the team or up to leadership on where projects stood, what was causing delays, and when we could expect to invoice. Rocketlane is driving visibility into all of those areas from Day 1. Plus, its becoming a competitive differentiator as our customers are loving the ability to login to Rocketlane and collaborate on their project and always be able to see the status of their project.

Allow the client to add tasks to make it for collabrative for both parties.
