A good way to track your projects
What do you like best about the product?
A great tool that can track all the things needed done in your project.
One of the hardest things to manage in almost every projects are the micro tasks - to which Rocketane comes in to save the day. It has sub-task within the task that can track everything. One of the most powerfull there is.

What do you dislike about the product?
It lags sometimes and the UI/UX needs improvement. Make it simplier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking all the microtask and having the proper sources to go back in case I need to look for that specific task.

Some of the best user friendly features this tool gives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few additional reports would help and also if the project plan can be exporeted in the form of mpp showing the dependencies and successors would be of great help.

Easy and convenient collaboration with your customers and ease of access
What do you dislike about the product?
When there is a shift of plan, there is no easier method to bulk shift the plan and cannot shift more than 10 days in one go

It helps to give our customers a wholistic view of the project phases and its tasks that are created as templates
Best Project Management Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I love the new interface! It is very clean and easily legible. Also adore the AI Fills and cross compatibility with Gong.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I cannot think of anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RocketLane makes it easier for me to keep track of ongoing projects via ease of filtering as well as the ability to keep all communication within the platform. Project Updates enables me to keep track of larger updates and the chat makes it easy for the customer to communicate if they need something. The fact that I can integrate it with my Slack to ensure I receive all notifications and tweak what notifications I want to see is great as well. I can brag about it all day!

Managing customers is easy, and our customers greatly appreciate the experience they have when they are onboarded through Rocketlane. We are able to provide complete clarity to our customers.

At present we like the complete product and we are completely satisified using Rocketlane

The major challenge we faced was managing our employees' timesheets, and Rocketlane provides a wonderful experience and a detailed overview of our project execution, effectively managing time sheets.

Customers should not be able to change tasks in the onboarding template, only assign tasks to team members but not delete them or change the timeline.

What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane has been a breath of fresh air for our team and customers. Utilizing the full capabilites of time management reporting and project planning is easily accesible for all. The whole tool is engaging and has ensured that onboarding and consulting projects are delivered against time expectations. I look forward to working wiht Rocketlane for years to come.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can not find any fault with the system so far. A minor request would be for the icons to change for tasks that are pending and complete as these closely resemble each other. This is a very minor request.
