What do you like best about the product?
Writer's LLM feels genuinely responsive to the brand identity we've built for the company - which means the articles, posts, and recaps are all free of the things that normally feel uncanny about the AI reading and writing experience. It has a number of useful built-in apps, but the chat function is also great for prompts that fall outside of those.
The look is sleek, professional, and clean - it is an easy-to-use app with multiple different entry points (extensions, web app, desktop). It integrates well with the marketing systems we use, and was easy to implement.
Plus, it does grammar as well as genAI. So it replaces 2 costly subscriptions with one affordable one.
I use Writer all the time, but I've never had an issue that I've had to use customer support to. That's a great sign, but it does mean I can't comment on how their customer support is.

I like most things about Writer. I would like to see the prompt library expanded to help more marketing-only clients. It has a lot of stuff that is good for product marketing and creation, but there is less for demand gen, ABM, etc. I use the chat function for these, which is fine, but it would be great to see more of the built-in prompts / apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an in-house marketer with a very small team, GenAI has become a vital tool for us in order to satisfy our customers demand for interesting, educational content - and for generating new clients. There are a lot of tools out there, and I tried several of them after tryng Writer for the first time. In the end, Writer's platform was the one I came back to. I fekt confident in the way it recreated our brand voice, and pulled from our own expertise to create content that was actually useful.

What do you like best about the product?
Writer has been a great tool that is now part of my regular work-day routine. I can write my content, then use Writer to help edit or provide feedback. I can also check for grammar and spelling mistakes, and make sure I'm keeping to my usual writing style. This is one of my favorite features - the ability to save your writing style so that others can apply it to their work. It always keeps our documentation in sync. One of my biggest hurdles is getting over writers block. Writer definitely helps move past mental blocks. The software can provide suggestions. This allows me to get all projects completed on time and even increase my productivity. The software itself is easy to use and the plug-in is a daily game changer for all my written content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything really negative to say. I don't have much experience with other similar products but will stick with this one!

Writer is more than just a writing tool; it really is a unique solution that supports every aspect of the writing process. It helps me write better, gives me new ideas, and makes it easier to think of new ways to do my work. If you're looking to boost your productivity and creativity, Writer is an absolute must-have. I really wonder how I ever went through a day without it.

Writer's ground-up content development flows are superior to the "chat" interface of many generation tools. They are purposefully developed by writers for writers.

What do you dislike about the product?
I've been using Writer since launch and it has taken a little while to train. And I'm referring to training me on how to best use the tools. A little more walkthrough and hand-holding at the begining would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Writer is great at "beating the blank page" when concepting and developing all sorts of content. It is also superior to tools like Grammarly for keeping a singular voice across multiple writers.

Simple, easy to use. Produces great results. Understands my guidance when I prompt it to modify the tone or approach or I simply want to stand out from other enterprise tech companies.

Oftentimes, it can sound boring and generic on the first try.

When I'm in a time crunch to write emails, headlines, ads. When I need some help brainstorming. When I'm wondering if what I wrote was clear.

I like the most that it can easily detect the content generated by AI tools like Chatgpt or Google Bard.

The customer support is not that full-fledged as we have to mail and wait for the support for the next 48 hours to get it resolved.

Usually, our students use AI tools to generate the answers and codes of the questions. Hence, Our organization is using this tool to detect any AI-generated content.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked that unlike some AI-generated text detection software, it is very simple to use and has a higher limit on the number of characters

I didn't like it because the result is questionable, what I want to say is that during my tests, I wrote some texts and asked the AI to generate them on the same topic. The result of the AI-generated text gave a high value that was considered as human-made.
For a quick result, it is great, but the results are not as accurate as other software.

I used it to test some of my texts and reports that I wrote for college, considering some factors, it helped me a lot.

ChatGPT better look out because this right here is the truth! I use this to help me generate and create my content. Im not the best when it comes to spitting out fun or cool phrases for my social media content creation. This app seamlessly helps create my content creation with the ability to give it guidelines so it stays on brand which has been a great help for my workload.

There is a bit of a learning curve, but once you start playing with the software it gets a bit easier to maintain and intergrate into your work practice.

I have trouble with content creation for the brand I work for and utilizing the brands identity and tone. This software allows me to stay on brand when it comes to marketing.

Its lower operational costs compared to other similar AI tools which is its biggest plus point for startup organisations like ours. The platform emphasizes security, and compliance and is highly cost-effective for our company. Its no coding structure helps our team as our team is not very proficient in coding etc. Overall, its benefiting us with each passing day.

What do you like best about the product?
I actually really enjoy working with AI technology but some of my colleagues don't think that it id fair to use advanced technology with creating content so they are highly in favor of not allowing this type of content to be submitted when it comes to articles and publications. I feel opposite from them it's a great opportunity to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
My feelings are neutral and I think that the technology should be used as needed based on the particular project.
