What do you like best about the product?
I live CleverTap as it is a very good dashboard that has all channels of communication equipped in one. Moreover, their support team helps in resolving all problems and is very punctual.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about CleverTap is its ability to automate my campaigns. This feature has made it incredibly easy for me to plan ahead and execute marketing campaigns efficiently
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect of CleverTap that I find challenging is the accuracy of the data it provides. There have been instances where the data from CleverTap doesn't align with what we have on our backend systems. This discrepancy can sometimes create confusion and make it difficult to trust the insights and analytics generated by the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer Engagement Timing: CleverTap has helped me determine the most suitable times to engage with our customers. Through its insights and analytics, I can identify when our customers are most active and responsive, allowing us to time our communications and marketing campaigns more effectively.

Understanding User Behavior: CleverTap provides in-depth insights into user behavior within our application. This has been invaluable in helping us understand how users interact with our app, what features they engage with the most, and where they might encounter issues. This knowledge allows us to optimize our app's user experience and make data-driven decisions to enhance user satisfaction.

What do you like best about the product?
Clevertap is easy to use and navigating through the platform and accessing its features is relatively straightforward, which contributes to a smoother user experience.

We frequently utilise the platform to engage with our user base.CleverTap's user engagement tools, encompassing push notifications and personalized messaging campaigns, have been instrumental in establishing effective connections with our audience. The platform's ability to target specific user groups based on diverse criteria has proven highly effective, enabling us to gain valuable insights into user behaviour, campaign performance, and conversion rates.

The personalization features offered by CleverTap, notably user journey tracking and recommendation engines, have played a pivotal role in crafting tailored experiences for our users. We've experienced a seamless and positive interaction with their customer support team. They consistently display responsiveness and helpfulness whenever we encounter challenges or require assistance. Overall, our experience with CleverTap has been exceptionally rewarding, enhancing our ability to engage with users and optimize our marketing efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have faced difficulties when it comes to searching for a particular user profile using a phone number. We rely on phone numbers as one of the key identifiers and need to access specific user profiles quickly and efficiently. The inability to search by phone number requires us to use alternative methods for user profile lookup, which can be less streamlined and efficient.

CleverTap is a versatile solution that addresses crucial challenges in user engagement, targeting, data analysis, and personalization. It delivers tangible benefits such as increased user engagement, improved conversion rates, enhanced user satisfaction, and data-driven decision-making for continuous growth. What do you dislike about the product?
The customer 360 view is missing the engagement details. We cant see, what emails/pushes customer has recieved and opened or clicked on the customer profile itself. It needs to be searched through events.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously we had different tools for Push notifications and emails so our biggest challenge was to have automated journey which could use both elements. Clevertap having both features togethers makes it simple for us to use multi--channel journeys. Clevertap also comes with an in-built CDP which were needed to run campaign analytics for effectivity. Clevertap is easy to use from an end user prespective so there is no more dependancy on tech team to help with segments and setting up campaigns, market users are able to execute campaigns from start to finish. With the email onboarding process, we had great support from the clevertap team, they helped us decide on the goals for IP warming, shared the plan and checked on the progress on a regular basis to see if the process was smooth. This helped us getting the IP warming done in a very fast and smooth process.

What do you like best about the product?
There are many feature which are very useful for tapping our customer & prospects.
- Automated Jouneys & campaigns
- Data Segmentation
- Multiple Engagement channel integration
- New UX is quite good for setting up things!
What do you dislike about the product?
Once the Journey is created we cannot edit the main setting - Option should be there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CleverTap is a one stop shop like platform, once integrated with multiple channels, we can manage all our campaigns, analytics, etc quite easily. CT Team member are very helpful like Tejas (who looks after emails channel) has helped us get back our effected domains from very low repo to high reputation.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Very easy to understand user interface: Everyone in the organisation can understand engagement data and use it to make their role more efficient.
2. Customer support is very proactive and helpful for any urgent requests
3. Detailed user engagement data is available for analysis
What do you dislike about the product?
A few feauture updates that they are working on , for example currently delay in event trigger for in app notifications is not possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email Reputation Improved: closely working with the email onboarding team of clevertap and implementing best practices has majorly improved out domain reputation and ensured that emails don't land in the spam folder.

Understanding user engagement on the app: it has helped us identify the content on the app which is attracting maximum engagement organically and helped us focus on that more

Automated Journeys: it's convenient to add multiple campaign types in a single journey and build target segments based on live behaviour

Helpful support team: it's been a good learning curve for us working with the clevertap onboarding and support team closely.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to Use Interface: CleverTap's UI is simple to use and doesn't require much technical knowledge, which aids in the efficient execution of our campaigns.

Multichannel Connectivity: CleverTap offers multichannel support that enables us to reach out to users via a variety of channels, including as push notifications, SMS, and emails.

Customer service is excellent: I really appreciate the support team which is working with us. Whenever we are in need of help with any kind of difficulties they always there to help us out. They are always happy to answer all our questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration problems: It is difficult to link other products with CleverTap that we need to do our everyday tasks with your existing tech stack. Sometimes it requires more time to get past this obstacle.

Issues with Customization: I believe CleverTap has to work on tailoring their product to the requirements of the many industries they are dealing with because everyone has distinct problems that they are attempting to solve and a similar solution might not be effective for everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Use-case for A/B Testing: CleverTap's A/B testing has assisted us in analyzing what is more effective for us, fine-tuning our content, and understanding the overall outcomes.

Use-case for Segmentation and Personalization: We were able to segment our user base based on a variety of characteristics and behaviors and target them with individualized communications thanks to CleverTap's strong and efficient segmentation capabilities. In terms of conversion rates and user engagement, this has been highly successful.

What do you like best about the product?
Campaigning tools at clevertap are very helpful and advanced (a couple of drawbacks aside). I highly recommend anyone who would need an advanced customer-reach platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support is somehow not very streamlined. I can see the effort and dedication in the support but not in the actual functionality. Also the analytics side is not as advanced as the campaigning side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clevertap is solving discrepancy problems when dealing with customer engagement detailing and channels. Grouping all (most at least) of the communication channels in 1 place is very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the most :
- They customer support. They always respond to tickets fast and quick
- Easy to setup the journeys.
- Their cohort analysis is very impressive!
- Segmentation and RFM model helped us to target the customers faster and personalized
- Our employee just learned from their courses to kick start using the platform aggressively.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Can't customize the funnel of their lifecycle optimizer.

We had an issue with our retention and LTV. Therefore, Clevertap with their platform enabled us to customize our messaging based on segment, automate our onboarding process, and personalize our communication.

It resulted in improving our LTV by 50%.
