Great for analysis

What do you like best about the product?
The analysis is great, along with that the thing of having more features to personalise the use experience easily is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times, some features take tech intervention to integrate causing some dealy in the begining, other wise it is good once everything is set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to improve the funnel conversion rates through personalisation and retargetting, that is where Clevertap is helping us with personalised retargetting to improve the conversion rates. We were able to use the flows under the analytics section to understand the user behaviour, where in the users were hopping back and forth between the different pages to make the final decision, this insight we would not have been able to draw out with the visual representation of the journey.

Detailed analytics of my customer journey. Helps greatly in planning my customer journey and mobile marketing. The team for customer support was ever ready to get on a call and clear doubts

The features and dashboard can get overwhelming for a new user, but easy to learn as we use and integrate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clevertap is a great tool for streamlining mobile marketing by giving me detailed analytics on my customers and their journeys, which helps me plan my marketing journeys better

What do you like best about the product?
1. Tool is bug free
2. Great support by Amey as my CSM
3. Email Onboarding was done as a brisk pace, Tejas ensured the email deliverability is high and it continues to be on good stead
4. Harshitha from the onboarding team really helped us in integrating the sdk to our website and helped in integrating other tools as well
5. Anoop helped us in kicking off whatsapp pretty smoothly
What do you dislike about the product?
Onboarding takes a fair amount of time, but once onboarded, everything is smooth
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great analytics to understand the user behaviour, demographics, journeys. Really helps us in identifying the right cohort to target.

What do you like best about the product?
Am always amazed how CleverTap leverages on AI to cleverly engage, convince and convert leads. It wotks with market data, uses it to target with precision and success. Pure genius! Few other Apps can achieve what it does. A brilliant Solution to Have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its just a Clever Business Partner with Business Intelligence that's a cut above the rest. Nothing but likes, likes, likes for this one!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CleverTap has been making use of market and target analytics brilliantly using AI to then go tapping via personalized campaigns using push notifications, in-app community and so much more. Usually very successful, helping us reach roi faster.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part I like about Clevertap is Segmentation. Which helps us reach targeted customers easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like about Clevertap is CSV upload timing as takes decades to update profiles using the CSV upload feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clevertap is helping us automate campaigns, segment analysis, trend charts, etc. Optimized user journeys with CT.

What do you like best about the product?
1. The best thing about clevertap is the constant innovations they do be it adding new features or improving the dashboard.
2. Clevertap university is always a plus. It helps to refer to it whenever you don't have an idea about something.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many downsides as of such in clevertap. Sometimes the dashboard is down due to outages but even that is on rare occasions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clevertap is solving some big automation problems, because we send out a lot comms on live basis be it surge to the delivery executives or some referral comms, clevertap helps us automate these types of comms by using live behaviour events which is really helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
SDKs are very easy to understand and implement. Customer support and team has been helpful for multiple of the issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost and event name limitations led to rewrite of all the events leading to tech debt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping marketing team send notifications and doing analytics of user journey and funnel.
