Powerful Engagement and Analytics Platform with great ease of use

What do you like best about the product?
CleverTap's best and foremost differentiating factor is their unbeatable customer support team and the technical support team. We currently use Clevertap for it's various features but primarily for enagagement with push notifications and analytics for digging deeper and understanding our users. We almost use it daily for an everyday snapshot of data related to our app's performances as well as user engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
For new users, it might take a while to get the hang of it, like any other new skill. Another thing that could be better is the data visualisation aspects as well as creating a dashboard view across multiple boards. We currently have different brands with each brand designed in a different project, a bird's eye view of all such projects is not possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clevertap allows us to view all of our data at a glance using their system generated dashboards. With the events and metrics that we pass, we have also created certain custom dashboards that are consummable on the business front.
We have extensively deployed automated nurturing campaigns for new users using the journeys feature. Regular push notifications can also be scheduled using clevertap, we could therefore schedule it for longer periods.

Efficient, User Friendly and Fast

What do you like best about the product?
Its user friendly UI is very helpful in learning the tool and very easily implementable. Dedicated POC for us and available to clear all the doubts. We daily use it to trigger our campaigns for various channels like Whatsapp, Email and other mediums. Various tools for real time analytics, goal managements based on segmentation and AI for effective content creation. Already readily available integrated service providers so in few clicks can integrate various mediums.
What do you dislike about the product?
Preview of campaigns is not to scale and sometimes while creating whatsapp campaigns gets fuzzy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every aspect of our Customer Retention strategies and campaigns for that are created,triggered and monitored through clevertap. Every communication except Ads are triggered from Clevertap. Hence it has become the most crucial and intergral part of our customer lifecycle management process.

What do you like best about the product?
One thing I always appreciate is support- their proactiveness and willngness of helping businesses to solve their use cases. Have seen the consistency of support is not limit to the scale of company. Have been part of companies where I have seen company going from 0 to 1 to 100 their dedication and responsiveness have helped us leveraging the Clevertap's full potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would rather write as recommendation or must have feature/requirement-

They can ehance the user experience by giving pro active alerts in the campaigns and events if stop working once it is configured. For instance, if there's a problem with events not coming through or a campaign stops delivering as expected, a pop-up alert could notify the team immediately. This would help address any issues in real-time, preventing delays in campaign performance or missed opportunities in customer engagement. Having these alerts integrated directly into the dashboard would make monitoring and quick action much easier for the entire team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clevertap helps us solve key challenges around user engagement, retention, and personalized communication. It allows us to create highly targeted segments and send personalized messages based on user behavior, increasing our campaign effectiveness. This has significantly boosted our conversion rates and overall customer experience. Mutltichannel approach is something that Clevertap solves really well.

What do you like best about the product?
User-Friendly Campaign Execution: The platform is easy and intuitive, allowing for seamless execution of campaigns and customer journeys.

Cohort and Segment Creation: It offers a straightforward process for creating multiple cohorts and segments, enabling effective retention targeting.

Channel Integration: The platform integrates easily with various channel vendors, such as email and WhatsApp, among others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Journey Editing and Personalization: The ability to edit journeys and personalize them based on past behavior segments is required but currently not possible.

Limited Flexibility: There is less flexibility when editing journeys. Additionally, we need a sunset option for stopping a journey so that those who are currently in it can complete their journey before exiting.

Operator Limitations: It is not possible to mix AND and OR operators while creating a campaign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool is handy for sending personalized communications to our donor base, which enhances customer experience and increases conversions.

What do you like best about the product?
I have migrated to clevertap aftering using GA for over 10 years. Can't thank you enough the friend who recommended it
What do you dislike about the product?
From features perspective it is amazing but from pricing stand point for a young company there are not much option to try it out during development and pilot phase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to understand which modules our creators are finding hard to use and simplying their journey

What do you like best about the product?
1. The user interface is easy to use.
2. Helps in understanding user behaviour & trends in detail using advanced analytical capabilities & user segmentation.
3. Ability to build highly segmented automated user journeys.
4. Ability to create boards for KPI tracking.
5. Active support by the customer success manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Would like to see options like sharing a report using boards over email.
2. For live behaviour campaigns, we cannot filter by event properties in "who have not done" section while defining the segment.
3. In some analytical features like pivots, we can only use them for event count not user count.
4. Funnels are limited to 7 steps with drop-offs being calculated based on the first step added in the funnel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clevertap primarily helps us in analyzing our user trends and user segmentation. We are able to create highly targeted user engagement campaigns using a mix of multiple channels like push notifications, WhatsApp & Emails. We are able to drive higher user activation & retention using these campaign.
