What a way to Push your Agenda!

What do you like best about the product?
Absolutely like this platform pushes delivery rates. How it goes out to tap and deliver what you nees. It's simple enough to use, easy enough to implement, very effective. Every time we use it we get results via multiple channels. Its got many features to like in addition including proactive tracking and campaigns management. It integrates well, and you'll discover everytime you use it, the user support is responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use in our organization frequently and there's been very very few complaints such that there s actually nothing to write home about since they're always mitigated by the support team. All good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a platform we use to tap, engage and retain clients and customers alike through targeted campaigns that the platform pushes and delivers really well. For sure it gets us going and the roi is great.

What do you like best about the product?
CleverTap serves as an invaluable tool for product managers, offering a user-friendly interface to delve into comprehensive analytics.

The platform's user engagement tools, including push notifications and personalized messaging campaigns, play a crucial role in establishing effective connections with our audience.

CleverTap's personalization features, such as user journey tracking and recommendation engines, contribute significantly to creating tailored user experiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
While CleverTap has no significant downsides, the continuous pursuit of improvement is always admirable. Areas such as product development, dashboard enhancements, and bug resolution, though not major concerns, present opportunities for further refinement. Given CleverTap's proactive approach, I'm confident these aspects are already on their development roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CleverTap addresses critical challenges in user engagement, targeting, data analysis, and personalization, offering valuable insights into user behaviour, campaign performance, and conversion rates.
The platform's segmentation capabilities empower businesses to tailor messaging based on diverse criteria, contributing to increased user engagement, improved conversion rates, and enhanced user satisfaction.

The Best Platform for your customer engagement and user journey analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
Have been using Clevertap for the past 4 years, and have used almost every feature there was and is, I use and recommend Clevertap due to the following Pros,
- No hassle integration.
- Easy to understand UX.
- Test and Prod account separation.
- Trends and Analytics module.
- Segment level Targeting via push, email, SMS, etc.
- SDK-level customizations for in-app pop-ups and push notifications.
- Near realtime user-level data collection.
- Clevertap Customer support and CSM are very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
A couple of aspects where I have to rely on other tools
- app Uninstall tracking.
- Engagement time per session or per user etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clevertap enables us to target the right audience at the right time.
Eg,
We wanted to increase our user base and thus needed them to log in for us to get their details.
Clevertap data helped us identify when to send the notification and to whom to show the in-app popup
Also, A/B testing the in-app pop-up to decide the winner by goal conversion.

Good Product to retain your existing customers

What do you like best about the product?
Personalization options are there where you can target your audience with a personal touch.
Good customer support.
The customer relation manager is also good, helps in giving market trends, strategies, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
In E-Mail drag and drop journey templates are not there. They must pick it up on priority.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to reach out to our customers in a personalized way, which helps us in increasing retention rate.
Helps to use features like native display which helps to show personalized products to each customer.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Clevertap because it makes it super easy to transform data into actions. Their segmentation and personalization features are top-notch!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some reports are too limited in the number of properties returned, bringing a high number of properties aggregated as "other".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CleverTap is addressing the challenge of understanding user behavior and transforming those insights into actionable strategies.

CleverTap: More than just a SaaS tool

What do you like best about the product?
1. CleverTap is absolutely user friendly, even a beginner would be able to navigate through the tool smoothly.

2. It helps us effortlessly manage projects, recieve reports quickly, timely updates on downtime and incredible support from the CSM (Aditya Pethe) and TAM (Avinash Kalani).

3. Constant support and quick turnaround on raised tickets and quick resolutions on queries and issues.

4. Our daily campaigns are carried out via CleverTap and it doesn't require you to head to any other tool since it covers all that you would need for your business.

5. If you would like data to flow in from sources outside your purview, CleverTap will easily implement and integrate it for you.

6. The tool has advanced behavioural segmentation and allows you to map your customers via pivots, funnels etc.

7. Regular check-ins and meet ups with the CSM & TAM to help discover our potential and unlock more possibilities along with them always being available to support with urgent queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. It would be amazing if CleverTap could store more data, especially user behaviour of that goes beyond a year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a global business and we cater to users from across the globe and who display a varied pattern of user behaviour according to the time zone and geography they are in, CleverTap helps us solve for it with super focused campaigns, time gap between campaigns, identify trends and emerging cohorts to target more effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy-to-use interface, timely support & assistance, regular feature updates and ease of integration with third-party vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some bugs like filtering options, untimely sign-out, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CleverTap is making customer relationship management very easy to use. It serves a 360 purpose of managing all customer touchpoints one on platform - and thus, gives a complete overview of the mobile app performance. The in-built RFM analysis, Boards, Segmentation helps in seamlessly running retention campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
Realtime time analytics, Individual user profile, Push notifications and In app campaign's. Also support is very strong and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a game developer some parts are tricky to implement but in the end everything works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through Clevertap we can now precisely track user events in real time as well as mapping user journeys which will help us in marketing campaign and increase our DAUs, which was not possible through Google Analytics.

A Great Tool To Manage App Analytics & Engagement

What do you like best about the product?
Clevertap offers simple yet powerful suite of features which helps in understanding user journey across different stages. The segmentation capabilities are simply the best I have used so far.

Top 3 of my favourite features:

1. Ability to use large number of custom properties along with each event which makes the whole data tracking extremely useful.
2. Ability to build ad-hoc segments which help in understanding user behaviour.
3. Journey automation is a huge time saver. Journeys help in setting round the clock messaging to users based on the behaviour on app / web.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am fond of building dashboards and visualization. Clevertap offers limited capabilities in terms of visualization. Customization capabilities in graphs will be a great plus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clevertap is enabling the complete communication stack for us by allowing user segmentation and reaching those users through automated messaging via punsh notifications, in-app messaging, emailers etc.
