What do you like best about the product?
Clevertap is an exceptional tool that effectively boosts user retention while providing insightful analysis of trends and behaviors.

Sanae has been an invaluable support, consistently assisting us not only during our weekly meetings but also outside of them. She has played a crucial role in helping us comprehend the details of campaigns and journeys setups, as well as the associated statistics across various channels. Her expertise has simplified what initially appeared to be complex terminologies, always offering relevant documentation to address any concerns we encountered.

The documentation available for campaigns, journeys, and reports is truly impressive. It has proven to be an invaluable resource, providing comprehensive and clear guidance throughout our usage of the platform.

Thanks to the training sessions, we have witnessed incremental improvements on a weekly basis. This constant progress has fueled our enthusiasm to further explore and expand our knowledge of this remarkable software with each passing week.

Clevertap consistently undergoes updates, and it is evident that the team values user feedback and takes prompt action based on those experiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to the fundamentals course in Clevertap's academy, the questions primarily focus on theoretical aspects. This approach can pose a challenge for individuals who possess practical experience with Clevertap, as they may struggle with answering queries related to definitions and specific numbers that hold little significance in real-world application.

One noteworthy drawback is that even if a question presents seven answer options, with four of them being correct, if a user selects three out of the four correct answers, they still receive a zero score. This evaluation method seems rather strict and does not adequately reflect the user's understanding of the subject matter.

Considering that Clevertap is centered around engagement and retention in practical scenarios, I strongly believe that incorporating case studies into the courses would greatly enhance users' critical thinking abilities. Real-world scenarios present complex challenges that require thoughtful analysis and decision-making, which can be effectively cultivated through case studies.

While I cannot ascertain whether case studies are included in other Clevertap courses, as I have only experienced the fundamentals course, I personally feel that their inclusion would be highly beneficial. This suggestion is based on my opinion and the belief that case studies offer a more comprehensive and insightful approach to learning and applying Clevertap's features.

Knowing what specific segments want and accordingly offering them what they likely want

What do you like best about the product?
Clevertap is very quick, smooth and efficient with its data. It also helps in analysing the information on a realtime basis. Journeys can be mapped very quickly and also has a lot of affiliate partners to integrate smoothly,
What do you dislike about the product?
It's costly and has some servicing-related issues, also the TAT for the resolution is more than 24-48 hours of time to companies which are small start-ups. Apart form that Clevertap is a leader in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clevertap is solving the below problems that are based on real-time data.
Quick data analysis, reach to the past audience with a 1-year data base, instant output as the data is stored on the cloud. It benefitted us with the customer understanding and journey mapping to each of the users.

Downtime maintenance should be resolved in the time mentioned by CleverTap and improve overall downtime time taken.

When we plan campaigns, we can do so far more effectively.
Provides insights into User behaviour, eg. drop-offs and paths taken.
Before the call, research on the customer dashboard to select critical metrics and impact on the metrics to suggest to the customer

What do you like best about the product?
The flow for creating any campaign is smooth. Understanding the target audience and effectiveness of any previous campaign is made much easier with the aid of analytics. Pivot and trends are very helpful when creating targeted marketing.

Regardless of Header and Metrics, the Clevertap Team's service is excellent. For any upcoming campaigns, Swapnil Nemane and Dhaval Goslia are engaged in terms of ideas and success plans and are always connected via email or call
What do you dislike about the product?
The new interface seems to be buggy. Sometimes at creating campaigns e.g. Webpush and Email, there are a few bugs where we cannot proceed with the steps or able to input any command
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using multiple touchpoints for engaging with users is a benefit and Clevertap allows this with their Journey segment with good tracking and easy flow.

What do you like best about the product?
Clevertap market-fit product, all features almost as useful as it gets, not the top notch at specific areas but never a dull for all areas as Engagement and Analytics tools. which makes Clevertap are best market-fit tools
What do you dislike about the product?
all good except their Finance team who really got us confused....

is how we can analyze then make segmentation out of it then make action for it trough engagements messages. all in one platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Very quick support, user-friendly, gets correct data. Anand Abhishek is always helpful in whatever issues we get while executing campaigns
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. Maybe if they could activate their call support as well, it'll be more better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Firstly, it is helping me effectively engage with users by providing personalized, timely, and contextual messaging across multiple channels. It had reduced dependency of any external tool as it provides all info at one place

What do you like best about the product?
I love the level of support that the Clevertap team gives to its customers. The team walks with you throughout your Clevertap journey and assists you during the integration & implementation of the tool to your business. Special shoutout to Rakesh!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lot of integration required, but the Clevertap team walks with you through this journey and ensures that it's done smoothly. Would request the team to provide more time for integration and testing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clevertap is helping us get more user analytics and segmentation and providing a means of communication to our different customer segments. This is valuable to us as we are able to improve our user experience and reduce churn while at it.

Amazing One-Stop Solution for Marketing & Analytics

What do you like best about the product?
Firstly, I think it is very intuitive and easy to learn. The analysis I can do is very in depth. Other than that, the support team is very helpful and gives prompt responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are not well thought out when being designed. One small example can be of Dashboards where I can only add a maximum of 20 pins to a board and I can't edit any pin. If I want to change a pin, I have to delete it and re-do the analysis and then pin the analysis to my board. Another thing is that I can't add filters to my dashboards so it gets very tedious as I have to create multiple similar boards with different filters. Other than that, I find it weird that I can't create proper dashboards for the campaigns I run and I have very limited ability to export that data elsewhere in case I need to create dashboards somewhere else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us automate journeys for different segments such as new users and old churned users. It has also allowed us to set up a push notification and popup schedule which has really helped us automate work for the marketing department.

What do you like best about the product?
- The bi-weekly meetings are useful to get everything out of CleverTap that fits within your strategy;
- Swift replies and support by the Customer Success team;
- The tool has a lot of possibilities & is great for testing out new things
What do you dislike about the product?
- Reporting can be tricky and is not always obivous or clear
- Make sure to be 100% sure of what you want out of CT during the onboarding
- Your email templates are hard to access (only through the creation of a journey or campaign) and the editing of the templates is not easy going. Once you get the hang of it, it's fine, but could definitely be optimised
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Sending out emais and push notifications in one journey, without the use of your tech team
- Quickly trying out and using some personalised content with your users, without the use of your tech team
- Easily analysing the performance of your communications
- Analysing the behaviour of your customers and seeing where they drop off

What do you like best about the product?
It offers a diverse range of functionality.
Scheduling tracking and analytics is something which help us to scale campaigns.
The customer support is fantastic, and I've resolved my queries within 24 hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, everyone is a fan of the Product.
No significant downsides are seen.

1) Improving Conversion rates by targeting the customers who have dropped from the CJP by sending customised SMS.
