What do you like best about the product?
Clevertap is very quick, smooth and efficient with its data. It also helps in analysing the information on a realtime basis. Journeys can be mapped very quickly and also has a lot of affiliate partners to integrate smoothly,
What do you dislike about the product?
It's costly and has some servicing-related issues, also the TAT for the resolution is more than 24-48 hours of time to companies which are small start-ups. Apart form that Clevertap is a leader in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clevertap is solving the below problems that are based on real-time data.
Quick data analysis, reach to the past audience with a 1-year data base, instant output as the data is stored on the cloud. It benefitted us with the customer understanding and journey mapping to each of the users.

What do you like best about the product?
Some of the features which I like are the Multichannel campaign management, the journeys and the insights which we get on these campaigns and journeys which we launch. The capability to also aun A/B test with campaigns makes our campaigns perform better. The personalization and automation capabilities have significantly reduced our efforts in managing user engagement.

Also, with respect to the segmentation and analytic capabilities where we can segment our user's basis demographic, behavior and transaction data at one click makes our lives easier.

Additionally, the excellent support and guidance which we get from the CleverTap team, especially our CSM, Mr. Sreeram has been exceptional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. But additional analytics visualizations and an enhanced user interface will be an added benefit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using CleverTap for our customer engagement and retention efforts, where it helped us to optimize our campaigns to target the customer at various cohort levels. We are leveraging the segmentation capabilities, multi-channel communication channels and personalized messaging features to target and deliver relevant value props to the right users. Additionally, personalization is key in Fintech Industry, where our customers expect tailored experiences. Clevertap ensures we deliver the right message to the right users at the right time, driving better conversions.

What do you like best about the product?
Been using CleverTap for the last 6 years across multiple organizations. It's easy to use with easy to integrate with existing marketing stack. Amit and Swadha's team provide quality support and are always there for us, with high responsiveness.
What do you dislike about the product?
Product takes more time to develop new features like liquid content. Longer TAT on solution of issues like in-app pop up problems.

RFM engine requires more customizations.

Before the call, research on the customer dashboard to select critical metrics and impact on the metrics to suggest to the customer

What do you like best about the product?
Personalized messages and multi-channel campaigns at your fingertip, you don't need any help setting up the campaigns; it's a self-doable tool bundled with amazing features to gauge the campaign performance, track user journeys, cohort level data and a lot more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations with 3rd party tools require additional help and clever tap doesn't have a relationship manager who can guide you through for starter subscriptions which I felt is not right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Considering our nascent stage of business; it is important to learn user behaviour, responses from users to our product iterations, track them and engage them at multiple points and clevertap is helping us do all of that.

What do you like best about the product?
The flow for creating any campaign is smooth. Understanding the target audience and effectiveness of any previous campaign is made much easier with the aid of analytics. Pivot and trends are very helpful when creating targeted marketing.

Regardless of Header and Metrics, the Clevertap Team's service is excellent. For any upcoming campaigns, Swapnil Nemane and Dhaval Goslia are engaged in terms of ideas and success plans and are always connected via email or call
What do you dislike about the product?
The new interface seems to be buggy. Sometimes at creating campaigns e.g. Webpush and Email, there are a few bugs where we cannot proceed with the steps or able to input any command
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using multiple touchpoints for engaging with users is a benefit and Clevertap allows this with their Journey segment with good tracking and easy flow.

Clevertap market-fit product, all features almost as useful as it gets, not the top notch at specific areas but never a dull for all areas as Engagement and Analytics tools. which makes Clevertap are best market-fit tools

all good except their Finance team who really got us confused....

is how we can analyze then make segmentation out of it then make action for it trough engagements messages. all in one platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Very quick support, user-friendly, gets correct data. Anand Abhishek is always helpful in whatever issues we get while executing campaigns

Nothing as of now. Maybe if they could activate their call support as well, it'll be more better.

Firstly, it is helping me effectively engage with users by providing personalized, timely, and contextual messaging across multiple channels. It had reduced dependency of any external tool as it provides all info at one place

Great marketing automation tool!

What do you like best about the product?
We have used the journey feature which allows multiple channels and great segmentation extensively for user activations. We have seen really great results from this. The intent-based segmentation also helps us reach out to our dormant users and gives us the ability to set goals for certain timelines and track if we are achieving these goals.

The campaigns have been set up in a very easy format hence very easy to execute them.

I should definitely mention the great support team who has always been helpful in solving our issues and queries in a timely manner. Our customer success manager Mr. Sreeram has always been in touch with us and helped us improve our campaigns, journeys, and overall Clevertap experience to a great extent.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few UI changes that can be worked on, this has already been communicated to the Clevertap team and I have been informed they are working on this. Other than that few glitches sometimes like logging out of the dashboard sometimes I have noticed.

Other than these minor issues, no complaints so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using CleverTap for the following -

1. Smooth onboarding flow and control drop-offs - we had noticed a lot of our users drop off during onboarding and there was a drop in new user activations hence we used CleverTap journeys to control these drop-offs and to let users know about our platform via various channels. This helped us to increase new user activations.

2. Dormant users - dormant users we consider users who haven't used our platform for more than a month (last 30 days). We are using CleverTap to nudge users using various channels to bring them back to our platform. This has helped us to increase our MAU very well.
