What do you dislike about the product?
Day on Day Reporting seems to be one of the drawbacks.
Journey based campaign performance cannot be gauged on a daily basis or so.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For a Retention Marketing strategy it is very essential to reach out to the customer from one single platform to avoid any overlap of channels and further ensure that the right set of audience is engaged with a right communication channel.
We were able to create multiple journeys right from Welcome to Cart Abandon & all via all the touch points that a user might be engaging with.
Better Segmentation basis intent/browsing behavior and better targeting with real time updates on best time to engage/convert

What do you like best about the product?
All-in-one dashboard to measure the impact of our marketing communication. Easy to navigate and explore insights of different channels and to different audiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some oddities e.g. date filter limits view and needs to constantly be adjusted even though it may have been a relatively recent campaign/journey. CSV segment upload vs Custom List segment was not self-explanatory even after looking at CleverTap documentation. There had to be multiple rounds of clarification via email to understand a simple solution.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Clevertap for the past 3 years as our omnichannel communication as well as a data analytics tool. The platform is user-friendly and offers a wide range of features that have helped me better understand and engage with my customers. The real-time analytics and insights provided by CleverTap has helped us make data-driven decisions about how to grow, engage & retain users in our app. The customer support team is also top-notch and always available to answer any questions I have. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with CleverTap and would highly recommend it to others.

There are many areas for improvement and to be added feature that could help us make more user-focused campaigns or journeys in with better personalization features which it lack in some use cases.

It's pricey, but the impact we get is worth the amount we get charged.

The most resourceful platform for analyzing and managing data
What do you like best about the product?
The software includes several analytical tools for analyzing the documents and the data gathered. You can also generate and even create graphically represented reports using this platform for the data provided by the customers. It can be said that this software is excellent for planning, designing and creating fantastic stuff of templates and campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the imported or uploaded data is of larger size, the software gets a little bit slower and sometimes hangs.
Also it has been seen that when generating graphical reports, the output is sometimes inaccurate.

My team is being able to engage our customers more efficiently with the help of sftware. None of our customer is unsatisfied now after we had started using this software in our company communicating and collaboration.

The interface is excellent & easy to understand. You can also learn a lot from CT university courses & you can get certificates.

Sometimes i face the error issue with some random numbers & signs.
